The service and food were fantastic! The staff were courteous and explained the menu and food was served accordingly. Visit the restaurant with an empty stomach because the menu includes as many dishes and desserts as they look good.

Held wedding celebrations here 7 years ago. The food and service is still as good. Keep up the good work!

Good services. The steak was only ok. But, it's hard to find good steak in Taiwan anyway, so.... I didn't expect much. Fried rice was too greasy. All other dishes were decent. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. Chocolate mousse was pretty good.

Wanted to try Taiwanese Teppanyaki and saw this place rated pretty well in google. This resto has created SOP on once fine dinning into an affordable dinning experience for the general public. Your main course choices are highly constrained by the resto. You only get to choose between 3 types of meal choices; 1 is for individual with meat but no seafood while the other 2 choices are fixed for 2 person with both meat and seafood. If you have 3 person, your option is constrained to either order 1 set meal for 2-person (with both meat & seafood) and another 1 set for individual (no seafood) or share the 2-person meal among the 3 of you. We found the meat to be tough both in medium and medium well. We felt the resto is more concern for its appetizers, desserts, sparkling (apple cider?), sorbet, and dessert drinks. If you want to have a Teppanyaki experience and not concern with the meat and seafood quality so long as you are full then this resto is good. Our server is quite attentive and her service is very good. We ordered a bottle of wine but we think she is trained to wait for us to finish all of our appetizers, our sparkling something and sorbets which we are not interested; we have to insist the server we want to open and drink the wine soonest.

Good and delicious food, good for groups of people or couples. A little expensive for the regular visit, but on special occasions. This is one of the best place to bring friends.

Interesting teppanyaki style of cooking western fusion type of food that brings out the flavour in the meats... Nice arrangement of courses...

We had a lot of people, so some chefs other than the original chef came and cooked steak and lobster, but it was too salty and tasteless. The team cooked by another chef said it was delicious, but I don't like it, so I won't go next time.

I had the pleasure of dining at Chamonix New Champs Teppanyaki on 01.08.2023, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. The efficiency and helpfulness of the staff set the tone for an amazing evening, matched only by the speed at which the delicious food arrived at our table. But the true star of the night was the Wagyu beef. It wasn't just good; it was sensational, tantalizing my taste buds with its rich flavor and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Every bite was a celebration of culinary excellence. The whole experience at Chamonix New Champs Teppanyaki was one of the best I've ever had, and it's left me craving for more. The people of Luxembourg would be lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber in their midst. I look forward to the day I can return to Kaohsiung and enjoy another memorable meal at this outstanding establishment. Highly recommended!

~3400twd for 2 pax. Reasonable price compare to the foods. Bread & dip for the starter were great. Wagyu beef also good. Everything is worth to try - except the onion soup
