My and my sisters went here for a girls day and they were actually able to fit us all three for full sets. Kelly was not only fast and efficient? But both me annnd my sisters sets were so cute ! Another gentleman did my other sisters set, also really cute ! The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed and it’s a very open salon, doesn’t feel cramped. I am actually thinking of going back to do my lashes and will def return for my next set :)

I’ve been coming to Kelly for over 5 years and I absolutely love her commitment to making sure her clients have the best experience. I have extremely sensitive skin and she has perfected doing my nails without me having a reaction to the products. I also bring my 9 year old daughter here to get manicures and pedicures.

I am visiting Hawaii for the week and needed a new set of lash extensions. I shopped several other salons in the Kapolei area and either they were not open yet or were not accepting walk ins. I pulled up to MiLadys and they weren’t open yet, but I was willing to wait. The doors were open and I walked in, greeted by the nicest lady. She immediately called the owner and she got there within minutes, still before opening hours. I got the nicest, most natural looking lashes and a really great brow wax. I loved the service I received and the customer service was top notch!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Kelly does my nails and she knocks it out every single time. I get the resin nails and they’ve been great. They’re so light and natural looking. My daughter loves to get her nails painted and they’re so good with her. I’ve had a lash lift done by Kelly, as well, which was also great! It’s always very comfortable and clean.

I’ve lived in Hawaii for 10 months. It took me 4 months to find a lash tech that did good work, and that did what I asked, and a nail salon that did quality work and wasn’t rushing you out the door. I came to Kelly on a last minute lash fill and I’ve been coming to her ever since! She listens and she delivers every time! Her staff is so friendly and I know I’ll get good quality work with who ever does my nails, and that I’ll walk out a happy customer every time. I’ve referred everyone to this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lola was great. Very professional and courteous. Waxed my brows. Took the time to shape and wax them perfectly. Got some snickering for me identifying myself as Crystal and she/her but Lola was very comforting. I told her that the Kinks song of her name is about a trans girl which she didn't know, "Why she walked like a woman but talked like a man, oh my Lola."

Love Kelly! I was recommended to go see her by my mother. My mother only goes to Kelly and she made time to see me. She’s very engaging and I’ve had the best nail experience with her by far. All I picked was the color and shape of my nails. She told me to trust her since I didn’t have a set design in mind. I’m so happy with the result!! 💕 Already reschedule for my next fill!!

It was our first day on the island and my mother and I wanted some pampering and relaxation and we definitely got it at Mi'Lady's Beauty Spa! Kelly, her mom, Brian and Bianca were amazing! We felt so welcome, pampered and the work they did on our deluxe pedicures and manicures was amazing! STRONGLY recommend!

I feel pretty ambivalent about my experience here. My pedicure was nice and I thought it came out well. Very quiet atmosphere, not a lot of conversations, just in and out. I’d probably go back because the online appointment booking is really convenient.
