Feeling lost cause going here alone, but there a lot of delicious food inside. I recommend you to buy angel chicken and watermelon juice. I don’t know why I’m so addicted with watermelon juice. And for my indonesian friend, we can find “pisan goreng” (fried banana) in ruifeng night market. I hope i can visit this place again with my friends.

I personally prefer Ruifeng market to Liuhe. The market is basically a big squarish area and has lots of food and games available for a night fun. If you enjoy night market games, then Ruifeng is the market you should visit! This market is a busy and crowded one, especially from 7-8.30pm

Ruifeng Night Market, explored during a February escapade in Taiwan, was a vibrant kaleidoscope of flavors and bustling energy. The chilly February air couldn't dampen the warmth of sizzling street food stalls offering delectable treats. The market's lively ambiance, adorned with colorful lights and enthusiastic vendors, created an exhilarating atmosphere. From steaming bowls of noodles to savoring local delicacies, the market was a gastronomic adventure. The mingling aromas and diverse offerings made it a memorable evening, adding a spicy and flavorful chapter to the Taiwan

So crowded that there was hardly any space to move. Literally squeezing everywhere. We were initially so excited after reading reviews. However, we left after trying a few stalls because the crowd was too crazy and the food wasn’t that great. Sweet potato balls: yummy Grilled beef cubes: not very fresh Churros: wasn’t cooked in the middle Fried ice cream: only really good thing we had After that we headed to Liuhe night market, which was so much better. Less crowded and more local food.

Kaohsiung Arena MRT Station (Red Line) Exit 1 and walk straight ahead. It reminded me much of Bangkok's Jodd Fairs. Certainly more happening and more like a night market than Liuhe. More food stalls, more game stalls, more little shops selling stuff as well and even food stalls with proper seating area (like the hotplate grill stall that reminded me of Shih Lin Night Market). More crowd too, perhaps also because it's a Friday today. Nothing too different in terms of the food, similar snacks (deep fried, braised, grilled etc), drinks and desserts too.

its was quite disappointing since we were quite excited to go to a famous night market but it was just filled with people. crowded n compact like a squeezy pasar malam. its a very popular place hence the crowd but it was wayy too many people there. only bought 2 things - the ice cream + some chicken feet. luckily we went to liuhe night market beforehand. hopefully this place is better during the weekdays as we went during the weekends.

Quite a lot of different stalls for food and games. I went on a Thursday evening at about 6:30 and still quite a lot of the stalls weren't open by that time. Suggest going later if you want to have more of a selection of food and games.

It was very busy om Friday night. The small lanes are quite tight so moving around can get tricky at times. There's a lot of shops with foods and various goods to choose from. It's just a 5min walk from the nearby Arena Station. There's also a bus that runs from the Lotus Pond all the way here. All in all definitely worth a visit and it would be even nicer the area was a little more spacious (you could say it adds to the night market flair though).

Highly recommend this night market when you are travelling in Kaoshiung, Taiwan. This night market are full of variety foods and more choices compare with another tourist spot Liouhe Market. Also, the transportation is very convenience as well, just take the High Speed Rail to Zuoying Station or the Taiwan Railway to Kaohsiung Station - then take the Kaohsiung MRT and get off at Dome Station.

Supposedly the best night market in KH, but many stalls are now empty. Still a great place to visit if you’re in the area!

Came late at 11pm and market was still busy and didn't slow down till after 12am on a Saturday night. Lots and lots of food, games, and shopping. Definitely the biggest and busiest night market in Kaohsiung, well worth a visit!

Busy market with more food vendors than shops. The food is a must-try with many good local options and reasonable pricing.

Alternative to Liouhe Night Market, this night market seems to be in a designated place with narrow spaces. Very good experience and you can find the best flaky Taiwanese scallion pancake here!

It's a nice visit in Kaohsiung and a good place to eat, not specifically taiwanese food, because I'd say that the most part of the market is international food. The prices are ok, but some snacks can be really expensive, not what you expect for a night market. You can go through the entire market in an hour or so if you go very slowly, is very small, not even the size of a block. Great place, but not a must.

