Kansas City has never seen anything like this kind of Urgent Care! It’s new, clean, contemporary, hi-tech, user friendly on the app, wonderful staff from front desk to MA’s to xray techs to providers. 4k tv’s in patient rooms with relaxing music on while waiting, giant patient chairs to accommodate almost anyone. You can definitely tell that they love their jobs! I felt like they listened to my concerns, and genuinely cared. I was in and out within 30. Made an appointment online, didn’t wait more than 3 minutes upon arrival before being called back. Download the Carbon Health App! You are able to see everything relating to your appointment, including vitals that you can share with your PCP. Exceptional experience!! Definitely go out of my way to tell everyone I know to go there! Hoping they open many more locations, especially in the Northland!

I had an unexpected yet extremely painful share of glass and my finger. I was able to be seen within a matter of minutes. Their level of professionalism and willingness to do everything within their power to remove the glass was very comforting. It would certainly recommend anyone with an emergency to certainly feel free to use this urgent Care

I really liked how convenient and technologically advanced this place is. I wasn’t able to get in with my PCP. I was in a lot of pain wanted to be seen without having to wait for a super long time. I was able to make my appointment online, I filled out the questions they sent for new patients so none of it had to take up extra time once I was there. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially the nurse (can’t remember her name) and the PA Donald. So helpful and genuinely wanted to help with however he could. Definitely recommend this place!

We had not used a local urgent care facility before and when my PCP said I needed to go to one I wasn’t sure where to turn. Carbon Urgent Care happen to be close by, so we walked in. The reception area is clean and receptionist was quick to welcome us. There were only a few other clients waiting. Check in was fairly quick, although it could have been to be a bit more private. We were seen within 10 min. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both thorough with questions, testing and explanations. I really appreciate the care they provided and their beside manners. I plan to keep Carbon Health Urgent Care in mind for any future needs and would highly recommend them to others!

Scheduled an appointment for 3:00pm. Got into the waiting room and had the usual blood pressure / temp checks at 3:15pm. By 4:00pm I walked out because I'd sat for 45 minutes without seeing a soul. Nobody stopping by with an updated ETA, certainly the doc hadn't stopped by to examine me. The waiting rooms were fine, and I'm sure the quality of care would have been good... but none of it matters if the Carbon Health system over-schedules patients relative to what their staff can handle. Ridiculous.

From the moment I walked in the door very sick & could barely stand, I was immediately taken care of. I had to sit because I was so weak & the receptionist checked me in she brought everything to me & she stood there waiting on me to gather my information, then she brought it back to me. She continued to ask me if there was anything that she could get me to make me more comfortable while waiting to be seen. Then when I was called back to be seen the nurse was very patient with me I was so weak & yet she was very caring. Then the PA “Donald” came in to care for me & he was PHENOMENAL…He sat, he listened & was very understanding & seen how ill I was. He even cared enough to asked me if I was ok to drive. I can’t express of how appreciative I am with the care that I received. They took very good care of me. Thank you kindly, Roz!!

Would give it a 0 if possible but I went to these guys in June for a simple strep test. All was good until the billing, they charged me an additional 300 dollars for a 30 dollar strep test because my insurance was out of network despite being told that my insurance was in network by the lady working the front desk. Today they just pulled out that 300 dollars from my bank without emailing, mailing a bill, or even calling me. Pretty sure that's incredibly illegal. These people are absolute scum bags. Do not go here they will just screw you over. The fact they did it before a holiday too is ridiculous. I would have liked to set a payment plan up but not possible when no one reaches out and you just see money taken out your bank randomly.

It was a very busy morning, but I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. Once in the room, the staff was so sweet, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Got antibiotics and follow up through the app is great.

This place is fantastic!! We came in to get an X-ray for my daughter who hurt her arm. She was very nervous about the whole thing and asked the X-ray tech if her doll could go with her. Not only did they say yes, they did an X-ray of the dolls arm also!! They made it so easy for her and she actually really enjoyed going to the doctor. The entire staff was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Sarah was absolutely phenomenal, it was a very educational experience and she was able to explain her diagnosis thoroughly. The receptionist and nurse that took my vitals were also extremely nice. One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had at a healthcare facility, and I would drive 40 minutes again to visit this urgent care.

