The service is amazing! We called last minute (on the train), and they had someone waiting for us at the station (with a luxury van and no extra charge). We stayed in an exclusive triple room with free lounge access. Someone escorted us to the 20th floor for check-in and then to our room. The room had a great view of the city with comfortable beds, luxury rain shower, soaking bathtub, and free drinks in the mini fridge. They even had a turn down service. Breakfast was good in the Chinese restaurant, but we enjoyed the lounge more when we were waiting for our ride to the train station (hotel transfer). Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice but lacks surprisingly several important features for me. First, no business center or even desktops for hotel guests to browse the internet and print. Was told there is a charge for each page printed. Second, no lobby space where people can sit down comfortably and chat or mingle around; the space in front of the check in area is both limited and not nice enough for a 5-star hotel; also no spa facilities like sauna or steam room. Requested for a late checkout but was given a mere 1/2 hour past noon. It was nice that they allowed me to sit in the lounge after I checked out. When I went to the lounge with my two luggages from my room, was told that I have to go and check out from the reception desk first before I can use the lounge. This seems quite ridiculous to me since almost all hotels I have been to (and they are very many) allow staff working in the lounge to do check in and check out for guests as well. For the price, my satisfaction is a 3.75 for an overall score even though I will submit that there are many nice items in the room and the ambience is quite appealing overall. Some staff at the reception desk are nicer and seem more professionally trained than others. Pick up from the high speed station was a bonus but have to wait for 15 minutes before they showed up.

Nice location and incredibly friendly staff! We spent a night here and I will say this is the best hotel in Kaohsiung. We got upgraded and was be able to go to the executive lounge which wasn’t expected. The room is big and clean, everything was perfect. The pool at the rooftop is amazing. Drinks are all with a reasonable price. Please try the cocktails here. The only negative thing I found was the welcome drink. The red wine was awful. I asked if they opened the bottle for a long time and they said they just opened it in the evening. I will definitely come back again for the excellent staff and room!

Visited rooftop bar only; hotel looked nice at least. Rooftop bar was an Instagram selfie spot playing YouTube music videos on an underwhelming speaker system, with cutesy girly drinks, mediocre food and very slow (if friendly) service. Took over an hour to get some drinks. Pool is too small for anything but showing off and seems closed during bar hours. Wind barriers block any view. Probably ok for lounging if you're staying at the hotel but much better bars and food in nearby Zouying.

I liked the size of my room and the bathroom was a good size and nice as well. The restaurant area was nice and has a buffet area for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was a good quality also. There were options available like Salad, Toast, and scrambled eggs. A nice hotel to rest after a scenic day exploring Kaohsiung.

The rooms at H2O are very modern and clean. Services received from the staff has been top notch, beyond expectation. We were offered the shuttle service to the hotel from the HSR station, and the driver picked us up at the train platforms. When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was swift, and the front desk clerks were very friendly. All in all, H2O offered one of the best experiences I've had at any hotel.

Really good experience with H20 Hotel for its extraordinary service since the arrival at Kaohsiung. Their breakfast is the best in Taiwan if compare to other places that I went to, ex: Taichung & Taipei. Overall good value for money.

The service is 5 star which goes a long way. The facilities are about 3-4 star but I still would have said I'd come back to this hotel because of how good the service is. Unfortunately, the breakfast in the morning was so disgusting that it's knocked at least 2 stars off the rating I would have otherwise given.

The best hotel during our trip. Amazing service - they helped me get to the hospital after an allergic reaction, and checked in on me after as well. Excellent breakfast buffets - interesting combination of both a la carte with both a western and Asian option. Although the gym is a little limited, it has cardio and bodyweight equipment including a dumbbell set. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the nighttime bar setting was great - I wish they had more Taiwanese drink options (mainly classic cocktails) but was a lovely ambience. Honestly, I would come back in a heart beat and recommend it to friends - hard to compete with such a great hotel, and that’s after trying multiple hotels across Taiwan on a small group tour. Clean, great service, excellent food.

H2O will be the "Go To" hotel when my girlfriend and I visit Kaohsiung from 2023 and beyond! Reservations were from 12/30 until12/31. From the front desk customer service (Ray) upon arrival to the welcome drinks, H2O had my approval and attention:) The only regret I had was not being able to bring in 2023 in a H2O, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐, cozy, comfy, charismatic room! Make NO mistake that error will NOT be made on my behalf again 💯

I spent my birthday in this hotel, and I loved it. The staff was so nice, I got many gifts from them during my stay and got a place in the bar. My nine friends got an awesome night, thanks to the manager we got to put some Latin American songs that made the night so special for us😍 I would highly recommend this place. The experience, the view, the photos, I had a great stay.

Not big but fashion and good service. You should try their breakfast it’s the best breakfast I ever have.

I had a wonderful stay with my partner in May. The room was luxurious, spacious and clean. Hotel had a swimming pool and a bar on the top floor. They also included night snack in price. The snack means real meal and drinks.

A new hotel with many fine details in its service and offering, of which one finds one after another and feels worthy the money spent. A sitdown breakfast with a combination of a la cart and buffet style, to name one

Fantastic experience! Wow, we had a one-night vacation in this marvelous hotel, it seems that we had not stayed for so long, that is, time flies when you're having fun 🤣. We booked a Premier family room with park view, which is not only abundant enough, but with some elegent furniture and amazing music player to enjoy yourself. What's more, at this rational numbers, you can also enjoy the hospital services here! Amazing ~ hope to be back and enjoy again ASAP!!!

I stayed at the H2O on a colleague's recommendation and was pleased to find it exceeded expectations! It is a modern hotel with a subtle, elegant water-themed vibe done in soothing tones. Rooms were well appointed with quality amenities, including a nespresso coffee maker, which made the details of our stay more comfortable. The breakfast offers a light buffett with an omelette station as well as substantial main options like steak included. The staff to a person were unfailingly polite and professional, many conversant in English. What made this hotel particularly enjoyable was the rooftop pool, large enough for lap swimming on a hot afternoon. My initial worries that it would be too far from the city center were unfounded as it is a short walk from a metro station and sizable mall, but perhaps more convenient is the night market a few blocks away. Thanks to all the staff who made my stay thoroughly enjoyable!

Impressive customer service and attention to details. The staff is vigilant and professional. The rooms are well planned, clean and modern. We stayed over new year eve and they even gave us a box of mini cakes as a treat. 🎅

The building is pretty and there’s a nice hallway. When we arrived we were nicely greeted by a lady at the elevator and assisted to check in. We were invited to the lounge as the check-in process was taking place. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great! Everything was perfect except the lounge and the breakfast. I wouldn’t mind to pay for the lounge access but there is only very limited choices of food, and the same for breakfast. We were excited to go to the breakfast, but only to find out that they only had very limited food options as well, not to mention how the food was tasteless. Loved my stay except the food in the hotel.

Wonderful service. Very friendly and helpful staff. They make every guest feel special. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds provide restful sleep. Bathrooms are modern and well-outfitted. Japanese-style toilets with heated seats, automatic flushing system and bidets which even blow heated air. Breakfast is a feast. Wide array of choices, including fruits, juices and Chinese or Western delicacies to choose from. An excellent hotel with world-class standards!

This hotel has the best service-minded staff They make you feel like you are the only guest. They pay attention to details, even those you don't expect. Great for business travelers. The rooms are modern, the views of the city are beautiful, the outside noise is minimal. Easy walking distance to Kaohsiung Metro.
