The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Lusaka. Great services, friendly staff, good and secure parking 👍. Rooms are super clean and the room service was on time. There's a mall downstairs of the hotel, very convenient for shopping. The food is amazing 😋. Our flight was delayed on the night we arrived but the chef on duty managed to prepare a mouthwatering meal for my family even though they were a few minutes from closing the restaurant. Thumps up for the great services. 👍 Breakfast does not have much variety though, they should improve on that otherwise great service and I will definitely call again 😀

Honestly speaking I have not visited this beautiful Hilton Garden hotel but I have been around it and by the way it presents it's self on the outside I can say it must be amazing on the inside I won't lie I admire how it looks and will be happy to one day explore the luxurious rooms,food and everything Hilton Garden Inn Hotel has too offer then I will give an honest amazing review, but until then for now I will give👏👏👏👏 on the outside Presentation which I love to see especially during night time

I wish hotels would go back to posting important info like what are the hours of dining and a printed room service menu in the room. The service was amazing! The chef came out at night asking for feedback so I was honest when necessary. My view was lovely. ShopRite is across the street for takeaway meals too. Pizza downstairs was edible if not NY pizza. Not used to smoking outside by the pool which I didn't enjoy so I didn't sit there at all. The location was hard to get to with traffic so that was my only real complaint.

They did all very well as far as service is concerned and then got us mad when we were about to leave for airport; frankly that story of notes not fine has spoiled all the good service provided during the whole stay!!! Otherwise, place is well located, design and amenities as well as most staff are great!!! Special thanks to the lady at front desk who arranged taxi and advised on good places to chill at night in Lusaka... A town where I could volunteer to live!!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Lusaka. The service is amazing, waiter Natasha is amazing! She made me feel like home! She is very friendly and welcoming person, really deserves a reward. Perfect service. Food is tasty, choice of beverages is good.

I would not consider staying at the Hilton. The view of the city is definitely what persuaded me to book a weekend staycation as advertised by the Hilton but the stay was underwhelming. we were checked in 2 Hours after arrival because our room was allocated to another group. This was really unprofessional and created anxiety and annoyance. Even though the inconvenience was buttressed with a free dinner meal. the quality of food at the restaurant was underwhelming. we were served with steak that said 500g on the menu but was so tiny. the taste wasn't the best either. the breakfast was not hotel standard.

It was a nice stay, the place it self and the staff were very hospitable. The food was great, despite the local nshima which was not properly done. Overall the place and services were great.

Central location, outstanding staff, but chaotic location. This is a really good hotel with comfortable rooms with views, a good restaurant and basement parking. It’s in a chaotic area which is either fun or frustrating depending on your view. Parking is not intuitive to find (a little entrance at the back of the hotel) and ceiling heights are very low. I doubt many people will use the pool, unless they aspire to be a goldfish.

The Hilton is at the perfect location to discover the heart of Lusaka. Right next to the Soweto market where you will find anything you want. The Staff of the Hilton is very professional and absolutely sweet. The chef will create dishes differently according to your allergies and the meals were solid to great! I personally recommend the lentil dahl. The Hilton is a down to earth Hotel offering anything you need. Only con is the carpet floor in the rooms and chemical soap and body lotion it offers. And it would be lovely to be able to open a window for some actual fresh air. :)

Clean and modern hotel and is located right in the heart of the town center - close to anything you might need. The staff are courteous and the restaurant operates late into the night.

Nice hotel, great rooms, amazing beds. Poor breakfast and horrible coffee. But it seems this is always the case in big chain hotels. But besides that a nice stay. If you're new to Africa the location might be intimidating as it's in a crowded street, with armed security in front of the entrance.

Very nice hotel right in the centre of the city. Good food and service. Rooms were clean, tidy with a great air conditioning unit 🤣 hard to walk there though so definitely recommend a taxi from any bus or plane.

I love the Hilton. Conveniently located in the CBD which is great if you're in Lusaka for business. Good food. The menu is quite diverse. Nice bar and pool area and great views of Lusaka city from the rooms.

After spending two months in an extremely rural region of Zambia, staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Society Business Park in Lusaka was delightful. The Hilton Garden Inn chain of hotels are consistently well maintained and comfortable, and this HGI in Lusaka was no exception. The free laundry facilities are always a welcomed amenity. I like to exercise when I travel, and I was delighted to find a fitness center outfitted with modern Precor equipment. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant was also wonderful for dinner as well. The next time I travel through Lusaka, I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Society Business Park. Oh, and I stayed in room 704, which has beautiful views of the city from the corner room, and the sunrise from my room was incredible.

We had a meal in their restaurant. Wow...operated. the Bream was utterly individual so not sure why they had it on special. My colleagues meal arrived 40min after mine which I eventually just gave up eating. They did give us a complimentary dessert but only because I complained. Wont be back

Hilton garden is a place to be each time you come Zambia 🇿🇲 especially when you are in Lusaka. They have excellent accommodation, restaurants and swimming pools but to mention a few. Their Services is excellent!!

I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff were do friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. The facility is top notch. It had a great view both in our room and at pool overlooking the city. Great for people watching. It is attached to the mall with a grocery making it very easy to get snacks and other essentials.

