If you are looking for a fast and easy haircut. This is not the place. It is understaffed. The wait time is outrageous. If you call in and make an appointment. You come in and still wait like half an hour. They need to hurry up when they cut peoples hair. There is no reason someone should wait 2 hours for a damn medium fade. Get your priorities straight and get the 3 men that need quick haircuts out of the way before you soend an hour cutting 0.03 inches off of some dumb lady's hair so she can feel special, even though her boyfriend wont even notice. Last time i will ever be coming here. Ever since justin left, this place fell to the floor.

The people who work here give their best and the customer service is great. They don’t rush, they take their time and make sure that you, the customer, are satisfied with the hair style. I give this place a 10/10, would come again and this is now the default place I will get a haircut from.

Great service

Went to the location and had to wait alittle for sanitation which is understandable. But what got me very mad was, she knew I was with two young children and after making me wait past my appointment, informed me that they had wait on the street side by themselves. Had I known that they could not stay in the establishment prior, I wouldn’t have to have wasted my time. Very discussed discussed!

I have been going to SuperCuts in Ewa Beach for over 10 years now and Tammy N has been cutting my hair there from the beginning. Tammy N’s customer service is very professional, awesome and she knows my haircut needs without me having to explain to her. Definitely Recommend!

Vicky was my stylist extraordinaire. Very friendly, calm, knowledgeable and we had a mutual friend. I'm usually very nervous but she made me feel comfortable. She warmed my neck and cleaned off the straggling hair. Love to follow her...in a few weeks or months. I'm recommending her to my 'ohana and friends. Mahalo nui loa....Glenda

I've been a customer at the 91-1401 Fort Weaver Rd #C104 location for many years. I cannot say enough about this store, it's staff or the quality of services. They are "ALWAYS" my first choice for getting my hair cut!

Tammy N does a great job with my hair , clarifies woth me how I want my haircut. She is personable and has a professional demeaner. Alwa feel better after she cuts my hair.

The lady who cut my hair here is fine, but I tried to go again today and they sent me to a guy who first didn't even ask what I wanted done, 2 tried to make me cut my side bangs even after I told him NO and even after I kept telling him NO he kept convincing me to do so because it would achieve the V haorcut/ trim I wanted. no you do not, my hair was already in a v shape in the back, and my side pieces only go to my chin already. all I wanted was a trim on my length but I guess he couldn't comprehend it. oh also that same guy cut my bfs hair too and he messed it up. I guess all that guy don't know how to cut hair AT ALL. the lady did good on my bf and my hair though but my review if for both

DO NOT LET THIS MAN CUT YOUR HAIR His name was Derek or David. He was rude did not listen to what I wanted spent the whole time letting me know my hair was “badly damaged” I asked him why we couldn’t do the length I wanted (cause he cut shorted than what I wanted) he got annoyed and said “take it up with my manager” NEVER AGAIN

Never have gotten a bad haircut here. Overall I've been very satisfied with the service provided. Be sure to check in online prior to arrival as walk-ins can have a long wait during busier hours.

Unreal experience today at Supercuts on 8/27! Exceptional service! My stylist was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and did an incredible job. I feel so blessed to have such a confident haircut! I recommend her to anyone.

Tammy G was great as always. She really takes the time to understand the customer’s request. She is friendly as well as very professional. It’s sad that this location will be shutting down.

Janet awesome did an awesome job. She cut my hair quick and I was in and out be I knew it. The reason I gave only 3 stars was because of the time I had to wait. I made an appointment like I always do and like always and I am always on time or ahead of my appointment time. I always have to wait because they have 1-2 people ahead of me. Why make an appointment and be on time if they keep over booking and not keeping the appointment time that was scheduled. They always say sorry for the wait , thank you for being so patient. They say it every time that it has not meaning to it anymore.

Skyler is amazing! She does a great job every time. The type of hair my boys have can be challenging for most hair stylist. They have a difficult time trying to accommodate the style my boys want. Skyler had no problem, she cut their hair and my boys really like the final product. She was never a disappointment! Thank you Skyler!!! She is very patient, kind and creative.

I forget her name who cut my hair, please check with store/location. She asked me a few questions and that was all she needed. It was like she knew me, she got started and was quickly done. She was going to blow dry my hair I said,”don’t need to and she was done drying and styling my hair, she added a warm pores on the back of my neck which felt so good. And again i was at the counter, service completed. Thank you sooooo…much!

As always, Tammy N. provided a very pleasant experience. Have been a customer of hers for years. Everyone at the Ewa Town Center are professional. Just heard the store will be closing and stylists are moving to other stores. Wish them all the best.
