  It is simply a point where river Krishna reaches Bay if Bengal. There are absolutely no recreational facilities.

  Never plan to visit. This place has been completely spoiled. Police are not allowing anyone to visit. You will be disappointed. Stop your car on the road otherwise you will be stuck in a scam.