This place: I don’t even know where to start. If you’re visiting Zambia for the first time, I’d advise you to look for something else out of town. The location isn’t good, at least not for me. It’s located right in the middle of town and the street is extremely busy. You’ll constantly be dealing with traffic. The hotel itself has a horrible smell, not sure if it’s the cleaning products or the air freshener they use for the main flow but that really doesn’t smell good at all. It needs to be toned down like a whole lot. I personally was disappointed in this as well as the food. I ordered Nshima when I just got there because I was so much looking forward to having some and it was a huge mistake. The traditional chicken I had ordered had no taste whatsoever. Hilton sadly was a let down. I wouldn’t return here and wouldn’t recommend it. Find something better honestly.

Don’t focus on the surrounding environment, that’s because all informal businesses around will eventually clean up and leave the area spotless afterwards. Overall I had an awesome stay.

A great and lovely place that offers incredible food and great environment to relax and have a great time. The staff's remarkable attentiveness and friendliness, coupled with the clean and spacious room, along with fast and reliable Wi-Fi, create an exceptional all-encompassing experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Overall average and disappointing in some aspects. The room is fairly spacious and clean, as Hilton Honors Gold we got a nice amenity and the view was good, even though not an upgrade. The check in was rather cold and we had to ask for all relevant information. The coffee at breakfast was just terrible - more like water with coffee aroma. The wifi in the room was horrendous. I was supposed to take an exam for online university and got disqualified for the insufficient internet speed (it was 0.3 mbps download and 0.9 mbps upload) - extreme disappointment in a business hotel in the capital city. We left on a good note, as we left middle of the night and the kind night auditor dropped us at the bus station and made sure we enter the bus safely.

Location: it was such a busy location that it felt really stressful without a proper hotel lobby. Getting a cab was not the easiest. Room: there was blood stain on the duvet. Service: service was good, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was good. Facilities: the pool was in a very awkward spot and there was no privacy as it was just next to the reception. Also, the pool size was tiny.

The conferencing facilities are great. The service was impeccable, and the food delicious ... Hopefully I'll spend a night soon and have a feel of the rooms...

It's one of the best hotels in lusaka, which centrally located and it has the best amenities one would be looking for.the staff is so welcoming and helpful from porter's to the senior management its home away from home.

Loved the ambience. It was quite relaxing for a place located in the CBD. The food was warm and fresh. I definitely wouldn't mind spending a night or two again.

Loved it. There's a beautiful restaurant atop Hilton Garden Hotel atop the building. Unique western cuisine with a slight local touch. Nice small boardrooms and small conference facilities. And a sizeable swimming pool on a rooftop patio. Relaxing atmosphere!

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. However, the menu and quality of food served by the in-house restaurant needs work. The menu is very limited and the food does not taste nice at all. If it wasn't for the food I'd give them a full 5 stars.

I enjoyed the hospitality from the friendly and professional staff at the hotel. the check in process showed the amount of importance they attach to security for the clients. The meals were good and the place is well located.

I enjoyed my stay in Lusaka the most. The hotel is clean, the ac works properly, the food is simply amazing, I had an amazing time during breakfast, room service also spotless, the staff is great, always in a good mood, they helped me with anything, I only have good words to direct to them. The only point I would like to highlight is: I noticed that the staff has absolutely no chair to sit, during the entire shift. The staff placed in the main entrance of the hotel stays on their feet for 12 hrs, also the reception I noticed that they also don’t have a chair to sit, and the ladies are wearing high heels, so please let the management knows that this is not proper treatment towards their staff. Apart from that, everything was perfect, however this should be changed immediately.

Budget rooms are slightly smaller than average, especially in the bathrooms and the loaction makes it a bit difficult to get there in traffic but its definitely a 5 star hotel experience. Great food and exemplary service. Friendly staff.

I had a very bad experience experience on Valentines day. The food took too long to come. We waited 2hrs plus before the food could come. The food was bad and the customer service was very bad as we begged for Cutlery and the food to be served. I don't understand why they over booked the place and failed to serve us yet we had to pay K2,551 for a meal of 4 people. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

Had dinner with family and the the experience was awesome. The location of the hotel is very poor during working hours but after working hours, the hotel is well situated. The car park is perfect!

It’s in CBD which already is terrible, the traffic no easy access to hotel. Also they do your bedding after 12pm. Breakfast nothing special but service good, if you coming for business it’s a bit slow in the mornings. And need to leave out by 7am if going for business because of traffic uncontrolled

You experience world class service from the carpark to your preference destination within the hotel. Their staff stood out as well trained. The service they provide is well known elsewhere but is in short supply in most hotels in Zambia. I fell in love with the design and layout of the place and their rooms are exquisite and you get nostalgic and start to think you shouldn't leave at some point. I didn't try out their whole menu but I loved the stake so much am sure they make a killing with the rest of it. Great pool though I don't swim 😂😂😂

Very good hotel but it's expensive it has great service the staffs are amazing good room comfortable bed good shower strong wifi food is also amazing it has a conference rooms small gym & swimming pool I enjoyed my stay there although there are things to improve like we were using one of the conference rooms in society buissness park for hybrid meeting the technician for the room is a waiter in the hotel it's difficult to find him when we have issue with the mixer and the wireless mic we have to stop the meeting and wait for him like 20 minutes he doesn't have that much knowledge with the mixer also you need to hire technician for the conference rooms the other one is the swimming pool is very small and also to go there you have to pass by the reception there is no other way it's better to change the location of the pool maybe at the top of the building. Thanks
