You know i come to this gym about 3 to 4 times a week. The staff is great and very friendly. Not usually to packed so easy to get to the machine and work outs i want. Realistically though i have a real problem with the hours. They close at 10:30pm on Mon till Thurs. Then on Fri close at 9:30!? Then on Sat at 7? What about the people that have to work 10 hour days? i know their are many refinery and two jobbers like me in this town. We get charged like the rest of them but have no time to lift. I recommend anyone reading this from El Dorado to look and compare their hours to the YMCA locations in Wichita and surrounding areas. I'm sure there are people who would agree. Other than that though i am happy with my YMCA membership, and will keep doing what i can to work around a short amount of time.

Loved this YMCA went like every day two years back. Loved how they stayed open until 11:00 pm in the summer...don't know if they still do though. Haven't been in a while...

Staff is great and there is a super wide selection of machines, equipment, and activities to choose from. Personal classes cost more but anything taught by Kera is 100% worth it, fantastic personal trainer and group leader. Facilities need some updating but that's not anything crucial to exercise experience. Lots to offer!

Great place for the whole family. Pool, sauna, hot tub, steam rooms, and every method of exercise you can imagine. An open environment with a modern style, natural lighting, and helpful staff. They offer classes in a wide variety of workouts and swimming. Their app offers tracking of your progress, and online videos of various health programs. They have the Kids Zone for parents working out, or taking classes. Locker rooms available for men, women, and families. Handicap accessible in all areas, as well as parking. Highly recommended for days where weather restricts outdoor activities for the family.

DANIEL MCCOY the BRANCH DIRECTOR was absolutely professional about resolving an issue I had. He came and found me I didn't have to seek him out. This is a great place to get the entire family in shape kids are really welcome

I've always been fond of working out and while a membership here is a little pricey it's a great place to go after work or before work

I am just so impressed. We have done Swimming. Gymnastics. And now Basketball . With the Help of the Staff at our Eldorado YMCA my little ones are able to live there best life. When they think back on there childhood. awesome. Thanks to all of you..

Being a part of the El Dorado YMCA branch has truly been a life-changing experience for me. The sense of community within this place is phenomenal, and I can't express how much it means to have such a supportive environment. The staff and director here go above and beyond in their efforts to serve and build a strong community. The group exercise classes are nothing short of amazing – they're not only fire but also hold me accountable on my fitness journey. Just stampmark my muscles made by Kera and April!! Amen to this chick!!!!! I love the YMCA You guys have a lot to offer. I moved into El Dorado in the summer. One of the first things i did was signed up for my membership. The facility is really nice and most of the equipment fairly new. Always get to have a good lift when i get in there. Only thing that lacks though i would agree is some of the hours.Working two jobs makes it a struggle to get in before 10:30 when i get off at 9. I come from Wichita though so I am sure the traffic between the two community's if different. Other thing is you guys don't have a punching bag. :'(....

My 3 kids have been taking private swim lessons for a few weeks at the Y and wow! We just LOVE Maia our swim instructor. My 10 yo is finally getting his strokes down, my 7 yo is feeling ever more confident and nearly swimming on her own. But my 5 yo, she is very opinionated and very loud but Maia got her face in the water on lesson 2! Shes so great with my kids and I'm just amazed at how well she manages and is teaching my admittedly difficult youngest. Scheduling was easy and I am very pleased with my kids progress. Highly recommend the private swim lessons!
