Fun place for a family activity or for parents who need a break from walking around the mall and their kids who need to burn some energy. First timers need to fill out a waiver that can be done here or on your phone via QR code. Check in was quick and easy. Choose a blaster level and how long you want to play. Cost varies according to the type of blaster you want and if you play for 30 or 60 minutes. Safety socks required ($3.50). There are seats in the waiting area and one high top table which we were allowed to eat our outside food at. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Went here for a bday party. Several issues that need improvement - Party started at 1pm. The front desk line was ridiculously long when we got there at 12:50pm. We already did our liability waivers online ahead of time. Once checked in, socks purchased, received glasses, bands on our wrists, and got our guns, it was almost 1:30pm. That's a lot of time wasted when your party is booked at 1pm. - YOU HAVE TO BUY THEIR SOCKS. You cannot bring your own grip-socks. Worker told me with an attitude, "read our website, it says it on there". True, it's on the FAQ section ("Pups of War indoor arenas require all players to wear Pups of War sold socks to be worn when playing. Socks are for players to keep after purchase and reusable for repeat visits.") But yeah, that's a negative right there when they won't let you bring your own socks and you're required to buy their socks. - Guns. It was pretty busy that day. Once checked in and got to the gun cage where we pick our guns, basically EVERYTHING was taken. Even though we have access to all guns from level 1, 2, and 3... only Level 1's were available. Many guns were also broken or malfunctioning. When we turned in broken guns and ask for another, workers said, "sorry, no guns left. You have to just wait until someone turns in their gun". Unacceptable. - Foam dart guns. Majority of the foam darts are bent or broken and will not fire correctly from the guns. Pretty frustrating. They should throw away any darts that don't work anymore. - No enforcement with rough play. Yes there are workers walking around the arena, but they don't do anything about dangerous play. There were some big kids that were running around and just shoving younger kids down to the ground. Workers saw it and just ignored it. One kid ran around with the strongest gun (the single pump gun that hurts like hell) and purposely shot other kids in the face at point blank range. Several kids cried around the arena from it. When I told the staff, they just said, "we can't control what the players do" and just shrugged it off. - Staff. Overall, they seem to just not care about any complaints. No actual apologies for any issues we brought up. Customer service is lacking. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Save your money, here's why: #1 The staff seems miserable to be here. #2 You'll be paying close to $100 dollars or more for 3 kids to run around for 30 minutes. #3 The majority of the little time kids do get to play they will spend trying to unjam their gun and picking up darts. When I asked the manager why kids can't be given extra darts he said "they can just pick up what's on the ground" when I said that was ridiculous he just shrugged his shoulders like he couldn't care less. #4 The staff seems to be bothered when asked by children to help them with a jam or they can't find any bullets. Rude, incompetent, miserable staff. Overpriced. Half broken rentals. This could be great in concept, but the execution is poor

At $75 for 3 kids to run around shooting Nerf at eachother for 30 minutes, my son and his two friends had little to no time to play because their guns kept jamming, and the guys working there didn't have any concern for time when the guns needed to be replaced or serviced. The girl at the counter also put that my son's time started at 1:00 (we got to the register at 1:00), but the boys didn't get inside and get guns until 1:05. Promptly at 1:30, they announced everyone had to leave the arena. So they care about being prompt when it comes to cutting your time short, but when it's the customers time, they stretch "Hawaiian time" to another level, and the place had almost no kids playing! This was for my son's 10th bday, but it's also the weekend before Christmas so sadly the Christmas spirit missed Pups of War. Merry Christmas and thanks for the "kindness and good will"

We didn't go in because our kids felt too old for it, but il looked like the kids inside were having a blast! Lots of weapons to choose from. There's plenty of seating in front for the parents to wait.

We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here and it was awesome. The party room wasn't big, but with the majority of our party playing the entire time it wasn't an issue. All the staff members were helpful and were quick to assist with anything we needed. They routinely checked on our party to make sure we were doing good, but for the most part made sure the kids were having fun. You get about 30 minutes to set up so we kept it very basic with balloons and some simple table decor. The kids will spend 95% of their time in the battlefield so don't stress too much about it. Breakdown is 30 minutes as well so again, the simpler the better unless extravagance is just your thing then to each their own. Overall, each kid that attended had an absolute BLAST!!!!

Me and my students had a blast at pups of war, this was a great team bonding experience for them and were gladly coming back, the staff were very nice and the servicing of nerf blasters and ammo were excellent.
