The rooms are smelly and dirty. The breakfast below average. Room tariff is not even worth a guest house. At the time of check out, they cleverly overcharged for an extra room ( we had bulk booking) . It’s not iconic anymore. Better to book a govt rest house than waste your money here.

Visited the hotel to drop a friend of mine, who is a part of the team staying at lemon tree, for a music video shoot. The hotel is quite spacious, even though it's just one tall building, the outside is a bit small as compared to other 3/4 stars, yet still pleasing. A good business hotel situated close to the Railway Station and not very far from the airport. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very courteous and the added advantage is that the Wifi connection is free and very reliable.

Absolutely delightful stay at Hotel Aroma Chandigarh! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Conveniently located with easy access to attractions. Will definitely choose Aroma for my next visit to Chandigarh!

Would like to tell you people, I never saw such kind of Hotel in chd , as I visited yesterday (11:30pm) and I had a hard time as I met to an accident , I visited this hotel with family and I told them that , I am not feeling good so going to room , they asked me and my brother for Id proof which I sent to them, ( Aadhar card ) , they refused our A card , as I am married now and in that Aadhar card my husband name was mentioned and on my brother card my father name was mentioned. So it was a big ? For us . And really sad to know that This hotel put big question mark on brother and sister relationship . Today I faced this kind of problem, tomorrow you can too . But anyways not recommend this hotel for family .We checked out at once . Worst experience. Shame on the staff and manager and Owner too .

Over the years Aroma has carved a niche for itself amongst the Chandigarhians . Place used to serve authentic and delectable food which was scrumptious and gratifying..alas not any more. Food is just like any run-of-the-mill restaurant nothing special or extraordinary in taste but prices are sky-rocketing ..so be prepared to pay through your nose if you land up at the Aroma hotel

Do not trust these fake reviews. Great boast, little roast. 1-star hotel. unhygienic room, bathroom, the roof is dripping water. the images are completely opposite than shown on their websites. the bedsheets had blood, completely unhygienic. the prizes are too high. totally waste of money. poor service. they have just shown the picture of a sample room. I suggest to not visit this hotel; they have only shown the exterior part because they know how cheap and disgusting their rooms are. have a shame! complete wastage of money. washroom was not cleaned, and the lights were not working.

We ordered from sundarams , subway, and north indian thali. Love the food here. Nik bakers has left this place and Roadies has opened up shop instead. Their burgers are really good, looking like those American burgers 🍔 with fries 🍟 on the side.

It was a very bad experience staying here yesterday. Its a very old hotel with only lobby areas clean, the rooms are in a very bad state and bathroom terrible. Stinky, leaky, broken glass from which I got hurt too. Total waste of money. The location is good but it is poorly maintained. Extremely bad service of restaurant too. After asking 3 timed they served water. They had bread toast but butter was over. Buffet breakfast hardly anything, only paratha and poha. Gravy chicken without any bread is not breakfast menu, it was last night's remainder and was put. Alu jera without any poori/ bread So not at all recommended High price It was 4500 per night but of waste Very bad experience

This is the review of the food court which happens to be a part of the hotel but on the side. We had a mini platter from Sundrams which of course stool by it reputation and also had chicken curry and rice from wazwan which were good too. The best part about the whole food court experience is that we could have our pick and was not charged for the chaat which was stale and not up to the mark. The servers are good and attentive.Overall and excellent experience and called it a day with Star Bucks coffee. Washroom is there and it is neat.

Advantage is location and looks posh from outside. Inside rooms are not worthy for the charges they take. Screens don't fold. Washbasin has crack. Taps are bent. No glass door for bathroom. Door lock sooo tight. They open the door and clean without our permission. If we ask for a spoon they'll take 10 mins to bring it for you. And top of that they have only one iron box which they will be circulating entire rooms. And omg their room freshner sucks. Was staying in 1010 room number. Managers kindly take routine quality control to carry over the legacy of Aroma.

had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Aroma during my recent visit to Chandigarh and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all major tourist attractions. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and always available to assist with any requests we had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, with something for everyone. Indeed, used to be one of the best hotels in the city. Need a bit of maintenance and staff training, else everything here is good enough for the price that it is available. The property is located right at the heart of Chandigarh - Tricity, there's availability of parking facility (although limited). Also, there's in house food court and a lovely all-day buffet hall, and several other basic to semi-luxurious amenities. Recommended for a comfortable stay.

One of the best trips I had till now. Not only because of Chandigarh but because of Hotel Aroma located in the heart of the city. The hotel was mind blowing! Located in the heart of the beautiful city, it caters to all your needs as it is located near a market, restaurants and much more so that you don't have to roam around in search of anything. Now talking about the interiors of the hotel, I loved it's ambience. Woken up by the aroma of coffee bean and Starbucks, the hotel serves THE BEST FOOD! Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are so clean and hygenic that you can't complain about anything. The staff was super friendly and super sweet. P. S. It did not cost us more than 10,000 bucks for 2 nights. So that is why it brings me here to write a review of my personal experience about the hotel. I just loved every bit of my trip and thanks to Aroma for making my trip a memorable one. Would love to visit here again... ♥

Yesterday Night we visited Aroma for dinner with our guests and we ordered dal makhani, kadayi paneer and some other dishes for dinner..When they just came with daal makhani everyone knew the smell of expired food.. my friend is pregnant and she knows all the kitchen food about which one is okay or which is spoilt..and when we guys complain about daal makhani and their waiter is also smelled infront of us and he also doubt about it and he asked for other lentil or vegetable..but my husband was gonna angry how they will serve expired lentil to us because one lady is in pregnancy..Aroma restaurant's Manager came again on our table with the same daal and said this is okay not expired or spoil.. Means he didn't care about any person's health, they want to we eat that spoil daal and what about our health...That guy didn't apologize single time so guys don't go with your pregnant girl or your old parents.. Because i see that manger used that daal in buffet food..i don't care about food good or bad but their manager didn't accept his mistake, he only pressurized us to eat that daal, he doesn't some girl will be in her pregnancy mode and what happened if she will eat that expired daal.. otherwise good service in Aroma this long review only for how to deal with your customers when you guys served wrong food and don't say anything about your mistake means " single sorry".This is the last night dinner story

Not worth staying. When I checked in the room, bed linens and pillow covers were not clean & we’re having hairs on it. Hotel staff changed it. In the morning when I wake up I saw so many small cockroach 🐜 insects moving in the room & toilet. Will never come again to this hotel. Not clean & not hygienic.

