😬I met Xinying Goose Meat by chance. I went in to order with a feeling of not being sure whether it was delicious or not. I unexpectedly added a new item to my list...🤗 🤗The goose plate...very delicate, tender, elegant and delicious...ordered 2 portions...so satisfying😋The duck head is also good to chew...if you have teeth, order it🤣 I ordered two more bowls of goose oil rice. It was not greasy, not greasy, and had just the right aroma. The boss thoughtfully told me to stir it. As expected, it blended into the rice that was just soft enough. It was even more delicious😋 I ordered another plate of goose blood paste. It has a restrained and delicate taste. When dipped in the dipping sauce from the store, it will make you unforgettable. 😋 Sichuan blanched goose fat mixed with cabbage...the bean sprouts are all fresh, sweet, crispy and durable☺️ The store gave me a bowl of warm bamboo shoot soup. 店家接待態度很親切，點餐過程有問必答也蠻有耐心。 乍看之下以為價格微貴些，但是鵝肉的份量算蠻多且肉的佔比很高，不會像有些店一大半都是骨頭，光這點就值得回訪了! 鵝油飯味道雖然不算很濃郁，但是淡淡的也是不錯吃，筍湯的份量也是很大碗，湯頭味道挺鮮甜很開胃。

A humble shop within a 1.5km radius of City Council Metro. To us, this is the benchmark of Saltwater Goose. This goose dish is what will make us return to Kaohsiung, yes, even just to enjoy this goose dish. Even how good a food/dish is, we seldom return to the same shop to eat before we leave a place, as there are so much to eat I each place we visit. However, this goose restaurant is one of those rare shops we made a return to enjoy before we left Kaohsiung. They are that good. However, surprisingly, both times when we're there, there is no crowd at all, and we only see locals. Hence, this is a rare gem we found that we hope they can sustain the turbulent economy and future Covid situation to stay a float so that lots more people can find d them and enjoy their signature goose. Their goose oil infuse rice is heavenly, and we are not those that consume offals/innards. In this place, we broke that! Their goose web is just great!

老闆非常親切！鹹水鵝不錯，湯也清甜好喝~ 鵝腸和豆芽菜炒在一起味道有點被吃掉、鵝腳普通，鵝香飯香味有點不夠濃郁小可惜~

I have to admit this dinner is the best one since I have been in Taiwan 🤣 very familiar with Vietnamese food actually. The family members owning this restaurant are all fast, friendly.

The goose meat is juicy, sweet and super delicious Rice blood is generally not bad to eat, but it’s not as amazing as goose meat 😂 The meat cutting tray comes with bamboo shoot soup which is also delicious😍😍 Fortunately, the rice with goose fat is not clear enough🍚 The boss is very kind ❤️This will give you 5 hearts directly

Super random place for geese meat. Quite decent. A little saltire than you'd expect but still good. They cook pretty much everything in geese fat. For local folks.

I would say goose bento in this shop absolutely is the best one in Kaohsiung. The rice melted into the goose oil, that is the perfect combination you ever taste. Anyway, highly recommended if you want to try it!

點了一份鹹水鵝 (附贈筍湯, 可續湯), 炒高麗菜, 鵝油飯. 整體來說非常清爽可口. 鹹水鵝有去骨, 肉質軟硬適中, 不失嚼勁但也不會過硬. 筍湯味道很鮮美. 服務也非常親切. 是我吃過所有鵝肉店最物美價廉的一家.
