This became one of my favorite bars/restaurants during my first visit. I ordered a Negroni and it was absolutely fantastic with perfectly balanced ingredients, the right amount of Bitters, and a slow-melting crystal-clear cube of ice. The risotto was outstanding in its flavors, texture, and execution, the burger and fries totally scrumptious, and the soft-shell crab and wrapped prawns mouthwatering and fabulous. Also, the service is impeccable yet friendly and warm, and the prices are reasonable.

Wow! What a great experience. I planned this memorable dinner 5 months ahead for my wife's birthday. The food was fantastic. We had steak tar tar, shrimp bisque soup, pasta bolognese, and saffron rice shrimp risotto. They brought out an apple tart pie, singing happy birthday. We ended the meal with a glass of champagne and a photo of our special night. . You truly can't go wrong planning a special moment with the "Lookout Bistro and Bar".

Restaurant comfortable with a nice view (not wonderful). My differents meals weren’t bad but the price is too much expensive compared to the quantity inside your place. For example I took a tartare steak…just 3 spoons and it was finished. First time of my life I eat a so little tartare steak…

Nice place for afternoon break.

This restaurant is called The Lookout Bistro, but there is not much to lookout for... 😂 Nevertheless the seating by the window is always nice. The service is actually not bad, the waiter took the time to answer our questions regard to the menu; when we finished our meal and was time for dessert, it was already pass the final ordering time, but our waiter managed to pushed through an order of pudding for us! The overall food quality was not bad, and I can tell there were some efforts put into creativity of the dishes... though you wont get any woos and wows in this restaurant. The pricing is ok, i wouldnt say it is: bang of the buck. But if you are in the mood of trying a new restaurant, it is still worth a shot.

We were attracted by this restaurant's incredible city view because there are some bloggers who recommended it on the internet. I think the scenery of the city is pretty good but the dishes are not so great. Also, the price is so pricey. If you are looking for a spot for some drinks, you may like this one. If not, I wouldn't recommend this one for having a meal.

Slow service despite the restaurant/bar at 1/3 capacity. Everything else average at best. A shame. Was here back in 2018, and looks like nothing has changed. Was asked to put in a final order before our order was received?! A pity as the hotel is very good.

Located at the highest floor of a hotel, this place offer a great view, good good and fun cocktails. Very good dinning experience, like every pasta we tried and love the appetizers. The meat in main dishes are pretty fresh with great sauce. For the cocktails, they offer some interesting special cocktails with different alcohol concentration. Ingredients are clearly recorded on the menu so you can just choose the ones you like. Good dining experience besides that they have clear different menu for dinner time and bar time, so it’s a bit hard for us to find dishes accompanying cocktails after meal. Be sure to book your seats before visit.

Even though the restaurant is pretty small, but I had a great lunch experience here. The lunch set is surprisingly very cheap considering it includes the appetizer, main course, beverage and dessert. For the main course I definitely recommend pappardelle as it has an amazingly great taste 👌🏻

Surprisingly nice food and atmosphere with a view of Central Park. Weekday afternoons are perfect for a quiet lunch and intimate conversation. The pasta is excellent.

Feel very lucky to get nice seats with last minute plan. Great foods, decent cocktails with amazing view & warm hospitality make this bistro a such cozy place for friend gathering or romantic dating. Highly recommended. 👍
