It's bit away from a small village, approximately 1KM or less,it appears to be clean from open defecation, because it is away from population, regarding safety , it's ok ,few local will show up here and there. There was a private watchman having an eye on activities going on there. There is a meteorological observation center in the vicinity, might be he is an employee there. But this beach is visited by more people nowadays, when compared with my past experience , I went there several times, there were few guys consuming liquor,but very few of that kind visit.most of the visitor s are common public,and families, lovers. Regarding beach it appears to be a safe to enter into water. Waves were also little in size yesterday, dept is also not much , I mean it's gradually increasing not immediately steep.Please use your own caution ,I don't have much experience in beach swimming or else. There was trash everywhere,but it's common at most of the places.
