Just had my first purchase from Toner and I will definitely be back!! I lost my engagement ring awhile ago and I’ve been so sad. Toner’s helped me find the ring of my dreams to replace it and I could not be more thankful for this beautiful piece, the amazing service, fantastic price and all around exceptional experience! 5 stars!! The ladies, Ashley and another woman I believe her name is Hannah, were the most wonderful people to work with. My then boyfriend and I went into the store in September to shop for my dream ring for our upcoming wedding in October. They were so helpful and very kind and personable. The service is unmatched. I am still over the moon about my wedding band and how gorgeous it is. Toner is an exceptional jeweler and one my husband and I will be using as long as they are around. The selection of diamonds and other precious stones is vast and so beautiful. 12/10 I recommend this place if you want to create or purchase the most beautiful ring for your love.

Ashley and Bre were so helpful in my ring buying process! I wanted to explore my options of upgrading and making changes to an existing ring and had previously been to another jeweler. Toner was so much easier to communicate and work with and was able to meet my unique needs. They really listened to my wishes and my budget and made it happen. I ended up keeping the band from my original ring, but upgraded the diamond and changed the setting. Ashley and Bre were super personable and made this process smooth and stress free. They were also so kind and accepting, given that we are a non-traditional couple. My fiance is obsessed with her custom ring!

I could not have been more pleased from the moment I walked in the door. I went to Toner Jewelers to have my favorite bracelet repaired. A stone fell out and I don't know where. The store had to measure the space where the stone was missing, get the exact size stone and repair my bracelet The jeweler did an excellent job with the stone and then cleaned my bracelet until it looked brand new. Hannah and Alisha were the Associates who helped me in the beautiful store. They were so kind, knowledgeable and professional.

We first walked into Toner Jewelers 3 years ago to look at engagement rings. We were well taken care of. We ended up with the MOST beautiful ring. Every time we walk in, we know we are going to get THE BEST customer service. All of those we have worked with are knowledgeable experts, genuine, and respectful. I had such a pleasant experience recently at Toner Jewelers. Ashley and Jessica were so helpful in finding just the right pendant for my daughter, who had just given birth to my newest grandchild. This jewelry store is awesome. I went to get my new wedding ring sized down and my original wedding ring sized up to fit on my right hand. They were fast and the quality of work was impeccable. Ashley and Alisha were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I won’t hesitate to go back. Other jewelry shops said it couldn’t be done. That my less expensive original ring wasn’t worth it. I found a gorgeous pink tourmaline/diamond ring online and worked with the sales rep Lucy who was so wonderful and helped me on my decision and with all of the logistics that go into buying a timeless piece. We went to Toner Jewelers to shop for my husband's wedding ring. The staff was extremely helpful, showing us so many options and talking through a variety of rings, regardless of price. We didn't feel pressured at all and found exactly the ring he loved. The ring was ordered and shipped within days and arrived on time! On top of that, the staff offered to clean my diamond (my engagement ring was purchased elsewhere) and I took them up on this-so kind of them. Toner Jewelers is a fantastic business and I highly recommend them.

I found this place by a referral from another jewelry place that could not or would not attempt to fix both of my chains that I wanted extended. And these chains are not the most expensive necklaces ever, but they are cool, and I really like them. I was greeted with kindness and respect as I came into the store. Alisha M. was very helpful with my situation and came up with a winning game plan for me to reach my needs on these chains. They were very thorough with my needs and hit a home run with the end product. I was very pleased and happy with the price to have this custom work done. I needed a bracelet fixed quick and Toner Jewelers was able to get the job done! I called before going and the lady that answered the phone was so sweet. Once I arrived at the store, Toner’s quality and prompt service was so impressive. They took the time to explain how they could fix the bracelet and did a really good job! I found Toner Jewelers on line when looking for a place to take some jewelry from an estate sale for which I am executor. I called in advance and they said no Appointment was needed because they have well trained staff on site and offer appraisals and purchase estate jewelry. I was greeted with a smile and the entire experience was excellent. Alisha Moore was excellent and she explained and pointed out the types of jewelry and their value. She made a detailed inventory list and measured diamonds and weighed out gold of various types as we watched. She quickly sorted out the costume jewelry feel I was given a fair price and left with better understand how they often repurpose many pieces into a new piece of jewelry instead of selling items as is. I had a great experience at Toner. Highly recommend Toner Jewelers!!

They have something for every taste and style, and the prices are excellent.
