    Food was mediocre as was the cleanliness. The same guy who came to the register to deliver one dollar bills, which he got out his pocket, was the same guy who went straight back to the kitchen to make my food with no gloves and no hand washing. He put on one glove and started to make my food. I asked him if they wore gloves before making the food. He took off the one glove and washed his hands. When the food finally came it was mediocre. Looked like something a 14 year old boy would make. Nothing special about this place. Better off going to Taco Bell, although I would recommend Torchy’s.

    The wait wasn't to long, the food was made fresh, and the staff was friendly. Good atmosphere, good food, and fair pricing. I was not a fan of the seasoning on their chips and I hope it was a off day for their queso because it was very watered down and had no real taste.

    When this store opened, it was really good. A lot of the food reminded me of the food I used to eat in Dallas, especially the soupy beans. Hadn't been there in more than a few years. It is completely worthless now. Since I hadn't been there in years, I thought it would be a quick way to grab a bite between events on Father's day. Was I wrong. We walked in around 530pm. We were the only guest in the restaurant. We placed a normal order for 4 adults and 1 child. It took 22 minutes to get our food. However, much of the food sat in the window for over 10 minutes. So most everything was cold and soggy by the time we got it. No one ever asked how our meal was. Many of the posters on display were still related to Christmas. The serviceware baskets were mostly empty and the store was overall, not very clean. I tried contacting Fuzzy's corporate. First, their online app let me fill out the entire form, but wouldn't let me submit it. So I tried contacting them again when I got home to a PC. I did receive an automated response promptly, that said I would be contacted within 3-5 business days. To my knowledge, and having searched my email several times, I don't see that anyone followed up. Finally, they don't even carry the beans I like any more. Too bad as this used to be a really good concept. I'll never spend another dime in one again though.

    Ordered shrimp fajitas, fajita beef burrito and chips and guacamole to go for 2 people. There were no chips and the guacamole was turned. (Actually, I think the tomatoes and onions that were mixed in were fermenting.) The shrimp fajitas were great, though I wish there would have been 4 tortillas instead of 3. I'm not from the area and was only traveling through so I don't expect I'll be back, but given the choice I wouldn't recommend going to anyone else.

    Service at this location is not as reliable as the OP one. I cross my fingers when I place my to'-go order here and try not to be surprised when it isn't perfect. This time all of my items were present, but the tacos were not filled very full. It is a good thing that I like the ingredients so much as that's what keeps me coming back.

    I ordered online and when I got to the store to pick up my order we discovered someone had picked up my order off the shelf. Instead of quickly and happily remaking my order, staff told me I would have to wait for them to remake my order AFTER they made all the ones that came in after mine that they were working on. No apology. They actually acted like it was my fault and I waited an additional 30 minutes for my order and 3 items were missing from my order!

    Normally I really enjoy their food but I ordered chicken nachos to go and when I got home there was no chicken on them. I attempted to call the store 6 times and no answer every time during buisness hours. Super disappointed paying $15 for chips and cheese

    Eating out to me is all about good food and experiences and to me the gentleman that was working behind the counter didn't want to be there. He was rude almost to the point of insulting. I told him that it was my first time there and I had questions about the menu, he was visibility annoyed and was very short with his answers. I could understand if the place was packed and there was a line behind me but there was no one waiting and only a few guests seated. When I finished ordering and went to pay (I paid in cash) he damn near threw my change at me! I understand the times we live in now but if you're worried about touching customers then you can wear gloves. I figured it was just me and sat down to eat my food. It was ok, but to be honest I the enteraction with the worker took away from my experience. While finishing up I overheard a woman at the next table speaking to what I would assume was the manager about the same gentleman I had a issue with. She basically had the same experience as me so maybe he was just having a bad day. But when the person you hire to be the face of your business is having a bad day,you get reviews like this.

    Getting ridiculous that I order from this place through grub hub and everytime I don't get my drink and never get silverware to eat with. Usually when people order during lunch hours they are working and don't have access to those items to eat with and usually when I order a drink I'm thirsty. It's ridiculous. Never order from here again. Kansas stores are better and more attentive to their orders.

    I've recently tried the catering option twice, both with not so great experiences. The most recent experience, I placed an order 5 days in advance for a training meeting for 35 people, and it hadn't shown up at the start of the meeting. I called to find out where my order was and was told that it was "fine" that it was late, and it had just left (at the time it was supposed to be delivered!). The food showed up 50 minutes later than the scheduled time, and was room temperature at best. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again.

    First time customer. Food was cold. Flavor was ok but would have tasted better at the proper temperature. Host was friendly but her knowledge of the menu was lacking. Pretty poor experience, considering you are a national chain, I assume have processes in place to ensure an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately that didn’t happen.

    I started having fuzzys tacos down in Pittsburgh when they first came to the area. Then Overland Park, then this store. They all do a great job of having the same atmosphere. Proportions and tastes are all identical. With service being great Edit- as of 12/05/2023 We had some rough patches with covid. I started to come back here in late 2022. We back at it again, and I've hit it at least a dozen times. Nothing beats the shredded beef nachos (no feta) My mom and partner both love the fish (cod?) Baja tacos.

    I placed a to go order and never received it. Someone gave my (already paid for) order away and ran out of the items they needed to remake my order. They told me they refunded my credit card. They didn’t. I called multiple times, tried to talk to a manager who apparently doesn’t exist, and never received any refund. Super frustrating. Incompetence runs rampant at Fuzzy’s and I’ll never go back. Currently telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

    It’s October 31st I just walked in stood there while the chick at the front stared at me dead in my face without so much as a hello how can I help you … nothing. I turned around and walked out. I can see in the 3 years that I stopped coming here absolutely nothing has changed about this location especially the terrible customer service!

    Ordered a burrito and drink. Total with tip came out to over 15.00, and I can believe what that buys you….90% beans and rice, 5% tortilla, 5% meat… no cheese This is the worst fuzzes I’ve been to. Never seen one empty, I should have taken that as a sign that it’s a bum location.

    The Fajita chicken Quesadilla was good and the sauce. The store could use a little upgrading to have a more welcoming experience, but the nice employees make up for that. But I would not sit and eat.

    This was my first visit to Fuzzy's and I loved it! The menu is big but not overwhelming. I do have to say that my rice and refried beans weren't hot and the beans seemed old and too thick, but everything else easily made up for that. My husband's burrito was fantastic and my tacos were delicious too, but my favorite part was our appetizer, the drunken pig, which is a pork/pinto bean mixture with some other stuff. I saw other people's nacho plates that looked amazing too. I will definitely be back!

    These folks always take care of me man. Definitely my favorite spot in KC to get “mom tacos” they have street tacos as well.. but I prefer the mom tacos here better. Hot sauce is house made. And it’s excellent. Butt Burnin taco joy!