Carbon Health has been fantastic. In the past two months I went in for chest x-rays for pneumonia and I had my elderly mother in twice for UTI screenings. They are compassionate, professional and very helpful, even opening the door and helping me transfer my mom from wheelchair to car. While I'd like to think it will be a while before we need urgent care again, it's comforting to know they're there if needed!

My experience was amazing. I would absolutely go back to Carbon Health for any medical issue for myself or anyone in my family. The bedside manner is top notch.

What great service and caring staff. Waking up on Memorial Day struggling to hear much in either ear and being a holiday I went to Carbon Health Urgent Care. Even with being understaffed, Laura and Anna were not only efficient and professional but very patient and caring. From now on, if I can’t get into my doctor, I will not hesitate to pay Carbon Health Urgent Care a visit.

I was in and out quickly. The rooms were extremely clean. The staff were quick and kind and clear. I even got very quick responses from my care team after my appointment when I had additional questions.

Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I might suggest that rather than spend the time following up with a rating for your company, you reach out to the patients to ask how they are feeling and if they have any questions or concerns about treatment. After all, that’s the bottom line!

This was one of the easiest urgent care appointments I’ve ever had from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very friendly. Both of the medical staff I dealt with were extremely nice and helpful. The whole appointment was quick and painless and I will definitely come back anytime I need quick care.

All the staff were friendly and polite. The doctor was thorough and informative. The environment was very clean and tastefully decorated creating a minimalist but friendly atmosphere.

I went in on a Sunday morning as a walk-in. The check-in process was easy and efficient. I was seen within 15 min, the nurse and PA were great. They gave me a diagnosis and sent my Rx immediately. I was in and out within 30 min! The Carbon Health app is awesome. I will definitely go back.

I googled the closest urgent care and this place popped up. I am so glad I did. The way that the staff took care of me was amazing. And my pharmacy was closing at six and they did their best to get my prescription there on time. I really appreciate their help.

Awful experience. Made an online appointment for 1:30 and arrived 10 minutes prior. At 230 I still had not been seen. I received an email during my wait time saying my visit had been cancelled. I asked the receptionist if she could explain why I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. She responded with "I had to change something on your appointment, so it's formality." Two other people had come in after I had arrived, and after 2pm and they were both taken back before me. I asked the receptionist why I had been looked over since people had gone before me that also arrived after me and well after my appointment time. She blankly stared at me, got up from her desk and went to the back. She then came back a minute or so later, sat down, typed on her computer and said "she's doing the best she can." No attempt at an apology or an explanation, which could have changed the situation and my perception of Carbon Health. Went to a different urgent care and was seen right away.

Such a great place! Easy to do on Lin scheduling. Staff so friendly and prompt. Kept me informed and took their time to really go over my case. Would definitely return!

Everyone here is so nice and friendly and helpful! The facilities are super clean, and everything is well-organized. I pay out of pocket, and they’re very upfront about costs. For others without insurance, there are clinics in the area that charge about $20 less for appointments, but the tests and procedures cost about the same. I find it well worth an extra $20 to visit here.

What a great experience. This was my first time there. The person I first called took me through a very easy process for getting my appointment. The receptionist knew when my appointment was and guided me through a very easy check-in. I was waiting a very reasonable time before the Tech met me to take my vitals. He took his time and answered my questions. The NP was very thorough and took her time going over my past history and prescriptions. She had a great personality and was very professional. The clinic was very close to where I live and I will use it when needed.

Everyone was courteous and attentive. Sarah, the PA who attended me, explained everything well and gave me options to involve me in the treatment. I could not have asked for better care or service. I also noted how considerate the receptionist was, not just to me but everyone who came into the clinic.

It’s never fun having to go to an urgent care, especially for a toddler, but we had the best experience! We had a very little wait time, and everyone was super friendly. We were in and out within 30 minutes, which has not been my experience with other urgent cares in the area. Plus it’s so clean! Highly recommend this location!

