The absolute WORST experience I've ever had. Very bad customer service. Waited 5 minutes before an employee even acknowledged we were there.I checked in my son at 630p and was told the wait time would be 30 minutes. No problem, I went to Target and came back at 705p. The employee that I checked in with told me we were next. At 720p the first employee told Chanelle or Charlene (the woman with the 4 inch wedges she couldn't even walk in) that we were next. She finished with her customer then looked at the guy next to us and said she was taking him next. I told her the other lady said we were next and her response was "well he was waiting" SERIOUSLY?! I explained to her that we checked in at 630p and she just looked at me dumbfounded. Left infuriated after waiting an hour and still not getting my son's hair cut. On second thought, if she couldn't figure out how to take directions, praise Jesus she didn't touch my son's hair!

I have a difficult hair natural curls, her listening skills is exceptional. Her knowledge and recommendation on point. I definitely will come back to the west side. Mahalo Nui Laura 🌹🌹🌹

Ari is who cuts our hair .. He is so awesome .. so friendly.. He just gave me bad news He said that in January 2025 they will b closing that location & he is moving to another location.. pretty disappointed because that store is just so convenient & we just love Ari. Also he knows how we want our hair 2 be cut..

After moving to this side of the island, we've finally found our go to place. ARI has been nothing less than excellent for me and my 2 sons. He's super professional and practices exceptional cleanliness procedures and covid 19 protocols. For this the company charges a small cleaning fee, but for about the price of a soda, come on now that's a no brainer. Can't complain for a small price like that for the safety of my family. He always knows what we want and my boys will never go anywhere else. The rest of the staff treats us with respect and courtesy as well so if I could, I would give 10 stars automatic. Got to call to make an appointment but I don't mind, it's totally worth it knowing we can walk out there with smiles and confidence that we look good.

I come here for my bi-monthly trim and I've had a good experience every time... Once I get to the chair. Wait times can be upwards of an hour especially during the weekend so I would suggest calling ahead to get your name down. I've had a different person each of the three times I've been here and each have been skilled at the standard military fade. They also finish up all the cuts with a hot towel.

Always a nice experience. The girls are always friendly…. I would love to be able to make an appointment for the tomorrow, instead of having to wait for tomorrow to be today. I can’t make an appointment on Monday, for Tuesday. I have to wait till Tuesday morning. It used to be 2 day choice, not only 1 day

Ariel was awesome with my son. he has a great personality and awesome customer service. Hair cut was exactly what my son wanted.

The lady who cut my hair, Bernie did a 1000/10 job :) She was very sweet, made sure I was okay with everything done, and did amazing on my hair. She gave thoughtful tips on what she thought worked best for my hair and also has an amazing singing voice. Thank you so much!!!

Love the staff! I’ve had my haircut by multiple hairdressers here and every single one has been courteous and professional. Sometimes it’s hard to explain to stylists what I’m looking for but the employees here are great at listening and communicating so that they can give me exactly what I want. If you’re going on a weekend I highly recommend making an appointment online ahead of time instead of trying to do a walk-in because they can get pretty busy. All in all though I’ve had only good experiences here!

Horrible customer they really have no desire to work. Rude and unfriendly. I would fire everyone of them if this was my business

He asks questions about how I want my hair styled, the length of hair etc. he’s pretty good at cutting. He knows what he’s doing. I like him a lot.

My dad introduced me to Ari and I’ve been cutting my hair with him ever since. He’s the best and I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. It’s always fun when I go in there.

Took my daughter here to get long layers. Detailed instructions (with a sample pic) to trim off 4-5 inches instead the stylist cut off more than 12 inches! The length of her hair was a little past her waist and now its shoulder length. Layers was not done as requested and she seemed like she was in a rush and didnt even style it. I asked her to style it and she curled it with a curling iron ...totally not the look I showed her in the sample picture! Very disappointing.

Great experience today. My hair is super thick and she got it nice, straightened and smooth! Also, conversation was spot on. She wasn’t overly talkative, which I appreciate sometimes.

Dominique did a great job with my 10 year old son’s haircut. She was patient and attentive to his requests. My son loved her so much after his first haircut with her that we had to ask for her again. He left happy after his second haircut. Thank you Dominique.
