Also known asย Bandar beachย /ย Machilipatnam beach, is located near Machilipatnam about 20 km from Machilipatnam. The taxi facility of frequent BUS Auto is available from Machilipatnam. Sunrise from the ocean as well as the sunset at night is one of the great times.ย Thereโ€™s also Lighthouse near the beach, donโ€™t forget to visit the lighthouse. Thereโ€™s a fish market near the beach, we can get fish, crabs, and prawns at a lower cost.

Manginapudi Beach Machilipatnam has located near Machilipatnam, about 20 km from Machilipatnam. It is also known as Bandar beach or Machilipatnam beach. Enclosed by a lake and river, the beach may look like a legit paradise on Earth, with alluring water and black-hued soil that renders filters obsolete.ย The beach timings are 06:00 am to 06:00 pm. New walkway is being constructed ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Neat and clean. Well maintained. The last time I visited was very dirty and polluted. This time around was a full different beach. Found a small jelly fish ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Machilipatnam Beach, located in the coastal town of Machilipatnam, offers a mixed bag of experiences. If you're looking to enjoy the waters of the sea, it might not be the best choice, as the water is quite muddy and not suitable for swimming. However, the beach has its own unique charm and offers other enjoyable aspects. Firstly, if you're traveling from Hyderabad and enjoy road trips, Machilipatnam Beach is a good option. The roads leading to the beach are well-maintained, providing a smooth and comfortable journey. Along the way, you'll be treated to scenic views of the surrounding landscapes, making the trip more enjoyable. When you reach the beach, you'll find a lively atmosphere with locals and tourists alike. Although the water might not be ideal for swimming, the waves can still be quite impressive. If you're a fan of the ocean and love watching the waves crash against the shore, Machilipatnam Beach offers a good opportunity to do so. Furthermore, the beach features small stalls where you can find a variety of food options. These stalls offer a taste of local cuisine, allowing you to indulge in some delicious snacks or refreshments while enjoying the beachside atmosphere. It's a great way to immerse yourself in the local culture and try out some flavorful treats. Overall, Machilipatnam Beach is a good place to visit if you enjoy traveling and are looking for a change of scenery from Hyderabad. The well-maintained roads and scenic views on the way add to the charm of the journey. While the water might not be suitable for swimming, the beach offers impressive waves and a bustling atmosphere. Don't forget to explore the small stalls for some tasty local food options.

This beach is permanently closed . I have travelled for 50km on very bad road in hope to see the beach . But we were not allowed to go near the beach by the local watchman.. and it's not safe for family members to travel on such bad roads and locality

Do not follow this location if you want to go to the beach. This is the location of Port. There is no beach here. Search with the name "Manginapudi Beach". This is where all visitors go. There sre few stalls for both veg and non veg snacks.

Update: 1.The beach is open now... 2. Machilipatnam Lighthouse is open for visitors. 3.30 pm to 5.30pm. A good place to visit when you get near Machilipatnam. And it's the only place to visit which is good enough. The beach โ›ฑ is greatly connected through road. If you like crowded beaches visit on Saturday's and Sunday's. It will be lighty crowded on other days. Whenever you come it will be closed by 6pm or 6.30pm.

Went to the beach, and it's a mixed bag. Stunning views in this amazing visit, but cleanliness needs a boost. Some litter around dampened the experience. Still, the waves and sunset were a sight to remember. With a bit of upkeep, it could be a gem!!!!!
