    Dont trust and buy any Samsung products, repair service is not yet done for my AC from last 3 weeks. WASTE SERVICE TEAM THEY HAD.

    Even I faced the repair issue for AC, the agent say coming today, coming evening and coming next day finally he came after a week that to after making too many calls. Very bad service team dont buy by looking at brand if they dont have good service.

    The service team is worst, think before purchase in here. The name looks tempting like SmartPlaza but the service team are not smart enough. The service agent called and said he will visit and closed ticket within hours saying customer not reachable very bad thing I faced.
