The best banh mi I've ever had. Both the cheese steak and BBQ chicken were incredible.

The rice was well cooked. Mac salad was more potato than mac. Everything else was ok.

Always love eating here. Service is quick and food is delicious. Good for calling ahead, a quick pick up, or a nice little dining spot. Staff is always nice.

Raised their prices significantly in a year- they’re more than Saigon Cafe but the food is not better quality at all. 15% minimum tip required for take out. When they make an error on an order their solution was “bring back all the food for a refund” instead of just fixing it. So bummed, used to love coming here!

Excellent pho and sub spot on the island.

We like their lemongrass chicken and teri beef sandwiches, imperial rolls, and tapioca desserts. Prices are on the high side so we don’t go here often. Cashiers are okay. Even with calling ahead, we still had to wait another 15 minutes for our order to be ready.

The Seafood Pho is excellent. Fresh basil and noodles in a tasty broth with calamari, shrimp, and crab cake! Dinner for two!

The goods! Hardest part is picking what you want to eat because it’s all delicious! Prices are really good compared to everywhere else on Maui. I love this Wailuku spot. Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich is one of my favorites. Wonton bites are good too. Thai iced tea!

Great pho spot. Boba tea is good. My favorite is Thai ice tea here. Tasted well with the pho. Decent size portions.

Their food is excellent consistent quality! Their chicken Pho is soooooo good! And the green papaya salad with avocado 🥑 is really simple, but a great choice for vegans and vegetarians. They have a parking lot in Wailuku and a seating area. The sitting area is not that pretty, but you can get your food to go, take it to the park by Iao Valley and have a beautiful pick nick.

I like the sandwiches. The rolls nice and crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. The avocado sammy is great and so is the ginger chicken. Come check it out. They have many other dishes to explore.

For me Ba-Le is one of those restaurants where I have a set favorite & order the same thing every time. My go to order is always the tofu pho with veggie broth & a Thai iced tea. Fun fact: their Thai tea has a rich tasty flavor & is one of my favorite go-to restaurants to get my Thai tea fix.

A rare spot in Maui for Vietnamese food! They offer a wide menu of noodles, rice, and sandwiches. The Vietnamese fish sauce base dipping sauce is good for rice based plate lunches. The fish was a bit too dry.. but the shrimp was good. The pho was literally the only pho I've tried on Maui. They only have a few types of toppings probably because less demand for other Vietnamese toppings like tendon, tripe, beef balls etc. The rare beef was tender enough. Ba-Le is a well known chain in the rest of the world.

I love to eat here. My favorites are the Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich, the Spring Rolls, Imperial Rolls, Fried Egg Noodles, and the tapioca drinks and pudding. The pho's are also great, and a bunch of other things. They make the French baguettes they use for their sandwiches, and will not use them if it sits on the case too long because it gets hard. The portions are a good amount and the menu on Google maps is not the most current. The prices have gone up a little, since by a couple dollars. Service is good and fast. You can sit outside at the Wailuku location, the tables are clean and the area is shaded.

Wide selection of meals, we tried fried rice with shrimp and spam and fried and minced pork with rice and salad and we both really enjoyed it. There's plenty of parking spots, enough outside seating with shade and the food comes out pretty quick. You can grab coffee and desserts across the street.

Good food, great price, huge portions, lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The person taking orders was so very nice! So genuine and friendly, it made my day better! (Receipt said name was Prinsess) Ordered some of my favorites, green papaya salad with avocado and tofu vegetable crispy fried egg noodles, it was really good as always! They are really fast, delivery available, take out, or there are some outside tables.

I really like this location. To me it seems like they take more pride in the food they are serving, I ordered the fresh summer roll with shrimp and the teriyaki sandwich. Both were very well made. Really enjoyed the teriyaki sandwich they really packed it with meat and pickled veggies on the french roll. I have ordered other items from them at previous visits, have always had good food for a fair price.