Carbon Health is like a well oiled machine. I’m 65 and walk a lot. A few days ago, as I walked downhill on an uneven asphalt sidewalk, I stumbled several yards and fell. I must have hit the edge of the pavement before coming to a stop. I sat in a daze until feelings of nausea passed, then got up and slowly made my way home. A nickel sized shoulder abrasion and no bruises was not enough to explain the pain, so my husband shuffled me off to Carbon Health for X-rays to rule out a collapsed lung. First impressions: facility is clean, uncluttered, and reception was friendly and organized. I was called into the exam room shortly after providing insurance and medical history. I found the PA and staff to be professional and caring, taking time to explain what they needed to do and, later, diagnosis and care. My lungs are fine, but I’ll be nursing a broken rib for several weeks. Loved that we found Carbon Health and will be back if the need arises. Also, having access to everything through the app is a huge bonus.

We got in quickly for our COVID tests and using the patient app is great in getting the results back. The nurse practitioner, Katie, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Katie answered my messages in a timely manner. We appreciated her warmth and concern.

I am a stay at home mother and had to bring my 1 year old son to the appointment as his father was working. My normally very well mannered son turned into a BUSY BODY, Loud and crazy but all of the staff were very welcoming and nice to us. Very pleasant & so very patient with us all. The nurse gave both my son & daughter bottles of water and bags of cheese-it’s for them to snack on because unfortunately during my rush to get my daughter from school early enough that she make it back before lunch I neglected to grab snacks for my then, anyway the nurse was amazing, the Dr. Talked to my daughter and made her very comfortable during the physical. The rooms were clean & everyone we got the pleasure to speak with were amazingly pleasant and very very nice!! I would 110% recommend to others and I will return when my other 2 kids need physicals Or whatever else!! Thank you

I had a wonderful experience at Carbon Health. Catrina at the front desk was exceptionally kind, welcoming and quick to check me in. The awesome MA, Merlin called me back right away and was very caring, thorough & efficient. The amazing PA, Sarah listened to all of my concerns, did a thorough exam and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. This was a great urgent care experience. I definitely recommend Carbon Health to everyone!!

I would highly recommend! Making the appointment was fast and easy. The care there is above anything you will find anywhere else. The ladies who helped me out to my car were phenomenal.

Everything was very easy to schedule and the staff was all very friendly. I was seen promptly and kept updated while waiting on lab results. I will definitely use Carbon Health again for urgent care and primary care.

The place was clean and the checkin process was quick. It took me less than 5 minutes to be seen. More importantly, the Physician Assistant who admitted me was every knowledgeable and thorough. I walked away feeling that I was well taken care of.

Wow- to say I was blown away by the care I received at this facility would be an understatement. I had just gotten off a call with my PCP who had dismissed my symptoms and told me to go elsewhere because they weren’t able to see me or send a referral to a place they would recommend for an work in. I was not eager to go into an urgent care to my own history of chronic illness and fear of going to office visits and getting dismissed. I was treated kindly, graciously and compassionately. They took care of my 5 week poison Ivy infection and treated me with respect. They even gave me my first steroid dose in the office so I wouldn’t have to suffer through work. Anna was the X-ray tech who checked me in and she had a deep attention to detail, kindness and patience. Andrew was my PA and he reminded me what considerate care looks like. He did a very thorough assessment and repeated what Anna had asked to make sure he had the right diagnosis. I appreciate their thorough and considerate approach. I work in the corporate and clinical side for an outpatient infusion healthcare company that optimizes patient care and experience and this is the first I have experienced this type of approach (kind, considerate, empathetic) in an urgent care in my entire life. I came back to the office professing how everyone needs to schedule all their urgent care visits with Carbon Health. Thank you for your kindness, thank you for not dismissing my symptoms as so many providers before you have done to me, thank you for the ambient space, thank you for teaching me that it’s okay to go to the doctor when you’re sick, this can also be a place of healing.

I had a terrible cough (not COVid) and thought it could be pneumonia. I couldn't get into my primary doctor. Carbon Health was a few doors down from where I was, so I walked in. Although I'd never been there before, I didn't have to fill out long forms. The friendly woman up front took my information quickly while I was standing there. I was called back in less than 2 minutes. The nurse was quick to come in the room and friendly. The NP came in the room less than 5 minutes later. She was wonderful as well. They did a chest x-ray and had results back within a few minutes. The NP discussed results and options with me, based on my other health conditions, and I was on my way. Prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy right away. They also have an app you can download that provides your vitals, care plan/doctor notes, lab/imaging results, prescriptions, etc. It's added in real time, so available immediately. I highly recommend Carbon Health, this location, and the staff. Thank you!
