Costco is always one among the wholesale that offer many daily need in one stop with reasonable price yet should buy in relatively big portion. Like the way they work out with the pandemic situation.

Whether for the American products, the great value, or the occasional real bargain, Costco is always worth the trip. This location gets super crowded on weekends, so plan accordingly. If you've been missing some of their products over the past few months, it seems like several items are returning. Blame it on Covid. Well, the outdoor items are all in the store. With the recent surge in Covid cases, Costco seems to be acting with increased awareness and consideration for customers. Things are returning back to before Covid. More items. Worth a good look around. So proud of the staff and management at Costco for doing so much to raise the bar for Taiwan consumers.

They do not allow us to park in the basement. They say the first floor has to be parked fully, then they will open the basement.

hearing center should be widely opened in downtowns....for the aging society.. Costco should pose the phone number of the store and the hearing center....

My favorite store. You can always find something new there. But it’s always very busy.

This Costco is a transdimensional shopping complex that serves customers from all over the universe. It is very well managed and most of the staff speak at least one human language and some speak alien languages. The only problem is that the store is too big, with many time-space distortions that can cause people to become lost for many generations. Another problem is that at checkout this Costco only accepts Costco's credit card or the local currency. I think Costco should accept other forms of payment like Bitcoin, Galactic Credits, gold, diamonds, ears of corn, soy beans or human sacrifices. This wouldake payment more convenient for customers. Thank you.

The staff and manager at the counter are pretty rude! They threaten you to believe that their products are without any problems...even though the food tasted so weird..just like expired ... what they said were totally different from what they showed on their board and principles...so sad

A very huge shopping complex where we can buy almost all kinds of necessary household items. Price of all the products are comparatively cheap and affordable. This is my first time visit to the shop. They are allowing members only into the shop, we managed to go with a friend who is a member there. The membership Policy is bit unfamiliar to us But it is their policy. They can add some international and continental brands to attract people from different parts of the world, for them they can introduce a simplified process to enter the store instead of membership policy. Otherwise The store is a good option to purchase range of products.

I left my membership card in Japan but a receptionist kindly issued temporary membership card to get in. Good things was, there was reasonable nuts than carrefour but too bad not to have raw dates, frozen fruits. Also they only accept COSTCO credit card.

Good place for shopping utensils furniture home appliances electronics goods

Very, very similar to the CostCo in America, but with the Taiwan/Asian flare. Still things in bulk. Still have the rotisserie chicken. Public restroom here is very nice. There is a very nice accessibility bathroom right from the indoor parking garage.

Costco in Kaohsiung, the staff are super nice and helpful. Great place to get hot dogs and pizza. Also a great place to get furniture but large couches sell out fast. I think they only get furniture deliveries once or twice a year.

As a place to shop for the home, this place is great, although their stock control is diabolical and they have a very nad reputation amongst businesses that they supply for failing to have things in stock. There have been many times when I have needed something for my business and costco not only do not have it (items they regularly carry) but are unable to even tell me when they will have it again. I know I am far from alone in this opinion. Very bad form. With reliable stock control this olace would be great.

Most of ofw’s buy pasalubong here or package (balikbayan box) to send to there love ones here in costco ...one of the cheapest wholesale store here in taiwan

Why would you not enjoy the value of Costco? I will say though in Kaohsiung for food the Dashun one tends to have better selection

Bigger and better stocked better than the 大順 store. But unlike the other location, the food court is not accessible to the general public.

Great place for shopping with good ratio quality/price.

Half well trained staff, half untrained staff. The nice ones are very nice, smiley and very helpful. The rest look like they're forced to be there. Some cashiers we encountered look like they're facing a midlife crisis. One staff tried to say something to me in Chinese but I didn't understand and he somehow thought raising his voice would help me understand better. No, it did not, nor did the unfriendly look he had. I guess we all go there for cheap goods, but it still doesn't mean that they can treat their customers however they like though.

This COSTCO is better than the other one in Kaohsiung.

Costco was one of my favourite stores in Kaohsiung. Sadly quality of food degraded from excellent to mediocre quality. Fresh / grounded beef in displays is dark or even green. Customer service is great on the other side. This all happened after they changed ownership. Generally speaking new ownership just looking how to cheap out on product. Old ownership was looking for their customers. It’s a shame that they messed up everything with their greediness.
