The BEST Classic Chicken Sandwiches With the sauce & Juicy Pickles. My husband & I ❤ there Desserts. I just had the Strawberry Lemonade & I'm soo excited and can't wait for The Frozen Lemonade oh man especially on a hot sunny day. The drive-thru is always long but you know what The Food Is WORTH THE WAIT!! FRESH and REALLY GOOD!! I recommend " The Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie " Just had the Sweet Frozen Lemonade 😋😍🤤 Soo Delicious!! ESPECIALLY because it's hot, this hit the spot!!

We don't go to fast food as much as we did during the pandemic - but we wanted to voice that EVERY SINGLE TIME we go to Popeyes we have a great experience. The drive-thru workers there are always cheerful and respectful - you know how you can tell by listening to someone reply to your order, and instantly judge them if they love their job or not. At Popeyes, we don't get that feeling that we're just some paycheck when we drive up to the window. We don't want to name names, but other fast food eateries in the Mililani area can learn a thing or two from Popeyes and how they treat their drive-thru customers. Obviously the food is great, we were bummed that their "Diet" drink options were out of order - but just means I can "cheat" for that meal :) Again, my wife and I always feel like valued customers we pull up here for picking up some fried chicken goodness.

This Popeyes Chicken in Mililani ALWAYS gives the BEST SERVICE. My orders have always been delicious, fast and correct. The workers are very friendly and we always have a good laugh.

Absolutely ridiculous. A friend and I used the app and went theough the drive thru for pick up. We told the girl at the window that theres two orders. She confirmed and said 5 min wait on my friends food. Small wair, his food comes. The guy who came out and dropped it off even confirmsed with me, you guys have two orders right? Correct. He says he'll be right back with the rest (1 more order and 2 drinks. 30 MINUTE WAIT LATER AND NOTHING. I had to drive back through the drive through after waiting 30 mins. No apology, no discount or anything. Absolute worst service. Then they still forget the drinks... it wasnt even busy... whoever manages this place needs to get their employees in check. Absolutely horrible service.

I would like to say that the food was amazing!! Love the way how they handled the front diner since it was very busy but my food came in fresh! Shout out to Roxane for handling her service and bagging our orders, I can relate to how stressful it was due to how pack it was and I’m very much understanding it is! Thank you Mililani Popeyes for your service and ono food!!

I really love Popeyes. We got the shrimp and two chicken tenders and the shrimp was good this time . I had the spicy chicken sandwich but no pickels . Yes they have no business being on a chicken sandwich . Lol But they owe me a spicy chicken sandwich 🥪 yes they do .

Didn't even finish our last meal here. There has been a sharp decline in food quality in the last six months. Our chicken was tasteless, dried out, and they forgot our sides. I've notice a large turnover of people working out front and behind the counter and they have a real problem with quality control. We tossed our food and went to Zippys instead. Dear Popeyes Mililani in the Town Center.....you've lost us as customers.

This is the first place since I moved here 3 mos ago, I wasn’t mad at all paying 51$ for my god. Completely fresh, hot, delicious. Other places food high priced but food cold not tasty. I had to call the mgr let her know this place better better than any Texas, Louisiana or any other restaurant on this Honolulu island. Simple the best

Our review of Popeye's Chicken in the Mililani Town Center. *Our previous view of Popeye's The Sandwich was Excellent - Crispy, Moist and Tender. *Today We Tried The Blackened Chicken Sandwich. It had no Crispy Coating. It was seasoned boneless chicken thigh. You can select regular or spicy. We chose spicy. The chicken thigh was not Moist, it was Dryer and Tuff not Moist. Now the taste, The Spice was like Black Pepper. But there was another sensation. *The faster I chewed the hotter my mouth got? This was Very Disturbing. When I got home, I got Extremely Sleepy and had to take a nap. I awoke 2 hours later. * I truly believe the Chemicals or MSG in the Seasoning in The Blackened Chicken Sandwich Affected My Mental Status and Caused Drowyness and Unconsciousness for 2 hours. *We Do Not Recommend Trying The Blacked Chicken Sandwich from Popeye's Chicken !!! My order witch was for four people took about twenty minutes to complete.,lhad to part in a unmarked staĺ to wait because of earlier customers were already parked waiting for their orders. And when we got home the workers for got ti add the condiments that is part of the meal.

This used to be my favorite fast food place. Unfortunately, they got rid of the best offers they had for ordering through the app and now only have a handful of offers and some are for delivery only. But, my wife wanted Popeyes for Super Bowl so I splurged and ordered online and went to pick it up and spent about 10 minutes waiting for them to make my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead of you’re still going to have to wait for your food. Still gets three stars because chicken is delicious.

This Popeye's can not even accept there own Popeye's App's promotions code for the promotions for dine in use. The manager also refused the the promotions on there App. I think if it's promotions not allowed it should not be on the App to use. Cause inconvenience to customers who drove to the restaurant for being cheated by the promotions and get charged regular price. Make us feel we are cheap when it's your own promotions. End up going elsewhere.

They have never failed me. I doesn't matter what I have a Cravens for at Popeyes. Mililani

There is usually a line but it moves pretty quickly and the food is delicious and hot.

So happy the bought back the Dirty Rice!!!! Literally my favorite and it's been warm and cooked nicely everytime. Don't have to wait long either.

First time visiting this location in fort he lobby since I have been on the island (showed up during coronavirus). The staff was very nice and welcoming! The food is what I had am issue with. My fries and chicken tenders were cold and very underwhelming. Overall, I would visit again. Beware that the AC was n on serous blast and is a bit cold inside.

Most of the time it is a hit or miss, either the chicken is pretty good, or it tastes like fish and oysters and is rock hard and filled with blood. Inconsistent quality. Horrible Management (fought me over 10 minutes over a $5 coupon). Wish this place would step their game up. HORRIBLE TASTING!!

Whether on the go or just finding a place to eat, Popeyes is our usual fall back idea for when we don't know of where to go for eat.

Food was good as always, but my wife ordered mashed potatoes, got fries instead, ordered blackened ranch, but didn't get any. It's fast food, so I don't expect much 🤷‍♂️

Customer service is great but I just had bad experiences with my orders. Twice they gave me the wrong chicken parts already and the other night was missing some piece and item and also the items seemed old.

I am deeply disappointed. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.😞 It didn't start out that way though. Before I visited this particular Popeye's restaurant, I was ECSTATIC that they had one of my favorite fast-food chains here on Oahu. So I went last night for the first time in anticipation of some of the same great quality chicken i have gotten many times on the mainland. To my surprise and sadness, the 2-piece breast that I received was HORRIBLE and dry. How long had this chicken been sitting underneath the hot lamps before it got to me? It seems like it has been left out for days. There is NO WAY that this is just a few hours old. Look at how dry it is in the photo below. Absolutely unacceptable and sure, it's fast food, so I'm certainly not looking for 4-star quality. But my goodness, can't we even follow the basics of providing fresh, hot food according to Popeye's corporate standards? I will NOT be going back here.
