First,
I
need
to
address
the
uptight,
ungrateful,
generally
caucasian
customers
that
are
leaving
terrible
reviews
for
the
sake
of
either
their
own
misdoing
or
unrealistic
expectations
of
restaurants,
I'll
list
them
here:
*
Had
your
delivery
done
by
doordash?
Contact
the
platform
itself,
if
there
is
anything
that
occured
with
your
order,
their
service
is
prompt
and
swift.
Once
the
restaurant
has
handed
off
the
order
to
whoever
is
delivering
it,
Doordash
will
ensure
that
the
order
has
been
delivered
to
your
address
or
will
narrow
down
what
exactly
happened,
which
in
worst
case
scenario
if
someone
lost
it
or
stole
it,
they
may
be
deactivated
from
using
the
platform
again.
I
am
a
doordasher,
but
understand
who
is
responsible
for
getting
the
food
TO
YOU.
The
restaurant
is
not
responsible
from
that
point
on.
*
A
fair
warning
that
as
you
may
think
that
the
spiciness
has
been
"toned
down"
for
the
american
palate,
I
can
assure
you
it's
not
at
all
and
can
be
unforgiving
for
those
unable
to
understand
the
cultural
differences
that
are
more
accustomed
to
spicy
foods.
There
have
been
several
complaints
on
spice
for
american
palates,
you
wanted
something
authentic,
so
don't
compare
it
to
something
you're
familiar
with
whether
it
is
buffalo
wild
wings,
tabasco,
or
cholula
sauce.
*
These
people
are
extremely
welcoming
and
enthusiastic
to
treat
you
as
a
guest
within
their
establishment.
With
that
said,
it
may
have
taken
them
some
practice
to
accustom
to
what
is
expected
of
standard
american
service,
yet
again
people
complain
about
them
being
"not
attentive
enough"
or
"staring
us
down"
but
I
very
well
believe
that
they
are
becoming
hypersensitive
to
these
things
and
learning
from
their
mistakes,
as
customs
may
be
different
than
what
they
are
used
to
so
i
ask
you
to
give
them
some
slack,
they
are
trying
their
very
best.
*
One
last
thing:
there
are
times
that
people
order
things
that
aren't
exactly
the
restaurant's
prime
choice,
If
you
are
seeking
the
very
best
in
what
they
have
to
offer,
ask
for
a
recommendation
or
perhaps
a
friend
but
don't
expect
the
very
best
in
a
restaurant
for
something
that
is
NOT
featured
by
the
restaurant
or
let
alone
limited
by
what
you
feel
comfortable
with,
as
some
of
the
most
satisfying
moment
within
restaurant
dining
is
going
outside
your
comfort
zone.
Give
it
a
try,
you
will
never
know
until
you
try
it.
Finally
onto
my
review:
I
have
never
been
able
to
dine
in
as
I
never
had
to
opportunity
to
go
but
alas
I
took
the
opportunity
and
ordered
online,
I
ordered
the
Chicken
Vindaloo
(very
spicy,
I
do
not
recommend
this
as
a
first
eat
or
for
the
temperature
sensitive.)
and
ordered
it
"medium"
in
addition
to
an
order
of
Gulab
Jamun.
This
was
quite
adventurous
as
I
had
never
had
these
dishes
except
a
similar
chicken
marsala
and
chicken
tandoori,
but
also
I
was
aware
indian
spiciness
is
much
more
different
than
any
that
i
am
used
to,
whether
it
is
in
traditional
american
cuisine
or
my
native
mexican
cuisine.
But
upon
my
entrance
to
the
restaurant,
from
the
moment
they
saw
my
face
they
realized
I
was
frequent
visitor
through
doordash,
they
were
joyful
and
hospitable
to
a
complimentary
drink
at
no
additional
charge
(As
buying
directly
from
the
restaurant
is
the
best
way
to
support
the
restaurant
as
doordash
takes
a
15-20%
service
fee
from
the
restaurant
and
you
combined)
so
with
my
order
I
took
home
a
chai
tea
which
was
a
nice
way
to
wrap
up
my
day,
and
getting
home
I
set
up
my
plate,
there
was
alot
of
sauce
but
it
is
nothing
to
worry
about
as
the
sauce
gives
the
food
its
soul
and
the
aroma
filled
my
dining
room.
My
first
bites
(don't
forget
the
naan)
i
was
pleasantly
surprised
on
what
i
had
been
missing!
Such
a
refreshing
perspective
from
the
normal
eating
habits
of
mine
and
something
that
i
felt
passionate
to
not
only
try
this
one
place
but
to
support
my
ongoing
passion
of
supporting
local
businesses.
Will
be
returning
again,
someday
with
hopefully
family.
