    Perfectly cooked chunks of beef paired with a generous portion of smooth and chewy hand made noodles and a nuanced soup base. What is also amazing is the fiery chili sauce and minced garlic that adds an extra kick to the dish. The staff is also very helpful, cooking up a beef free bowl of shredded pork noodles for my friend who can't take beef. 牛肉入口即化，手工面q弹可口，汤底能尝出牛肉味但又不会太重。很好的一碗牛肉面！

    Very good with basics. Big chunks of beef and chewy noodles. Soup is mild and not overpowering. Tripe and tendon cold dish was good too.

    The 牛肉乾拌麵is really good. They also have air conditioning, which is nice and comfortable seating. It would be better if they had their 小菜on plates rather than to-go containers.

    Absolutely delicious beef noodle soup. There is more seating in the second floor. Nice and comfy: there is AC, non-plastic utensils, and tissues. Side dishes are in the refrigerator downstairs.

    This is seriously the worst soup noodle I have ever had. It tastes more like an Japanese udon noodle. It tastes nothing like the traditional Taiwanese beef noodle. The dry noodle was also very terrible. It basically just tastes like dry noodle with soy sauce. I totally did not enjoy it. We even left without finishing it.

    Visited this shop twice during our 2018 holiday in Taiwan. Lightly stewed beef with soy sauce soup base. Unlike other noodle restaurants cooked with heavy and sometimes oily soup base found elsewhere in Taiwan. Like it or not, it's just a bit different, a cross between traditional noodles and Japanese raman perhaps. Noodles are quite firm and chewy. They were $110 per serve back then, excellent value and quality in my opinion.
