Nice place to stay. The rooms are on higher levels so the view is also nice.

Spent several weeks in town for business. The on floor amenities were great for more my needs. Super convenient to get where I needed to be. Anny at the front desk might have been the best part of the whole stay, super friendly and whenever I encountered any issues. Would recommend the stay and the staff for any regular traveler

The view in the morning, when you go to have breakfast is breathtaking. In front of you the harbor. Peace and serenity. Rooms are nice, bedsheets quality can be improved. The baththube in the bathroom is very good, everything is clean and tidy. Pleasant stay, friendly staff and good amenities.

Everything else is great with Eco friendly and breakfast is great. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The room is bigger than I expected including the restroom. There are little things to dislike - the refrigerator is not cool enough and the light in the mirror side is kind of dark in the restroom.

Great hotel and room is very clean and comfortable. My room is facing tower 85 and harbor so the view is excellent. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located on top of metro station so you can take metro from high speed train station to/from here. It is also very convenient to go to other places in the city by metro from the hotel.

Our family stayed at Cozzi for two nights. Everything was wonderful. I read the basement parking is small so I parked in the parking lot next to the hotel. The room was nice and clean with a pretty big bathtub. What made my stay even better was the young tall man working in the breakfast area. The window tables was all full so we couldn’t get one but as we walked to get our food the young man ran over to let us know there is a table open now and he will clean it right away so we can use it. The whole team working in the breakfast was great but this showed us they will try to make you happy when possible. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Smart strategy to upgraded and absolutely impressed us for our very first stay. Although the front desk clerk(not sure whom he or she is) was not willing to provide us an additiona blanket, Cozzi Kaohsiung still sets a new bar, and we will be glad to recommend to our family and friends.

Great location. The underground station is right outside the hotel entrance. This hotel is centrally located to eveverything. Rooms are large, very spacious with great views. Large bathroom. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast time is VERY busy if a weekend. Very large range of breakfast food to choose from.

This hotel has great location - just directly at the doorstep of the metro station exit, you can reach everywhere from there in the city. The room was overall clean&organised, but my room has no window despite on the 29th floor. I would expect a nice city view given the height and the price I paid for a stay of 6 nights! So if you really mind, factor that in or request a room with window when booking. Staff are friendly and helpful. The range of breakfast selection was not great, particularly if you are from western world. Overall, nice hotel, would recommend if first-time visiting Kaohsiung.

strongly recommend this hotel! Nice friendly staffs who are attentive and patience. We asked a lot of tourism questions with the night shift staffs in the late hours, and they were so patience and assisted us. This made our Kaohsiung trip even memorable. Directly at R8 Sanduo Shopping District Station. About 15mins from Zuoying Station, and near Kaohsiung International Airport

We stayed at both Cozzi Hotel in Taipei and Kaohsiung. We thought the experience would be similar as they belong the same hotel chain. However, our stay at the Kaohsiung property turned out to be a disappointing one, particularly if you compare this one to their counterpart (Taipei Mingsheng). We emailed the hotel a couple of months before our arrival date to enquire about the arrangement of pre-arrival luggage delivery. But there was no response whatsoever, even after 2 follow-up emails. On the other hand, the Mingsheng hotel was always very responsive, usually replied within 24 hours. The location and the staff (not all, mostly) of this hotel is great. However, that’s pretty much it. The queue & crowd to the breakfast buffet makes a refugee camp look like a first-world place. Food is definitely not their strong point. Variety is there but quality not so much. After our first breakfast, we had to BYO our food to the restaurant. A piece of advice to those who want to stay at the hotel - don’t bother purchasing the room rates with breakfast included! The most disappointing experience of our stay is the lack of care and thoughtfulness of the management. We accidentally broke a glass during our stay. We managed to clean up the mess and ensured no glass fragments were left on the floor and even slightly cut my fingers during the clean-up. We also expected to pay for the broken glass. The hotel seems to care more about the broken glass than our safety and well-being. They slapped us with a penalty letter that was slipped under our door. The letter didn’t ask if we were ok or not. The only thing mentioned on that letter was the price tag of the glass in a rather stern tone - we felt like being treated like children who made a mistake. This is not what we would have expected in a hotel, especially when we are happy to pay for the broken glass.