The aroma is one of the best hotel in Chandigarh. This motel is famous for its name, fame and services they provide to the customers. They have arrangements of every event such as Engagement, Birthday parties, wedding, anniversary parties, kitty parties and many more. I visited there with one of my friend for get together and it was such a great experience while visited there. They have the best staff who deals every consumer in a very loving manner more the quality of food is adorable. Every food item is available on reasonable prices. I recommend people to visit at least one time. Thank you Aroma and team.

Dont stay here if you worried about your health. They gave u dirty room(full with warms and insects) on price you booked. Then they ask 30% extra if you need clean room. And they gave free water on day one only if you book for 2 or more nights they charge you for water also. Very poor zero ratings for this hotel.

  • 1/5 Karan G. 2 years ago on Google
Like everybody else I also have up on aroma restaurant. The staff doesn’t want to do their job and is extremely rude to customers. There is no concept of waiting in the restaurant and when complained they said they are running low on staff. They have combined table where not needed and hide rest in the back. We can see at least 10 staff people in the restaurant and mostly not doing anything.

For me AROMA was always more than a 5 star hotel but my first visit disappointed me. Rooms were not at all good. Mattress was disappointing. Washroom was like never repaired. I saw stickers of previous guests vest in my washroom. Breakfast ambience was good. Taste was good. But seriously management needs to work a lot on their infrastructure.

  • 1/5 Shikha S. 2 years ago on Google
Very poor. Bad food. Bad management at reception desk. They are not at all polite. You can get any good hotel upto 3200 in that vicinity. Only room service is hard working and polite.

Very pathetic… I visited there with my family for a night stay as we were travelling to Himachal. The outside looked decent so we booked 2 rooms. Once we entered, it felt so dirty and unmanaged. We checked the first (old) building and it looked like a dumping ground. Then we checked the second building and it was still better. So we decided to stay, as the booking was non refundable. We did not check out their restaurant but I am sure it would have been pathetic too. I don’t know why it is so glorified in Punjabi songs. Sanu lggya si chajj da hi hou. Anyways don’t ever go there, Chandigarh has way better places.

I'm sharing my experience On 24th August 2022 i was there to attend a ring ceremony party and i saw that at the time of couple entry there was a dhol person who came inside the hotel and they have a helper who are collecting notes which are throwing by the people there and the dj staff of the hotel and waiter also came quickly and fighting with each other to collect the notes and also they stand near the stage and when the guests are dancing on the floor they came from inside to collect notes and disturbed the guests. I think in this hotel these kind of things will be taught to their employees from the management of Hotel. My personal suggestions is that Sector 35 hotels are much better then this. Shame on this Hotel.

The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. During the past twenty years I have hosted hundreds of events at dozens of hotels and I can’t recall ever having things run as smoothly as they did for us at the Monteleone. We had very few “last minute changes” but those we had were handled flawlessly. The F&B quality and presentation was outstanding. We had numerous compliments from the attendees. On a personal note, I have stayed at 8 or 9 different hotels in New Orleans and can’t imagine staying anywhere other than the Monteleone

The staff was super friendly and super sweet

The Favourite midnight ice creme cravings haunt of Chandigarh in 90sand a little thereafter You were not happening if you did not go out in midnight to have your favourite flavour till late at night The hotel though still has the nostalgic value and again in a great location in sector 22,the place has become dingy and dark ,the restaurant and lobby crowded with not to my liking crowd. The rooms though okay for a night's stay, the bathroom of the room where i last stayed in was full of smell and strange flies and mosquitoes hovering about though they offered to shift me to another room Location gets them the guests Needs serious overhaul to stay in business..

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Aroma during my recent visit to Chandigarh and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and rooftop restaurant, were top-notch, providing a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Aroma to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Chandigarh. It truly exceeded my expectations and made my trip a memorable one."

we stayed at aroma hotel for 2 nights but are totally disappointed with their services... firstly the room they gave us, the TV wouldn't get on as the button to switch it on was broken, they had no remote for it.. the hand shower button was broken too so that wasn't working either... in the tap the water came so slow that it took 20 mins for 1 bucket to get filled... the next day of our stay we were not provided with towels or bisleri water i had to call and ask for them... we couldn't sleep the night as there were weird loud sounds continuous sounds coming from the ceiling...on complaining they asked us to sleep in another room... over all absolutely dissatisfied with the experience and wouldnot recommend anyone to stay here... there are better options

Worst service i have ever seen in a restaurant. We were sitting there for an hour nobody came to take order even they don’t knew about there own menu. Think twice before visiting.

Our experience was really horrible. The hotel manager/head was weirdly respectful towards male members but disrespectful towards me and my other female colleague. For example, he was sweet to talk arrangements with my male friend but to us two girl friends he was just stern and rude (not sure why). Room heater plus was broken, had ti call for an extra bed and ask for basic preparations on call for slippers , hand towels, even kettle. These are basic things that should have been ready for people like us who checked in 4 hours later than check in time. Really sad. Not worth your money.
