When
this
store
opened,
it
was
really
good.
A
lot
of
the
food
reminded
me
of
the
food
I
used
to
eat
in
Dallas,
especially
the
soupy
beans.
Hadn't
been
there
in
more
than
a
few
years.
It
is
completely
worthless
now.
Since
I
hadn't
been
there
in
years,
I
thought
it
would
be
a
quick
way
to
grab
a
bite
between
events
on
Father's
day.
Was
I
wrong.
We
walked
in
around
530pm.
We
were
the
only
guest
in
the
restaurant.
We
placed
a
normal
order
for
4
adults
and
1
child.
It
took
22
minutes
to
get
our
food.
However,
much
of
the
food
sat
in
the
window
for
over
10
minutes.
So
most
everything
was
cold
and
soggy
by
the
time
we
got
it.
No
one
ever
asked
how
our
meal
was.
Many
of
the
posters
on
display
were
still
related
to
Christmas.
The
serviceware
baskets
were
mostly
empty
and
the
store
was
overall,
not
very
clean.
I
tried
contacting
Fuzzy's
corporate.
First,
their
online
app
let
me
fill
out
the
entire
form,
but
wouldn't
let
me
submit
it.
So
I
tried
contacting
them
again
when
I
got
home
to
a
PC.
I
did
receive
an
automated
response
promptly,
that
said
I
would
be
contacted
within
3-5
business
days.
To
my
knowledge,
and
having
searched
my
email
several
times,
I
don't
see
that
anyone
followed
up.
Finally,
they
don't
even
carry
the
beans
I
like
any
more.
Too
bad
as
this
used
to
be
a
really
good
concept.
I'll
never
spend
another
dime
in
one
again
though.
