The room is small and a little bit dirty tbh. I can see the stain over the wall and lots of mosquitoes or bugs comes out of no where. The service is polite and nice but I sincerely think the hotel should pay attention on their cleanliness

Family of four with two young kids 11 and 9. Rooms were adequate and complementary breakfast was nice. The best thing was renting an electric scooter from the hotel and riding along Love River. You can ride on the bike lanes as the scooters do not go faster than 40 km/h. We had 4-5 hours of fun. Definitely the highlight of our trip.

My first room had a great view of the Love River, however, this hotel states to he smoke free, it is not. Other guests will and do some in their rooms, which unfortunately seeps into other rooms. I have asthma and the smell was so intense it woke me up, I called the front desk and they came with a air purifier, then at 6ish in the morning I was woken up by the smell of smoke again. The front desk changed my room at my request, but this was not very clean with hair and dust. The room did not smell of smoke, until you open the door to the hallway. It has a great location and I guess you can't control other guests, but I do not recommend this hotel for people with Asthma or allergies, and if you are sensitive to noise as well. You can hear all coming and going of other guests.

Nice clean hotel with basic amenities. Our room was quite small. Buffet breakfast was good. Free bicycles were a nice bonus for viewing the Love River and beyond. Staff could be more helpful - asked for information about transportation to other parts of Taiwan, and were directed towards the computer nearby to research on our own.

The overall treatment was good . The staff is amazing and the service is well prepared. The food was always on time and if you need something else they sure get it for you. I would recommend Hooray Boutique Hotel to anyone

I enjoyed the stay here in this hotel. I have one suggestion in terms of meals, please provide menu before mealtime so that guests know which meal to cancel. This will also save food waste.

The hotel staff is super friendly and cares feeling of customers even for a small thing. Today is Chinese Moon Festival - for those who live in this hotel because of the 14-days COVID-19 quarantine policy, it is surprising that the staff gives every customers a gift box of moon cakes.

309 good price for rooms. very nice hotel. 5stars from me
