New spinning sushi in Chia-Yi, the price is 40+ per plate, low price and delicious!

It was my first time here, and I came during the afternoon hour, so we got the benefit of getting the full attention at the restaurant. They served sashimi over the warm vinegar rice right in front of me. We had a light lunch, cuttlefish, scallop, sweet shrimp and flounder. The ingredients were quite fresh, and the texture had a pleasant sweet after taste. I will definitely come back to sample more soon.

Unbelievable service I arrived around 2:30 weekday (1/31) and asked if I can wait for 15 minutes, but I found there are few tables empty, this is not reasonable so I decided to leave.

Made to look like an authentic Japanese restaurant, the chef and crowd will yell to welcome you. Lots of choice to be made on a tablet, that will be brought to you on a small conveyor belt, or by a waiter. Each item as a price and there is a 10% charge added at the end. Cash only. A limited number of fish cuts or meats are available with a variety of presentation and toppings. Pretty good and I enjoyed the time with the family even as a non fish eater.

Excellent food and service. We had a wide variety of sushi which in Taiwan the fish is very recently caught and fresh. The food arrived on a conveyor belt which was innovative. What would make it better is if the menu would include English.

Best Sushi In Town, Quite Pricy but worth a try. The Salmon is so good.
