Workers are friendly, call in feature is necessary, wait can be very long for walk-ins. Price is reasonable. Waiting area a bit tight. Sometimes, number of workers is too few.

I loved my haircut! There was only one person ahead of me and it was quick. I also purchased a shampooing that ended in a nice scalp massage. I'm glad I had an awesome experience. My hair stylist was nice, friendly, and just did an all around good job! Thank you and see you next time I'm on the island!

Arielle was excellent! She took her time and really cared for my curly hair and paid attention to what I wanted done to it. 10/10 would come back to her again.

We asked for Sabrina Carpenter haircut and Ariel made it happen! She did an amazing job and my daughter is obsessed with her hair!

Appointments are useless. Two ladies working but only one does “short” hair. So instead of taking my son on time we had to wait for the other stylist. Once she finishes up and checks out the previous customer she attends to her sweeping. That’s fine. They clean between customers which is normal. But forgetting we were even sitting there waiting? Really? Then as we get up to leave 30 minutes after our appointment time because we have better things to do she says she’ll take him. Nah. That’s ok I’ll be taking him to a professional stylist.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. My stylist Arielle completely disregarded every single instruction that I told her and it ended up costing me a lot of money. I specifically asked her to just cut the sides and keep the top long. She then decided to cut more than 80% of my hair against my will without warning me. She then told me that she did that to “blend” it. My hair was not even blended at all despite already being drastically short and my $200 perm before this haircut went down the drain because of her lazy, inconsiderate approach. I came back immediately as soon as I noticed how uneven and crooked my hair is and then she decided to cut my hair shorter out of spite after specifically telling her not to multiple times. It somehow ended up being worse and now I’m stuck with the worst haircut of my life. I regret coming to the establishment and even leaving a decent tip. That was not deserved at all. Never again.

Have been going here for over two years but their "appointments" are pointless. Made an appointment for 3pm and they let 6 walk-ins in front of me. Waited for an hour and left. What's the point of making an appointment when your policy is first come first serve. This has happened several times. Will not be coming back.

My expectations were exceeded! The place was immaculate; the staff were friendly and welcoming, even before my appointment. I watched as they cleaned their respective stations before welcoming their next clients; very impressed! No one tried to up-sell me, which I appreciated. The VERY best part of my experience was my stylist, Jas! She was amazing; she took her time and actually listened to my requests. Honestly, I would/will come a great distance to enjoy her top-notch professional services. Five stars, Jas🌴

Rey was very accommodating for a last minute phone call. I flew in from Maui and needed an appointment quickly. Rey was able to fix my hair and was very friendly. Rey offered options for my hair and it turned out very nice! Will never forget this trip! Mahalo Rey, I'll be back soon!

Ariel was friendly and since I was early she saw me 20 minutes early. I appreciate that she respects my time and while she could have taken a short break and make me wait, she saw me earlier and cut my hair sooner. I know very little about hair so I gave the instructions I could. With what I gave, Patty, the hairstylist, executed my haircut perfectly. I also appreciate how she and everyone else in the store were very nice and approachable.

This was our 1st visit to the Kapolei Supercuts. Patti was the hairstylist for Joni. Joni is mentally challenged. Patti was very patient and did a great job on Joni’s haircut. Will definitely go back for future haircuts.

Always friendly. Walk ins are welcome. The longest I’ve had to wait is 6 minutes. Would recommend this SuperCuts to anyone who asked.
