Pretty great place in an obvious location that's easy to miss. They have about six restaurants serving different kinds of food, think of it as street vendors and a central seating area, and also a seating area upstairs if you are so inclined.

Excellent venue for meeting a friend for lunch or going with family for a quick bite to eat. Situated in the heart of Lenexa City Center, the Public Market houses a coffee shop along with several food eateries. Reasonable prices and open seating invite you to come visit today. Easy parking on the street.

Great area! The library has some cool chairs and a,nice open floor plan with plenty of plug ins and little cubical areas for people. There is outside seating that is partly shaded. There are shops and occasionally food trucks that stop by. Great place.

Super cute center city area with lots of places to get food, lounge around, and catch up with friends. We went when this facility first opened and it still needed a lot of growth to happen. Tonight happened to be Family Night so there lots of young families playing board games and running around enjoying life.

We love this place! Great food, great service, and fun for the kids. The food is a bit overpriced but overall we highly recommend.

It was a beautiful day to enjoy outdoor seating. People and animal watching while eating was enjoyable. The local farmer's market had many amazing wares for sale. Fresh flower bouquets, fresh salsa, desserts, bread, and live music to keep the mood festive and in the spirit of such friendly kind people. Very good time!

Enjoyed a great night at the Friday Night Soundbites! The food was great and the music was enjoyable. They even provided chairs for those of us who left the house without them. We will do it again!

It used to include shops but now only has food. It's a "card only" place. No cash taken. Asks for a tip when you place your order. That's really no fair to servers. Can't evaluate service, speed of order, or quality of food, so zero tip.

We love this place! The best Pizza in town as well as other fun food and a cool vibe. It's directly across from the Library with a courtyard between. Fun place to take the kids and sit by the open fire pit with a glass of wine. Lots of eclectic events on weekends. Check it out.

We enjoyed exploring this new development. There is so much happening at this place. It is hip, fun, and has lots of options for food and shopping!

I enjoy the events that occurs here. The place is kinda small so I can get pretty crowded depending on the event. As for parking, there a few free parking garage and side street parking. The food court has dining area on both the first and second levels. All the restaurants and coffee shops are on the first floor. On non-events days, I think it’s a nice place to stop by for a bite. On warmer days, there is the option to dine outside.

Good selection of food vendors and nice seating area indoor and outdoor fire table seats. Convenient parking next to the free public garage. Good for gathering or grab a quick bite.

I basically stopped by three spots here. Was very happy with the food, especially the breakfast burrito from Red Kitchen KC. 🤤 I wish the layout didn't feel so chaotic though. Couldn't tell who to order my food from and there are tables everywhere! Still good though. Love love 💗

Friday nights during the summer free live music outside with great food and local drinks. What more could you ask for! Oh yes and plenty of free parking. Dog friendly place too!

A family friendly version of Power & Light. Live music on Friday nights, variety of food and drinks, food trucks, and green space for kids to play. The new Cosmo Burger has great food and fun bartenders.

First time at Friday Night sound Bites and it definitely lived up to its reviews. Great music ! All ages were out and dancing! Such a fun way to end the day. It won’t be our last time. Food drinks, little stores open in the shopping area. The shops are unique and definitely a place to find some treasures.

Clean, open aired space w/ a diverse food court style eatery and knick knack shopping. Great location w/ luxury lofts, public library, city hall, rec center and more within walking distance. Cozy fire pit areas w/ seating as well outside. Plenty of parking in garage (no cost). Small and quaint just to spend the afternoon at catching up with friends or an occasion similar.

This place is so cute and such an awesome hang out spot in the afternoon. They have a few different food items to choose from almost like an upscale food court. The entire atmosphere is great and they have lots of tables to choose from to sit at. I loved the salad I had from the Bakery there and my girlfriend got a taco from the mexican spot. Both were great! Can't wait to come back to try something new next time.

We are fairly new to Lenexa, and this is one of our favorite places. The variety and quality of food vendors along with the atmosphere inside and outside are superb. The proximity to the beautiful library is also a plus.

I’m giving 4 stars, because I remember the LPM’s former glory days and know what it can be again. I went with a group of 16, including several kids, on a Thursday evening. Only one of the food vendors (Topp’d) was open. While Topp’d was good, it was underwhelming to have such a big, nice place largely empty. It’s remarkable that this iconic centerpiece of the new Lenexa City Center is a ghost town on a weeknight when neighboring Saint’s and Red Door are packed to the gills. Take some cues from Strang Hall in O.P. or Parlor in the Crossroads: this place can be great. Now, in the warm months on weekends, it’s fantastic.

I stop here about twice a month to meet friends and have some coffee. The staff at Mr. Ds is always friendly and the table are always clean and the outside patio is a great place to relax and unwind.
