Jack Stack caters a meal for each class of our mental health program for veterans and first responders. The family style "Warriors Feast" is to celebrate all the hard work they have accomplished through the week is a great way to bond over great KC BBQ. It is everyone's favorite meal of the week and a great way to introduce those from out of town to the best tastes of KC!

We hired Jack Stack catering for a 50 person wedding rehearsal dinner. Working through the contract with Taylor was easy and she was always responsive and helpful. For the event we had a 3 person team and they were phenomenal. Super communicative...super flexible and they did many tasks that we didn't even expect or ask. Jack Stack did an amazing job and service. The food was amazing and delicious. They went up and beyond what I expected. Awesome. Ordering is easy through the website. Delivery person was excellent, helping bring items into building and setting up. Guests loved the food!

Experience was great. We will be ordering individual components from here on out. Always run out of beef and had 1/2 pan of turkey left. There were enough pickles, slaw and bread to feed over 80ppl. Beans were good but very runny. Would love a little thicker base.

Jack Stack is the absolute best when it comes to dining in person, carry out or catering. I can always depend on them to provide the best experience! I have used them many, many times over the years and they have never failed to provide me with whatever I need, always on time and never any issues!

Talk about going above and beyond for their customers. I ordered a catered meal for the priests in my parish and due to miscommunication at the church office the order was left at the wrong place. When asked feedback I told them that the meal was not delivered. The Jack Stack customer service associate Michael reached out to me and told me that they would fix it (even though they were not at fault). Believe it or not they sent the same order again so that it would be properly fulfilled, they also did it without any extra charge. Not only do these guys have the best BBQ in town but they also know how to retain customers. Now every time someone comes to KC guess where we are making reservations for dinner.

We catered Jack Stack for our wedding. The food was excellent as usual. The customer service, however, was lacking. They switched points of contact on us a month or so before the wedding. The new point of contact began adding several items to our contract that our original point of contact either “forgot” or just neglected to add (apparently). When we asked about it, we were told that “that’s why ‘Original Point of Contact Name’ doesn’t work here anymore” and that basically even though it was Jack Stack’s fault, it was now our problem. Just really left us feeling stressed and increasingly nickel and dime’d by Jack Stack as we got closer to the wedding.

Very impressed with the services provided by the Jack Stack catering team. From the start, my catering coordinator Greg thoroughly impressed me. The service provided by the catering delivery team was also top notch. I would highly recommend Jack Stack for your event needs! Will definitely keep in mind for future events!!

We had Jack Stack deliver box lunches for a large company-wide event. This was no easy task as we had multiple deliveries at different locations, different days and different times to cover shift employees.
