They are extremely friendly, listened to truly understand what we're looking for (we both wanted custom jewelry creating or changes) and delivered above and beyond the expectation. Sam and his team are amazing. The workmanship on my custom engagement ring is beautiful and I have received numerous compliments. Sam's quality and value surpass anything you could buy from a chain store. He is extremely knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what you want while staying within your budget. Sam is also extremely patient and will not pressure you into making a decision you are not 100% happy with. Sam has repaired and refurbished jewelry for me, making it look brand new. He is helping me with estate jewelry, buying gold, and making new jewelry for me. He is professional and super fun to work with. I personally sold jewelry for 10 years with a local jewelry store, but prefer to go to Sam for any jewelry needs now.
