I love that the place was extremely clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They really assisted me with all my needs and provided me with good information that were useful for my solo trip in Kaohsiung. From the hotel to the station, it took me a rough 5 mins walk and it was well-located with access to food anytime. You can also put your luggage at the storage area before and after your check in, which is very helpful for a flexible trip. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is cosy with air conditioning and television. The breakfast was simple and delicious (but taiwan is so famous for its breakfasts you may not even want to stay in the hotel for it!) It is also very near to the highly raved "XING LONG JU" breakfast place (one train stop away). The room is also stocked with amenities such as a mini fridge, toothbrushes, combs, soaps, shampoos and shavers. Travelling solo in Kaohsiung was made easy with WEKEN hotel because of its close proximity to the station (I went out till midnight using public transport) and its safe area (I went out till 2am on one night and came back by taxi). The hotel is a short walking distance to the night market and a supermarket.

I have passed mor then a week here on the 8th floor. The room was clean, everything worked fine, and the hotel staff was always ready to help me with everything i needed.

Don't go to this hotel! The worst hotel we have been in Taiwan. The rooms are so small, not very clean, the bed is two single beds connected and you hear what's going on outside the rooms and the worst part - we had a lot of ants in our bad in night. We had to insist for getting a refund. Be careful !!!!

Relaxing and place is clean. If you want quiet room this place is recommendable
