Ms.Sravani took sample without pain. Just enquired with team about their machinery equipped with high end from lab to radiology. Particularly MRI & CT All the best to the entire team!!!

Suggest Front Office Team to handle the customers / patients with more patience & be humble. Reception desk need to have transparency thereby educate customers on tests & pricing.

The staff at reception were cool, polite and soft. They were patient enough to answer all our doubts or queries in a manner we liked. The technical staff at scan centre have adequate knowledge about the technicalities and explained every detail minutely to my satisfaction. Overall my experience at this centre is overwhelming. And special thx to manager madam for making our visit easy.

19.10.23 - "Excellent diagnostic lab in Rajahmundry. However today, I faced the problem with payment by debit card as there is issue either with network or with the machines. Request the Management to take care of the same." 20.10.23 - Very unhappy to see automated reply to all reviews, which says they are happy for the review and gives thanks with the same language to every one. Specific issues are not given specific replies. Requires improvements in this front.

I have visited various other diagnostics centers but this one in Rajahmundry is top rated in terms of hospitality and service. The staff is so polite and customer centric. We felt very happy for the pleasant atmosphere and good receiving.Also the testing equipment threat of testing, the most important point is cleanlyness is very fine.

The staff especially the receptionists are very polite & responsive. The lab technicians for blood sample collection are inexperienced. I being a doctor visited the centre for a test and was poked 5 times for fixing a canula. During my visit I even saw a 1yr old baby parents were asked to go out to another hospital for fixing a canula for the baby.

Good ambiance. Cordial reception. Quick in sample collection and reports. Call back to ascertain regarding any medication is really appreciable.

Train your staff, how to treat the patient. We accept that the machines are too costly and sensitive, just inform the patient how to be with the machine before start of scanning, while doing scanning accidentally it may touch, don't degarde by saying it is 1 crore value. Maintain proper timings of your crew, your team is no urgent to close their duty before time, need to spend extra 5 to 10 mins to capture proper scanning, in there urgency we can't get proper reports. Control aggressive and maintain patience Maintain good relationship otherwise first visit will be the last visit. FYI

Very well maintained with very good ambience. Centrally located. Staff are well mannered. This Lab is equipped with latest equipment with superior technology.

Lab is fully Hygienic and staff are so supportive. Everything is explained very clear. And most better thing is Home sample facility is also available. Accurate results as on time. Really good
