Combination of western and Taiwan breakfast buffet, fresh fruit, pastries and the coffee is amazing, must try! The only problem is queue can be long between 9 to half past 9.

J'dore the salad, quite fresh! the service attitude is quite friendly and food. My good impression is not only about the employees there, but also the customers. The people we met there are quite nice and enthusiastic about sharing ...... the con is the barriers /stairs....not very convenient for the physical disabilities.. although I am not one...

Food selection for breakfast is mostly local, which I love! They have a little bit of everything- congee, dimsums, noodles, soup, rice, cereals, fruits, bread, veggies, plus different types of meat and fish. And they change it up daily so I never got tired of the same spread over and over again. Service is top-notch - very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The atmosphere is wonderful as well! Overall a great experience!

Excellent service, atmosphere and incredible food. I’d pay to come any day! Was a very special birthday celebration for my mom! The server was thoughtful enough to write us a card and get our picture on the Polaroid. Salad bar included smoked salmon, a potato salad, mustard beef, pork with wild rice, ham and salami, ahi tuna…. Beside it were fruits and about 8 different desserts! My favorite was the fruit tart. The bread was delicious with your choice of jam, honey, peanut butter, etc. Soup was a cream of mushroom! Also hot foods include fresh veggies, beef roast, mash potatoes, Mac and cheese! For drinks, they charge 80 nt of u want any water or sparkling. With the meal also comes with tea or coffee, and they really could make anything you wanted in those two categories. The bathroom was outside but had towed to dry your hands, automatic soap dispenser so you don’t have to touch anything else!

Great food, we have dinner here. It’s half buffet half order style. We order a filet steak and a sea bass. Love both of them.

Thanks to Belle for the attentive service. We were dining at BLT and kept waving for staff until she rushed over from seeds restaurant. Very nice

The best tasty variety of food spreads I have ever seen. The taste is out of this world with top notch service. Highly recommended!!!

Fruit and veggie smoothie was the best. All other breakfast buffet items were undoubtedly above standard level. Staff were nice. A must-have experience if one stays in Intercontinental Kaohsiung.

Great breakfast here with a huge range items

The hash browns are very good, and the truffle fries were salty and crispy. The chocolate croissants are sweet and sugary! The hot chocolate with milk was sweet, but also bitter.
