One of the top 3 most famous night markets (per online suggestions). It’s quite popular and crowded on a Wednesday, but personally I think the options and food are not as good as expected (vs the other Taiwanese night markets).

Honestly, if any market is under-rated, this is probably it. Out of the night markets I've been to in Tainan, I think this is really the best. I am not a fan of game stalls but the sheer variety of games available is just impressive - they even have a live auction there for everyday items! Foodfare wise, the variety is greater than normal night markets too. And honestly, I find quite a handful night markets are all focused on food but Wusheng's also has a good variety of other items on sale like clothes, hair accessories, bags etc.

So many food stalls to choose from! I enjoyed the fried squid very much. Really delicious!

A big night market that is completely close to traffic so it is much more comfortable to walk in. they plenty of different games for the public from archery, to throwing rings to a bottle, fake fishing games, and a table with cubes. as for food, I didn't find too many vegan options stands. I found a Mochi stand and chorus .

I am glad I choose this one, the oldest and the amazing with hundreds of stalls. There are so many worth to try dishes and they are not too high in price as well. For me it is the intestine sausages that stands out. The flavour is packful and it comes with vegetable and other accompanying ingredients that matches wonderfully. The black pearl brown sugar tea is delicious too. Very authentic.

Not my favorite, maybe better for families with kids. Once is enough for me!

Excellent night market. Definitely try a little bit of everything. There is a wonderful selection of snack foods, desserts, preserved fruit, and of course TEA! You will also find small vendors selling everything from socks to cell phone cases. We loved the Japanese pancakes.
