The room is very very unclean, smell is too strong, even the service is totally screwed up of anything. There is nobody providing you service in the hotel, everything is by phone. If you are a foreign traveller, you are not even giving you any support. The room could not be locked 100%, very unsafe. Our toliet is out of control, the hot water is not coming over 10 mins, the hotel is not showing any real pictures, the real room condition is like 20 years after accorded to their provided pictures in the website. 這是一個很糟的旅館 請千萬不要入住

+ cozy and warm decoration at lobby + password entry for both front door and room, very high tech and convenience + front desk reception are friendly + closed to one of famous night market, about 8~10 min walking - parking information not clear, we had to park at No Parking area and worried about getting a ticket - WiFi signal very poor, asked to fix or adjust the router location but get no response, not friendly to any foreign traveller or backpackers. I found this issue was mentioned with a traveller on 2018 March, however they did not do anything with it. - only a few channels on TV, any family with kids will be disappointed - room humidity is high, some mold spot could be seen on the ceiling and the ceiling light cover. Ants were seen near the bed, staff needs to pay more attention with room cleanness

We were here last December 23 for a short stopover to Kaohsiung to visit Fo Guang Shan Buddha. I chose this place because it’s near Rueifong Night Market and a few minutes away from the HSR Station. We were assigned on the room on the ground level (good for us because we have a LOT of luggages and apparently this hotel don’t have an elevator) It’s also cheap so who am i to complain 😅 I admire the industrial chic design of its reception hall :) overall, even though it’s just one night, we enjoyed our stay here :)

I would give 4/3.5 stars Pro - price competitive, spacious, good service, clean and location Con - stairways (no elevator), poor TV channel selection, and broken bathroom sprinkler head. Overall - very stylish hostel. Have room for improvement but not bad for short stay. We only stayed one night with a active toddler.

Very comfortable accommodation with friendly staff and great room amenities. Checking in was seamless. Suggest that you know some Chinese before as the staff aren't fluent in English, but wasn't a problem as my wife and I know enough to get by. Very close to great restaurants, 7/11, Hanshin Arena shopping mall, best night market in Kaohsiung (Ruifeng) and underground MRT.

Excellent location, service, and price. Great value for your money.

We were pleasantly surprised. The family room was pricey but it was fun for the kids with the castle and slide. It was spacious that we could fit a pack and play for our little one. The room was pretty clean except perhaps the curtains, padding for the slide and the carpet where the castle was. That felt worn and not so clean but everything else in the room was great. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was which was helpful because our kids sleep at 8am. The staff was super helpful and even helped us bring our luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the subway, a ten minute walk to the department store at Kaohsiung arena, and a ten minute walk to a big night market. It was hard to find parking. We first parked at a lot across the street and then after 9:30pm when people were leaving the department store and night market, we then moved to street parking, it was a bit of a hassle.

The staff is very helpful and nice. There is a lovely cat on the front desk. The room is very tidy even though it is a bit worn. You need to pick up your luggage yourself to 2/f and 3/f since there is no lift. The hotel is a little far away from the metro. If you walk from the metro, it is quite tired with the luggage. The night market is just 10 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel is nice if you like the food in the night market. Lastly but not least, every room has a theme. You can select a room with slide to play with your children.
