When you're waiting for a table you can always help yourself to the massage chair and relax while you wait. A waitress will even come by and offer you a cold drink while you wait. There's even a children's play area for kids to play in while they wait for a table. Lot of selection in terms of food. You can order noodles and someone will come and stretch and dance with the noodles at your table. There is even a Sichuan Opera dance while you eat and see the performer change masks effortlessly. Before or after your meal you can always help yourself to Hagen Daas ice cream at the entrance of the restaurant. Great time and great food. Would come again when we visit.

Best hot pot experience in Taiwan. Maybe I was lucky, because I happened to go there on a Sunday, prior to Halloween, so the whole place was super packed (1h wait time) and there was a lot of Halloween decorations. The food was great, the service was really good and the whole atmosphere was wonderful.

I visited here little long time ago. And today come again... I think they changed their meat in buffet service menu.. we all cannot eat it because of fishy smell in that meat..and duck blood also.

Best customer service I've ever experienced! They provide free manicure, massage chair, games, etc. for the customers that are on the waiting list. The food is amazing, many variety to choose from. Whether you like spicy, mild, and authentic chinese food, they've got it. Also, it was such a fun dining experience. There was face changed show, ramen tossing show during our dinner. I highly recommend this place, it's worth the wait.
