Very friendly, polite and professional staff. They've finally remedy the washroom problem; my favorite Macy's in Oahu! :)

Macy at Kapolei is very nice. Bathrooms are extremely spacious. The men's bathroom has in the stall for the handicapped, a baby seat with harness straps to keep the baby in, a convenience for the father visiting and needing to use the restroom. Overall pleased with the merchandising and lay out of the store. The employees were very helpful and polite.

No customer service 😕 thats all I can say. You ask a simple question. Do you carry mans wallets. I don't know go ask over there. I go I ask I don't know go walk around you might find one. Wow

Nice store. Very clean and well kept. Not very heavily trafficked and a little bit on the pricey side.

I found what I needed at this Macy's located at Kamakani Ali'i in Kapolei. Of course you still have to wear your 😷 mask and social distance. They even had hand sanitizer stations through out the the store. I visited the women's department and shoe department. I found the right color pants that I needed for a outing. I also found two pairs of shoes to go with it. Some sandals and shoes. What was great is that the MK (Michael Kors) was on sale. So I saved a bit. The store was clean and neat. The sales people were friendly and didn't over crowd you like some stores can do.

Who says Mexican food has to be fattening? We enjoyed a plate of mahi mahi, shrimp, and chicken. Skip the rice, beans and tortillas and you have a low carb, delicious and filling meal. Love this place.

Helpful staff, great deals if you have time to go through the last chance sale items.
