The property is good but the owner Rupinder is a money hoarder. She charged us with extra 3000 for a already tainted mattress. Her caretaker checked everything before we left and later she deducted the money from our deposit

Pathetic experience with the owner and the property. Dirty washroom dirty bedsheets broken locks and door bolts. No proper arrangements. We informed the owner prior about our celebration but she refused to decorate the place. She even demanded extra money as security with no justified reason, she asked us to vaccate the place at 11.30pm when we refused to pay extra money and she created a scene in the midst of our celebration. Highly unprofessional😡😡😡😡

One of the most fraud and cheater of this property. We booked the complete Bunglow at 13000 per night for 15 nights where we get some hospital emergency after 5 nights and on requesting for refund this lady denied completely. Never trust this lady to pay advance and check the house properly where you will see everything is broken and dirty. Be fear from your God. And trust me by cheating and keeping our harden money you will never live happily.

It’s a dream holiday home, we were going to Kasauli with break journey in Chandigarh at Amber villa but when we came here we drop the plan n decided to stay here for 2 nights... it’s THE BEST for family vacation also the owner is very helpful n supportive👍🏻

Very bad experience. Property over priced .3 bedrooms have only two bathing bathrooms. Its full of rats bread brought at night for breakfast was eaten by rats .bedrooms have spoiled paints.did not expect this

Nightmarish experience- that is the only thing that comes to my mind wrt to my stay there last week. Dysfunctional AC’s , false promises and ad hoc price revisions. It is better to stay in a Dharamshala than to go to this property.

Worst experience ever. I booked this villa a week before the stay for our friend's farewell party. I also paid the advance booking amount to the host. We had the reservation for 7th August. On 7th August I get a phone call from the host saying that they cancelled our booking as their previous guests extended their stay. We requested them for hours as our guests were travelling from outside of Chandigarh. It was the worst experience of my life. At the last moment we couldn't find any place for 15 people to stay all our efforts and arrangements for the party were in vain. I am so disappointed as I have never experienced something like this before. I booked the place after reading all the good reviews but their behaviour was very unprofessional. I begged them for hours but they were too stubborn to listen. At the end we had no place to stay.

A perfectly nestled property located at an optimal distance from the city to provide you with a peaceful and private stay yet a quick city drive to pick your favourite food :) Spacious enough to easily accommodate 15-20 people to host events for a small gathering. During these tough covid times, the host has maintained more than required amount of sanitisation (regular change of linens, fumigation of all rooms and common space). Fortunate enough to visit this property with my family and meeting the amazingly friendly staff to make our stay even more delightful. The host is extremely cooperative and always available to cater for our needs . Cannot wait to visit again.

Amber villa is one of the finest villas in the tricity. I have been there several time and everytime it has been delight . The host is really co-operative and understanding. The property is exquisite and is maintained phenomenally. I would recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a homely yet luxurious villa as it's the perfect blend of both . Great.Home away from home. Once we entered Amber Villas, we felt the warmth as if its our own home. Extremely hospitable host family with their lovely kids. Our own kids jumped in to a unique 20 feet waterfall pool and just loved it. We have developed family like relations with Rupinder & her husband and would love to visit the every time we are around Chandigarh.

The host of this home was the best host i have seen in my entire life. The rooms were so good with a good terrace and had alot of facilities. The house is properly maintained with a caretaker. Must visit place in Chandigarh

Worst experience ever. This used to be our favorite place to stay one year ago. Looking at how the standard has dropped. We were checking in late at night as we were travelling but came to see dirty bedsheets. The whole floor was full of mosquitoes. We called the caretaker and he told us that he’ll get the bedsheets in the morning. Very unprofessional, untidy and not worth at all. Would never come back again!!!

Last week we had booked the property for marriage function. Owner Rupinder kaur is very unprofessional as she harrassed us by calling repeatedly around 10 times at night during the ceremony. ACs of the property are not working. We contacted her through Air bnb but she took our booking out of Air bnb and then she demanded for extra money after checkin. We had a very bad experience with the property and its owner.

I booked only the first floor of the place for a houseparty of 10 people, it was very spacious and nicely decorated with ample furniture and furnished kitchen, owner is also quite helpful. The main thing lagging is the air conditioning in the common area and not much options for any necessities or deliveries nearby.

Very good 8bhk flat in new chandigarh,it is a three story building with 8 bedrroms and three kitchens. Very clean villa and very private place . Every floor has music system . And system is good.every room has balcony and also there is terrace, also there is a projector where you can see movies or anything on the big screen.there is ac in every room for summer season and for winter season there is chimney available.and also there is waterfall in the villa which looks very great.also there are recliners and sofas on every floor.you can also enjoy massage ,there is massage seat available

My best experience in this farm house and owner is so cooperating ,it gives us luxury and comfort stay and each and everything is available in this utensil ,freeze everything ❤️❤️

Amber Villa, The name itself says a lot! Very beautiful, well maintained and lovely BnB apartment equipped with everything I needed. I actually wanted to have a beautiful hen’s party with my crew before I get married and took a risk of organizing it in a BnB but trust me the decision turned out a wonderful idea. Amber villa is a spacious beautiful property with very beautiful interior, lots of space for all the guests, in house music , full time maid and very safe and secure house. I and my friends had a great time at amber villas. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures and rather better than the pictures given on the website. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet and separate! Would absolutely recommend staying there or for organising any party ever! Amber villa is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and has lots of restaurants nearby to order from. This place is perfect for a stay as well as it has got beautiful rooms with very spacious washrooms and storage. The location was great as we went for walk early morning as it feels like we are some tourist spot. The owner, Mrs. Rupinder is incredible. She is the best BnB owner ever I have met. She is very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a great party, dinner and night stay. Amber villas have definitely become my one happy place to stay or to throw any parties. Great place with great location.

When i first stumbled upon this Property (Amber Villas) on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. (Rupinder) is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed. The Villa is just perfect! From In-house Swimming pool to Born-fire, from Home theatre to Lounge chairs, Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Everything you can think of, is available to make your stay memorable. For any Family function, party or friends get-together Amber Villa comes to mind instantly. Only place to relax without any vexations. Love it.
