Aug 2023 Stopped by Jack in the box after placing online order. No one was in the store at all but we're clocked in. It's a shame that the franchise owner has to be informed about the lack of service. I uploaded pics which shows who was clocked in but not physically in the restaurant. had the worst service ever. 1hr for 10 nuggets. Employees were aloof, and had no concept of customer service. If I could give no stars it would be a zero star review.

The store doesn’t have an updated phone number online and there is nothing to buy at night time. They’re only offering us drinks right now had to drive 4 miles there 4 miles back because they have no food. Who only wants to drink something?

Idk what station they had on but the music playing was really good. The food was hot and fresh. Everything is well priced. The lobby is almost always empty so hanging out in there to eat is always nice.

Worst jack in the box branch. Poor service, long delays. Waited nearly 10 min just to place an order. If your planning on fast food, forget it... not happening at this place.

Our Daughter ordered through Uber and they didn't deliver! She put in the order at 10:23pm on Friday Sept. 15,2023.THEY CANGED THE DRIVER THREE TIMES! AND THEN THEY CANCELLED HER IRDER! REALLY BAD SERVICE! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ALSO CALLED THE NUMBER THREE TIMES AND NO ANSWER! REALLY! REALLY! REALLY BAD SERVICE!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALSO MY DAGHTER, JS GOT IFF THE BUS FROM HER JOB ANDWAS WAITING WIRH US, BECAUSE WE WERE AT THE SITE WHERE WE ARE GONNA HAVE MY NEPHEWS GRAD PARTY, WHICH IS NOT TILL TOMORROW!!!! AND WE JUST WANTED SOME FOOD FROM JACK IN THE BOX!!

Love Jack in the Box. Canada needs this franchise. Food is so good and fresh for fast food.

They’re not open 24/7 they don’t even have enough workers to work they’re opening hour for 6 AM They need to fix that because people are driving there every day seeing they’re not open, Which is false advertisement

Can you update your hours in the morning at least? Twice after the posted opening times this one wasn't open. Well over an hr after it said it was supposed to be open.