Good place to enjoy night street food. But concern about food hygiene. Kids can also enjoy here because there are a lot of entertainment

This is one of my favorite night markets to visit. There’s always such a variety of foods and drinks to try, and they’re always fresh and tasty. I try to go every time I’m in Kaohsiung :)

Long lines of food and stalls. Crowded places. Some stalls are closed due to covid. Some stalls are empty. Plenty of food stalls to enjoy.

Ruifeng Night Market 高雄港都瑞豐夜市 is currently the largest and most crowded night market in Kaohsiung. It is located right next to the Kaohsiung Arena MRT station, making it a convenient place for tourists to visit. Here you can find every kind of traditional Taiwan night market food you could ask for, such as fried squid, fried octopus balls, papaya milk, milk tea, and chicken and beef steak, as well as games, clothes, and other shopping. 📍 Ruifeng Night Market 高雄港都瑞豐夜市 🚙 804, Kaohsiung City, Zuoying District, Yucheng Rd, 南屏路 🚌 Take the Kaohsiung Red Line MRT to Kaosiung Arena station. The night market is about a three minute walk from the station. ⏰8.00pm to 2.00am

was here both on a rainy and fair weather night, crowded as place is popular. recent visit after COVID rule relaxed on Friday night packed with people, and merchants are pretty much all back in high gear, look out for crammed alley but nice atmosphere if not too hot a weather

The night market was super crowded and everyone packed in like sardines in a can. The food was alright though everything that was supposed to be savory tasted a bit too sweet for my taste. Angel chicken had great service for night market standards but their chicken was really overrated. It tasted a lot like chick-fil-a soaked in sugar with a much crisper outer layer.

高雄瑞豐夜市 Kaohsiung Ruifeng Night Market 高雄之旅!Kaohsiung Tour! Whenever you go to Kaohsiung, Ruifeng Night Market is definitely one of the must-go night markets. Extremely well managed, as is the shape of the night markets are like lines of squares, with lanes of shops and stalls, making it extremely easy to navigate around. It can get extremely crowded, but ain't that the beauty of a night market? With so many stalls in the Ruifeng Night Market, here are some of my personal top 5 recommendations of must-try foods. Of course, there's still plenty of others that you should try too when you're there. • 章魚爆爆 (Lane 3) - Ordered 泰式酸辣 (Thai Stule Hot and Sour Sauce). Really tasty takoyaki, the taste is strong, that's what makes it really good. You can taste both squids and scallops covered with the sauce and bonito flakes. The service is friendly as well, makes it 5 stars! There are few other flavors to choose and try at @takoyaki_boom ! • 彭氏臭豆腐 (Lane 7) - Small stall but packed with awesome stinky tofu smell. Menu is extremely simple - 3 types of bowl (small, medium, and large) and 3 types of spiciness (小辣 light spiciness, 中辣 medium spiciness, 大辣 high spiciness) to choose from. The smell and the spiciness is right on the spot. The bowl is packed with lots of good stuff too - stinky tofu, duck blood, vegetables and all of them are covered with chili oil. • 明洞姥姥韓式炒麵 (Lane 1) - Korean style fried noodle restaurant. Great choice for any seasons, the boss will get your order ready in extremely quick, so don't worry about the queue. Ordered「炒韓式泡麵」.The noodle texture is chewy, and the spiciness is rightly combined with the pork meat and cabbages. • 文鮮奶麻糬 (Lane 2) - The soft and glutinous fresh milk mochi is made with pure fresh milk. There are five flavors of milk, matcha, cocoa, peanut, and sesame. Perfect for after-meal or even before-meal, haha. The chewy texture shows how soft and yet delicious the mochi is. • 鴨香寶烤鴨夾餅/ 永泰烤鴨夾餅 (Lane 3) - The awesomess of the duck meat wrapped with thinned sliced cucumber in a bun, is just too good. Crunchy, yet, tender meat blended perfectly with the other ingredients. With 4 flavor tastes to be chose from, each flavors packs with great aroma, and definitely a choice to make whenever you come to this night market.
