Used to be one of the best McDonald's shop in Kaohsiung. Recently refurbished with new touch screen cashier is unbelievably slow and inefficient. Also less space for tables. A real mess, I can't understand how could they make such mistake.

I was at the Drive-thru and ordered my food around 1:30pm. At the pick up counter, the dude told me to pull up, wait at that little parking area, and someone will bring my food out. It was not busy at all. So when more than 10 minutes goes by, I decided to get out of my car and find out what's going on. Sure enough, my chicken salad was sitting there, being ignored... Great service McDonald.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Firstly, they have massive glass windows with no curtains and air-conditioning that can’t cope. Secondly, they allow all the tables to be accompanied by people watching movies, many of which are eating non-McDonald’s food. Thirdly (and worst of all) they don’t follow McDonald’s SOP - they pre-box all the fries and serve them to you freezing cold.

They told me they don't have beef, great job there fake'donalds!

it provides friendly and heartwarming service with nice and comfy environment (especially good hygiene!! the staffs do cleaning quite frequently without disturbing the consumers). also yesterday was a little girl's birthday that the staff wished her birthday using PA system (that's really sweet :D) FYI it provides drive-thru service and has wide parking lots.

Employees there are very nice . The place is nice because you can seat inside our outside and there is a parking for cars and scooters .

Good quality food. Portions were smaller than other McDonalds. Some staff spoke English. Near MRT station

Always crowded when I visit, though I normally visit late at night (around 8PM). The food is average - it's McDonald's. Seating is somewhat limited.

Nice drive thru store. The place is bright with natural lighting. Clean as it should be. Great place to dine in, and food is as expected from Mac. Nice place to chill with friends.Pardon my photo, just that im too hungry to take a before picture. Just focus on the surrounding ambience.

Nice McDo, easy to order and I always got my command fast and without mistakes. The restaurant is luminous and very clean.
