Pretty run down fast food place. Food was average and we were a bit disappointed. They all seem to be in dodgy parts of town...

The employee at the drive thru window was very polite. As for their sandwiches . . . We ordered crispy fish, turkey swiss & the roast beef gyro. Only the roast beef gyro tasted good. There's way too much Dijon mustard on the turkey swiss. Then there's the crispy fish 🤔 well my cat liked it, so . . .

Went through the drive Tru lane. I've their sandwiches. All of it is great. The touching part was .... when we drove up to pay for our order,the driver in front of us paid for our food n drinks. THANK YOU JESUS🙏🙏🙏 SO WE PAID FOR THE FOOD OF THE CAR BEHIND US 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Arby's is always a great place to eat with great foods n great service.

Very nice! Clean and comfy. Roast beef, turkey sandwich and a Greek gyro. Really nice. Even the ice tea dispenser was really clean, most places don't clean them. My only complaint is there were a lot large flies outside of the door. Otherwise it was a good visit.

So over priced for things. Different than what is advertised online. Long line for drive thru. Only 3 locations on Oahu, the other 2 were closed at 7:30pm, and dining room is only open till 2pm

Closed due to "No gas". 🫤 that seems odd. I would believe no help or no beef. I dont wanna eat bugs. Addendum. Thanks for reply. Was looking forward to Arby’s Burger. Called Pearl location but no reply. Maybe Gaspro can supply. Will call next time.

It's Arby's. Sandwich was good, and the fries were hot and crispy. Service could be a little better. The cashier was tasked with double duties. Working the counter and packing the drive thru orders.

Nice location very close to the rail. Fast and friendly service provided. I ordered a bacon ranch Wagyu burger meal. The burger tasted great although a bit on the pricey side. The only negative about this location is that the entrances are right next to the "drive through" lane. So you might have to dodge a car to get in.

Arby's is Arby's, if you like the food it's hard to be disappointed. Unless the sandwich you get has green tomatoes like I received.

The person who took my oder was very nice. Got the kids meal slider roast beef. I love the curly fries. Excellent customer service. Meal was only $6.27 cheaper than Wendy's and McDonald's. Love Arby's.

It's been awhile since we've been to this Arby's. We noted it got renovated. Looks great. My family ordered loaded fries, and a turkey bacon lettuce tomato wrap.

I just love Arby's ❤️ My only qualm is having to drive to the other side of the island for my Beef and Cheddar fix! (Buffalo chix slider is Ono too) Why can't there be an Arby's windward???

It's typical of any Arby's. The drive thru doesn't really suit this parking lot but it's because they moved into an existing building so many have to realign their cars or trucks with the pick up window.

Went through drive thru to get our fav gyro sandwiches. So stoked Arby's has these!! Food was awesome and noticed speed in service since our last visit. Drive thru is tricky because in a tight spot within parking lot and usually very busy. Need Arbys in Mililani Mauka please!!

I’ve always loved Arby’s. I’m originally from Aiea so I usually always frequent the Pearlridge Location. They have been there a long long time. I haven’t been there in awhile now so I was really excited when my husband picked us up dinner from the Waipahu location the other night. I had my usual, the Smokehouse Brisket Meal. Tender thin slices of smoked brisket with cheddar cheese,crispy onion strings, & smoked bbq sauce on a toasted Brioche Bun. I ordered crinkle cut fries & I washed it all down with my favorite strawberry lemonade. My Husband had the Corned Beef Reuben Meal. Thin shavings of corned beef, with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, & thousand island dressing on Marbled Rye Bread. He also had crinkle cut fries and ordered a sprite for his drink. My mom didn’t have an appetite so he ordered her a 3pc. Chicken Tenders with Ranch sauce and a regular lemonade. It was a very satisfying meal! Will definitely come back soon ❤️

We LOVE the sandwiches. They are so delicious. Our favorites are the Cornbeef Reuben and the French Dip and the Gyros and their baked potato selection. We drive from Nuuanu all the way to Waipahu just to get Arby's. We wish there was an Arby's in town.

Got sick from the food I ate. Called and told them. But I didn't get receipt. So nothing was done about it. Never eating Arby's again.

My fave menu selections...Deluxe Baked Potato, French Dip & Swiss, Jamocha shake. Always do take out at the drive-thru; pleasant employees, quick service!

Service could be a bit faster, I mean, there's always this long line and when not long it's the timing to just get to the drive thru window. But im pretty sure they are just trying to perfect the meals everytime. Because with no doubt, we always get our food perfect 👌 😋. Krinkle fries and turkey Swiss sandwich is always made perfectly, never once did we have any dissatisfied but they're always on point in keeping the meal fresh! Thanks Arby 👋 😊.

The drive thru here is kinda funky. I always get take out and go inside to get it. Workers are always nice. Double up on drink carriers if you get four drinks. Our one carrier was weak with four large drinks and I ended up with fruit punch in my backseat.

I love their chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, and fries!

TASTY food but very expensive. I go there because it is my elderly family member who likes their burgers. I am not a fan. It is tasty but nothing but meat and bread in their almost $10 burgers!!!

Stopped by this location for lunch. Excellent service and food was ready surprisingly quickly. Although it's inside dinning hours are limited between 9 am to 2 pm as posted on the entry door. Not sure why inside dinning is limited versus drive through service at typical hours? Staff was friendly and order was completed as requested.

Our review of Arby's in Waipahu. Arby's is The Best Fast Food Eateries Period !!! It's because of The Attention to Detail they put in to Each Sandwich, is like they are Making Sandwiches for Themselves. The Reuben Sandwich is So Moist and Delicious, you Cannot Go Wrong Choosing This Sandwich Time and Time Again. The Lamb Gyros, is another Classic Sandwich 🥪. I have Tasted Lamb Gyros at Real Greek Restaurants, and Arby's Gyros is Authentic Tasting. Delicious Everytime. Arby's is The Best 👌 Hugs Wes n Wanda Anzai Mililani Hawaii 3-24-2022

If your craving some Arbys while traveling along Farrington then I recommend staying in your car and hitting the drive thru. Dining room has limited hours still so you can only eat inside from 9 am to 2 pm and then it’s only take out or drive thru after that until 9 pm. No refills on drinks currently due to Covid-19 restrictions still in place and limited sauces per diner (2 sauces per sandwich and $0.10 for each additional sauce after that).

Awesome service. Wonderful people. The largest and delicious shakes in Hawai'i. And I'm always in for Arby's scrumptious sandwiches. Got the roast beef and smokehouse beef - 😋😋😋💯 And, don't forget their curly fries 😋😁
