They fried my hair. Before 2 weeks, the toner was completely gone & my hair was brassy orange. My hair has still not fully recovered. It was so damaged that I have to wait for it to completely regrow. They also dropped bleach on my eyebrow and dyed it on accident and did not fix it. It was just a couple days before my wedding day. I had a bleached line going through my eyebrow, so it looked like I had cut in it like some sort of criminal. When I left, my hair looked nice so I paid no problem. And now seeing all these things after the fact, I can’t believe I paid this salon over 600$ for them to completely ruin my hair.

I've been going to their salon for a year now. I do hair cuts, washes, styling and recently decided to color my hair for the first time. Grace was my color stylist and she did an amazing job. She charged me about $100 an hour. My hair was to my waist and it all took about 5 1/2 hrs. I loved the way my hair turned out and would highly recommend this salon for your hair needs. Make an appointment in advance, like all other salons on Oahu, you need an appointment.

I went Salon Dana and booked a highlight and cut with Dana herself. Their website and photos impressed me, as well as her bio; however, I left extremely unhappy. My highlight did not at all turn out as I expected, even though I showed photos of what I had in mind. My haircut was even worst. The service cost me over $450, plus tip. Regardless, of not liking it, the service was still performed, which is why I left a tip. After a couple of days of really not liking the color, Dana was accommodating and was able to see me that weekend to tone the color down. I did not mention the haircut, as I could not afford to lose anymore length should she try to fix it. That second visit costed about a $100, plus tip. I did end up going to another salon to fix the uneven haircut. So in all, highlights and haircut, costed a total $650.

I had my hair done by Wendy (ig: @hairbywndy) and absolutely loved it! I'm glad to say that I found my permanent salon on the west side! I have been going to Wendy for a year now and she's helped me go through my blonde phase, ash brown phase, and I'll be going back to my roots in a few weeks. She responds in a timely manner in her instagram DMs, you can always check her availability on her story which makes scheduling with her super easy! Parking for the salon is in the back, they have 3 designated stalls in the second row. Make sure to look up at the pole for the signs!! The salon itself is very cozy. It's very clean and classy, they have a wide selection of products that are available for purchase. Wendy was super helpful with product advice for my hair goals. It's so nice that I'm able to message her hair questions via instagram and get her professional opinion since she's worked with my hair and knows what would work best.

Best Salon EVER!! My hair has never looked so good and healthy! Phoebe is the lady to see. She's truly an artist and top-notch at her skill. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny! I won't see or go anywhere else! I'll be a loyal and forever client of Phoebe! Thank you, Phoebe, for your attention to detail, kindness, and being such a great stylist! Phoebe can do wonders with any hair and any client with her "magic" fingers! The best part is that it's a family business!

I had a haircut by Wendy. I am very pleased with the outcome. She paid attention with every detail, made sure that she cut my hair with the style that I wanted. I highly recommend Wendy. She’s patient, sweet, friendly, and passionate. She’s the only one I feel comfortable with cutting my hair.

I called last minute and was in the chair within an hour which I really appreciated. Phoebe was really nice and did a great job with my haircut. She went a little shorter than we talked about but styled it well so I didn't mind. Over all the salon was clean, everyone was nice, and the haircut was good. No complaints from me, I would definitely go again.

Very cute and clean salon. I got my hair washed and cut by Lynn today and she was absolutely amazing. I am usually very hesitant to try new stylists with my curly hair but she knew exactly what she was doing and I am happy with my results. Will definitely be coming back to see her

I absolutely love the haircuts. She makes me feel like a lady with the cuts. A bit expensive and I really don't care for the shampoo I get. I had so many and I feel they need to take it slower massage the scalp and neck. Give a good wash. I would still recommend Dana . Sweet and attentive to what your looking for in a haircut . Need to retrain the washers . I would be happy to show them how.

Got my hair colored by Wendy, @hairbywndy on ig. She was personable and attentive. I was indecisive but she helped brainstorm and gave good insight which helped my final decision on what I wanted to do with my hair. The parking and salon was easy to find (used Waze app and did a quick map search). Though the color process took some time, my appointment felt like it went by quick because she was so easy to talk to. Love how my hair turned out!

I got a last minute hair cut by Dana and it was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. While it was a little on the pricier end for just a trim my hair felt better than it has in a long time. The head massage during the wash was wonderful too. Absolutely would recommend and would go there again!
