I came for a visit a week ago, they didn't do my drug test. I had to come back and waiting so long to do test. Not saying how long it will be or anything. Not good, plus there are sick people and kids in the lobby. Please do better, customer service and care not good. Weekend Staff grr... I have to use the restroom and it's terrible how they are having me to wait. Not good place. * add note- they go through a 3rd party to do results and it takes over a weeks.

The wait was not horribly long & the facility was clean. The woman who checked me in was thorough, quick, & very friendly. Once I went back to get checked out though the experience wasn’t very good. The doctor was nice enough but I didn’t feel like she took my concerns seriously. She asked almost no questions & seemed to be in a hurry despite me being the only person in the waiting room when I checked in. I also took my baby son & we left with two prescriptions for things I do not feel are the actual problem. She didn’t seem to care about pertinent information & truly just wanted to get us out the door. I would go again but hope to be seen by a different doctor next time. Dr Gibson and her staff were able to get me in quickly, were very thorough and caring. I left with no co-pay required and with my Rx that was ready before I left their office. Great all around service.

The staff at this Urgent Care location were absolutely wonderful! I was seen extremely fast which I appreciated. The physician showed kindness and genuine care, and helped me out with my health concern! Thank you all so much again!

Interesting experience with the Dr. at my visit. Will not return. Wouldn't not recommend. Dr. was in a massive rush, though they did not seem busy. Waited over 45 minutes to get a strep and flu test, when the nurse said "this takes about 15 minutes and the Dr. will be in to review". When the DR did come in, 45 minutes later, she seemed almost panicked in her fast speech and movements. I would say she spent a total of 6 minutes with me. Between running in and out to order the antibiotic for... an ear infection? I didn't trust her diagnosis at all. My paperwork didn't even match what she told me in the room. The time spent with me was absolutely rushed and she just threw an antibiotic at it. Not worth your copay, and I would REALLY avoid this place if you are paying out of pocket. You deserve better.

The staff was pleasant and professional, the facilities clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait long at all to be examined and the doctor knew exactly how to treat my condition and explained everything very clearly. She scheduled a quick follow up visit to make sure things were improving as they should and my prescription was called in to my pharmacy of choice before I even got out the door. Overall experience was smooth and stress free. Will definitely return for any future needs and there are several locations within minutes of my home. Can even check in from home and they let you know when to come in. Great service!

This location was very professional and efficient. We walked in and were treated rather quickly. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and took great care of our family. We all had different strains of Influenza!

Not my usual health system but I saw that they were open on Saturdays until 8PM and it was already 6PM. I filled out my registration online and got a text shortly after saying I could come in at that time. The receptionist called me on my way there to make sure I was coming which surprised me in a good way. Once I got there I only had to fill out one paper; the rest of the work I had done online. I only waited about 5 minutes until I was called back and the medical assistant promptly started what tests needed to be done. The NP came in shortly after and I was in and out in under 45 minutes with the results I needed. All of the staff was friendly and not rushed, and it was a very clean, nice looking facility. This place exceeded my expectations for a random urgent care experience.

Whether this facility would have been able to assist or not, five stars simply for the professionalism, the friendliness, the care, the empathy and the list goes on. Kudos to the entire staff for making patients feel like old friends or family. Our healthcare workers have been front lining much heavier than they've probably ever been since COVID and even moreso when they are short of their peers. It's so refreshing to encounter a team of healthcare professionals who are there for every patient as if it's their first, with delicacy and care. Going in to a doctor's office, urgent care, ER, any of that for any reason can be incredibly stressful but when I walked in here, I knew I didn't need to have my guard up. It was a very welcoming environment, helping calm the nerves. I have a very unique son and everyone, with minimal effort, naturally adapted to his needs. I was blown away about how little I needed to interrupt or explain why something may need to be demonstrated. I'm grateful for everyone at this location, even those unseen. Take a bow, in order of the encounter, Jasmine, Vitals Nurse (if you guys reply to my review, I'll update this to include her name as I don't recall it and I apologize), NP Jessica and Chanta. 😊

The appointment making and registration process was easy, I was greeted warmly and received prompt and expert care. Parking was very convenient, also. Highly recommend!

This has been the best place so far I’ve ever been to the front desk young woman excellent and so patient and kind the nurses and dr I had so patient kind and caring and I really appreciate the care everybody gave me at this establishment! 💛🫶🏾🫶🏾I wish I could give higher score lol thank you all so much

Clean facility process was smooth. No long wait. From the Receptionist to the Medical Assistants they provided me with professional an out standing service. I will definitely recommend this location.

My cold had morphed into a sinus infection. Had not been to Care Now until this. The sign in process was easy. Shortly after completion I got a message that I could leave for my appt. The receptionist was very friendly as was the nurse who took my vitals and asked why I was there. Jessica , NP, came in , did an exam , asked me why I was there. She left for a few minutes , a nurse came back with a prescription and exit instructions. I asked for Jessica again as I had a question about the prescription. She gave a brief , great explanation and I left. I don’t know how long I was actually there but the process went down quickly and thoroughly. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptional.

The staff at this location were very caring and efficient with my situation. The extent of pain that I was in was so excruciating that one nurse in particular by the name of Shawntray that went above and beyond. She held me and allowed me to inflict pain upon her I do believe I may have left a bruise. I also received a follow-up call to ensure that my wound was healing and if any further medical attention was needed. If at any time I run into an emergency I will definitely go to the Prairie Village location and pray that the kind and compassionate nurse is still there. She is great at what she does most people are there to just collect a paycheck, however, Shawntray she is there to ensure we as patients are Cared for Now! Oh let me not forget the Dr. i believe it was Chery, she was awesome especially remaining calm during my frantic freakout. Keep up the great work I see a promotion in your future Shawntray or it should be we need more nurses like you! Thanks Care Now

I came in today barely knowing what to do. But a very nice nurse at the counter named jasmine at this location helped me out and made it very easy for me to be in and out. she deserves all the praise.

Everyone was so kind and thorough when gathering my history, listening to my symptoms and discussing next steps. I really felt heard and supported. I was also able to get in and out very quickly!
