According
to
a
friend’s
introduction,
AMIA
is
a
store
specializing
in
Japanese
tea
and
Japanese
coffee
on
Youth
Road
in
Kaohsiung
City.
When
I
came
here,
although
it
was
in
the
city,
the
environment
was
particularly
quiet
and
not
noisy.
The
decoration
design
in
the
store
was
very
Japanese.
Simple
style,
pure
white
space
and
wooden
decoration,
as
well
as
a
Japanese-style
tatami
seating
area,
make
people
feel
particularly
calm
and
relaxed
when
entering
the
store.
AMIA
is
run
by
a
young
couple.
The
boss
is
from
Kaohsiung,
and
the
hostess
is
Japanese.
I
heard
that
the
name
of
the
store
is
the
name
of
the
boss’s
grandmother,
and
I
also
wanted
to
find
it;
The
couple's
tea
products
are
produced
by
directly
visiting
tea
plantation
producers
across
Kyushu
and
selecting
Japanese
tea
with
both
quality
and
taste.
There
are
many
varieties
of
Japanese
tea,
and
most
of
the
varieties
provided
in
the
store
are
unblended
varieties.
Tea,
so
you
can
taste
the
personality
of
each
tea.
We
chose
"Guancha"
Mountain
Breath
Blowing,
It
is
a
production
method
in
which
the
tea
trees
are
covered
for
a
period
of
time
(10
days
or
20
days)
before
picking
tea,
so
it
has
a
refreshing
taste
like
sencha
and
the
unique
flavor
of
Gyokuro
tea;
Banniang’s
brewing
method
also
uses
two
stages
Brewing
method,
first
brewing
with
water
temperature
of
60°,
and
then
brewing
with
water
temperature
of
65°~70°,
two
different
flavors
are
presented.
I
heard
from
the
boss
that
the
output
of
"Guancha"
this
year
has
dropped
sharply,
but
the
quality
is
better
than
in
previous
years.
It's
good.
The
brewed
tea
leaves
can
also
be
eaten,
and
a
little
sea
salt
is
added.
The
covered
tea
leaves
taste
as
fresh
and
tender
as
wild
vegetables,
without
the
bitterness
of
tea
leaves,
and
it
is
really
delicious.
Also
selected
"Kettle
Fried
Tea"
Put
the
tea
leaves
into
an
iron
pot
and
fry
them.
Currently,
only
some
parts
of
Kyushu
still
use
this
method
to
make
tea.
The
tea
leaves
have
a
unique
aroma
that
can
only
be
found
in
a
wok.
The
tea
leaves
are
green
and
golden
in
color
and
have
the
refreshing
aroma
of
grains.
It
seems
somewhat
similar
to
buckwheat
tea;
Paired
with
the
warabi
mochi
(brown
sugar
flavor)
that
comes
with
the
tea,
I
also
ordered
hojicha
flavored
warabi
mochi
and
strawberry
matcha
raw
milk
roll.
With
a
sip
of
tea,
it
was
an
extremely
satisfying
afternoon
tea,
plus
the
friendly
greetings
of
the
boss
and
the
hostess
The
greetings
and
cold
brew
tea
drinks
(sencha
+
matcha
powder)
add
to
the
warmth
of
this
leisurely
and
elegant
shop,
making
people
want
to
stay
for
a
while
longer.
