Food is a bit above average, and for the taste, is outrageously priced. I’d give the swimming pool a 1.5 over 5 over safety, tiles are sharp and I cut my toe. I was forced to wear a hair cap, which I did not have, and had to purchase from them at an outrageous price. Service was terrible, servers were not friendly and treated my friends group like we were an unwelcome addition to their day. I visited this place twice, first time went okay we were a group of 4 females, food took forever to get ready, but the servers were polite. The second time was a different story. I came here with a bunch of my friends, I had a swim, cut my toe on their sharp tiles, food took forever, and the servers were disrespectful towards my group. The only thing that this place had going for them was the smoothies, they were not bad, my Mojito had no mint though 💀. And did I mention how awful the service was the second time ? We had to get up from our seats to go get the server every time we needed something. All this is about the poolside seating. Will try the indoors seating and service in the future for another review. Hopefully they’ll have updated their service.

Serene environment with some cool all-day country music from the compund. Nice service delivery. But, hotel management must consider urgently renovations in the rooms.

Regal Hotel has a beautiful space for relaxation. The bar is packed with all drink types, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The meals were tasty, and the pool was so refreshing. I will bring you all the pictures of their rooms on my next visit. Visit Regal Hotel on the Tamale airport road. See ya

worst customer experience. took like 30 minutes to come and tell us out order isn't available and after reordering for a pizza.. it took almost 3 hours to make one.