Hotel Cozzi has been absolutely wonderful. I had asked for a high room with windows because I will be working from the hotel for 13 days. The staff got me the most amazing room. They have been so kind and helpful. I can it recommend it enough. The breakfast with a view is AMAZING! When I come back to Kaohsiung I will be staying here again. I will also recommend my work colleagues to stay here when they come.

My stay at HOTEL COZZI Kaohsiung Zhongshan was outstanding! The convenience of its location, right above the subway and with a shopping mall across the street, made exploring a breeze. The spacious, pristine room was a delight. The breakfast selection was beyond impressive, offering an abundance of choices. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. This experience was top-notch in every way.

Checked in at 2:45, but waited until 3:45 to get room key card. No apologies or other compensation been expressed!

So slay ❤️! Room was super spacious and cool 👌. lots of amenities! 😁 although tv was a little bit faulty, it was still watchable. Very close to the train station 🚉 so it was very convenient to travel 🧳 around. Staff was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend .

Amazing and clean. New and everything feels great 👍 It was a good price for wonderful hot breakfast and clean new rooms and high-end feeling restaurant.

Well what can I tell you about this place? 1- Best location in KS ! 2- Best view in town - see my pictures to believe it. 3- Direct access to metro station, like literally 5secs out the hotel is the entrance. 4- Room was super clean and modern. great sheets and when asked about pillow, we were offered memoryy foam or feather as compared to the standard in room pillows. 5- Bathtub and shower was clean and lots of room 6- Free TV movies available so there is actually something to watch on the tv. or choose from.. Netflix or YouTube as it's a smart TV. the TV could be bigger... :) hey I got used to a 74" sorry. 7- Super friendly staff at the 30th floor lobby. 8- Breakfast included in our room and glad we took it. lots of choice of breakfast buffet to choose from. my fav was the passion fruit. omg it was delicious. Hats off to the breakfast staff. very quick and efficient. friendly and enjoyable. probably the best breakfast hotel I've been to. 9- Laundry station was impeccable. never seen a better set up. machines were big and easy to use. detergent was readily available and even a change machine ready. well maintained and very affordable. bonus points for that. 10- Free internet, free complimentary soda drinks, water, tea and coffee. 11- Quiet and efficient AC system 12- Best view. did I mention that ? I did and I'll mention again because it's just so nice to have a panoramic window view of the city. 13- 4 dedicated elevators. makes checking in and out easy. 14- work out room- which I was too tired to use or even check out. sorry walking all day beat me up already. 15- bed was very comfy, firm and with very good bed sheets. we did have the king size bed.

As a 13 year old, I think that this hotel is very clean. The bathroom is just as clean, except that the shampoo smells a bit weird in my opinion. The bed was beautifully made, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The view is absolutely breathtaking. 100% recommendation from me. ( I was living on the 28th floor)

Overall this place was a great value and great option for the area. Nice, clean, spacious room. Breakfast was good. English was no problem. Elevators were a little slow to get to sky lobby and rooms.

Great room, comfortable ambience and polite service staff. Conveniently located near MRT station, surrounded by a shopping district. If any complaints , would be that the amenities are rather lacking - disposable toothbrush etc is flimsy for single use, and shower is not strong enough. Overall, decent experience.

King size twin beds and spacious room & bathroom space that made our stay comfy and great. Check in was a bit time consuming despite no people were waiting in line. All you can eat breakfast was also included on the stay that you could have American and Taiwanese style breakfast. The only thing worth noting is that hot foods wasn't that hot. Overall, enjoyed the staying with great value.

Lived here for 3 nights and had a great experience. It is located right next to a metro station exit and has plenty of malls nearby. Got upgraded from a double to a family room for free, the room (including the toilet) was spacious and had plenty of room for my personal belongings. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided came with a large variety of food and drinks and was pretty good. COZZI offers great value for its price and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
