Compared
to
the
shopping
centers
I
know,
this
is
more
like
a
mini
mall.
It
is
disability
friendly.
For
the
past
year,
I
have
been
making
my
grocery
shopping
here.
I
don't
get
to
have
all
I
want
but
on
the
average,
I
am
somehow
sorted.
Of
their
employees
are
some
who
are
deaf
and
dumb.
This
is
an
initiative
worthy
of
emulation
by
all
other
malls,
marts,
markets,
grocery
stores
and
other
centers
of
similar
fashion.
But
my
delight
was
when
I
went
in
yesterday
and
chanced
on
this
couple
with
a
baby
who
happen
to
be
both
deaf
and
dumb.
I
watched
as
one
of
the
the
attendants
with
same
plight
took
them
through
the
shelves
and
introducing
their
products
to
them
so
they
make
the
best
choices
possible.
It
was
20:00
hence
they
are
shutting
down
for
the
day.
At
the
entrance,
this
deaf
attendant
refused
to
let
other
customers
in
which
is
an
indication
of
their
adherence
to
their
strict
rules.
I
went
ahead
to
ask
an
audible
and
vocal
attendant
what
their
(deaf
and
dumb)
role
is,
he
responded
that
they
are
employees
just
like
everyone
else.
Kudos
Quality
First.
I
am
impressed!
