Well, because i'm quarantine. So not so much of pictures i could take.. Just some foods and scenery.. But overall, the service is good. The room really much cozy. Furniture and facility are nice For foods still okay... As the traveler, i think it's more than good enough already for us to enjoy the comfortable night stay.

We liked the hotel, the calm place and staff are very friendly and cooperative. Teresa and Maggie are very friendly, both helped us for suffering visit areas in local and outside cities. We are really happy with their hospitality. Thank you so much for assistance and happiness ❤️❤️❣️❣️

Had an excellent experience with this quarantine hotel. The staff were very friendly and very responsive. Any requests, such as asking for new towels, were attended to immediately. The food was also nice. Most importantly, the hotel is located in a quieter part of the city. Hence, one can sleep soundly regardless of day or night time. Highly recommend.

Spent my 8 day quarantine here and left very happy. The room was comfortable, the food was great 9/10 times, and the service was always excellent. They made the entire quarantine process as straightforward and comfortable as possible. I had to change my plans last minute and book the very last open quarantine hotel in the area, and I’m very happy this was the one I ended up with!

Had to stay here for my home isolation and I must say, Hotel guide made my quarantine incredibly comfortable(which isn't easy when you spend 8 nights inside the room). Everything you need is just a message away and the respective staff will make sure your needs are met. Overall, a comfy stay with all the amenities and friendly staff. Oh and the meals offered are pretty decent.

I’ve stayed in here for my quarantine period after arrival of the Taiwan, and I can only say that they never make me disappointed to choose this hotel, I’d always felt like I’m at home. Wonderful experience here with unexpected huge comfortable bed and space. Value for money. Very quickly for check in and polite front desk receptionist are very helpful. I definitely will back to stay here again. Thank you 💕😊.

I booked into Guide Hotel for 3+4 quarantine. I got here at midnight. Two very friendly and very helpful members of staff helped me check in and gave me dinner. They had communicated with me through Line before I arrived. Checking in was very simple. When I arrived, my room was already prepared. The room is large and clean. The large window makes being in here less claustrophobic. The staff drop off food 4 times per day and take away garbage. I’d recommend spending the quarantine here, or staying here if you’re visiting Kaohsiung

The staff at this hotel is awesome! There was a little hiccup when I first checked in due to the booking site untruthful advertisement photo. The hotel staff helped to coordinate with the booking site, and we got everything resolved. The hotel team is very responsive and on top of everything. Easy communication and fast response. Thank you so much for making my 4 days stay as smooth as possible.

Excellent and friendly service standard throughout my stay. Wider selection of meals provided daily with plenty of mineral water bottles in the room. Facilities are in perfect condition and well maintained. Overall, an incredible quarantine hotel in Kaohsiung for me and perhaps soon to be my last journey of Taiwan quarantine hotel.

Good hotel for the price. Very basic, no frills accommodation but the price reflects that. The customer service was excellent, front desk staff pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection. The pool was freezing cold and unfortunately because of that we did not use it. If your looking for a reasonably priced, clean place to stay with a great breakfast included, then I recommend this hotel.

Room #535 was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was no more exercise room or swimming pool as those services were not offered in 2023. I would definitely stay again for a good night sleep

It’s a decent hotel, very close to the City Hall MRT station (Orange line). I thought even though the furniture of the hotel was a bit dated and the interior was a bit old fashioned, it offered a good value. It was a reasonable price. They offer a no-frill service. I really liked the pool, but unfortunately it is only open on certain days and closed at 5.30pm, so basically after arrival we barely had an hour for a swim (the pool is closed the next day). It would have been great if they kept the pool open later and would have loved the opportunity for a morning swim too. You can only enter the pool with a cap, but we were given one (they don’t provide a towel, so you need to bring it from your room).
