I visited there for my anniversary dinner at around 11:20 PM and they alarm me since the ordering process that their kitchen will close it 12, i was okay then ordered Katsu Snapper Maki (was not in main menu), chicken teppanyaki, beef teriyaki and flourless cake. Chicken teppanyaki and flourles cake was awesome and recommended. Katsu snapper with avacado was served cold It seems that it was refused order as they serve it within 12 minutes and avacado was rotten And i forgot to mention them because the waiters started wandering around and just waiting to complete our dinner and close it even though it was not 12 am yet I was totally annoyed and just tried to complete it and if I told them it was cold then simply they microwave it and the taste could be spoiled due to it so i prefer to eat it as it is. Food was good but their act did not feel comfortable to us. If they have to close the restaurant early or at 12 then they should not accept guests as it will be better not to dine in rather than this act.

My hubby took me to this restaurant. I love Thai/Chinese food. The ambience was amazing, and the staff were helpful. We ordered hot and sour soup which didn’t taste as authentic Chinese. It had a little bit of Pakistani taste. But the dynamite prawns, chicken garlic and egg fried rice tasted amazing. Staff were attentive and checked if their was any discount going. We managed to get 30% off our bill thanks to the staff at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place bearing in mind it is on the expensive side.

Dropped by Cocochan for the first time, not really my usual oriental vibe. Took a leap of faith and ordered the Korean fried chicken and sizzling beef. Holy moly, they were amazing! Sure, the service took its sweet time, but the food totally made up for it. 🍗🥩✨

This restaurant has a great ambience and interior. Luckily, we didn’t have a wait time and were seated immediately. Their service is great - there were many servers that were attentive. The food came out at a reasonable time and tasted good. One thing I’d say is that our server should have been clear about the soup serving. We ordered one soup thinking it would be a family bowl, but one soup means for one serving. The greeter at the front door was very nice and helpful outside while we waited for our ride.

Sehri buffet was great and affordable plus if you have #AlfalahCard you might get extra % off. Their Tempura was crispy was lack some basic spices so you can have it only with the sauce. Chicken wings were tasty and crispy but with too much batter. Vegetable rice with Beef chilli, Kung Pao and chicken Manchurian all were tasty and yummy. We did not try their green curry. Chicken Chowmein was also great. They should also add at least 1 salad option and tea for sehri buffet.

Visiting cocochan is always a delight. The food quality is great especially the crispy beef and sizzling garlic chicken. The drinks and chowmein are average n not recommended. The only annoying thing waiters are always on your head and doesn't provide you enough privacy. Rest the ambience n food is great.

Was a dine in, with some guests from U.S. the food was delicious and the waiters served us well. However, I felt that seating arrangements could have been better, as it looked a little conjusted. I loved the ambience, music and the meeting went superb. Everything complimented the other thing.

The place has a beautiful ambiance with comfortable sitting arrangements. The moment someone enters the entire look appeals to a person and one gets lost in the arrangements. The food we tried tasted amazing and the serving size was enough for two people. We tried crispy fried beef which was the best, chicken chowmein which tasted good, and chicken schezwan which also tasted good. The desserts we tried were also so delicious that after eating I took the same for home. The staff was also very polite and professional. The cost is also reasonable. Per head cost amounts to 1200. All in all a fantastic experience.

Valet parking is available with easy approach , its a Brilliant Place, Staff is Very Cooperative and helpful. Ambiance is good but the furniture is little aging. Food is tasty specially Tom Yong Noddle Soup is one of my favorite. Prices are on higher side compared to serving. Over all its a great experience.

I have been a regular patron of this restaurant but this time I went there to try their dinner buffet which is available only on Tuesdays. I had made reservation ahead and arrived on time. When I went to the reception, two staff members were present there but were too busy talking to each other that they didn't even realize that their customers were waiting to be seated. I wasn't greeted upon arrival by the staff so felt unwelcome. Only the doorman was courteous enough to greet and smile at us. When the two staff members finished their discussion, they finally turned their attention to us and we were seated after waiting for about ten minutes. We felt being dumped there by the host because no one came to check on us for a very long time. We kept on waiting till a server came to ask about our drinks and it was him who finally sent the waiter to our table. He asked if we're ordering from the menu or taking the buffet. The buffet wasn't fully ready by the start time. It was obvious that the buffet set-up was a makeshift arrangement since the desserts were placed in another hall adjacent to the room where they had placed the main dishes. The passage to the buffet was so narrow that it was difficult to walk carrying your food on the plate while also trying not to run into staff waiting on other nearby tables. Luckily, the long table that was taking up most of the space there was empty; else I can't imagine how to walk between the crowded tables with other customers sitting on pulled out chairs. At times, I had to hold myself back because the waiters were either carrying large food trays or tending to diners requests. The food, however, was excellent and fresh. I enjoyed all items including Kung Pao chicken, sizzling garlic prawns, fish with mint sauce, dynamite prawns, egg fried rice, vegetable chowmein, crispy beef, spring rolls, Schezwan chicken, both soups (hot & sour and chicken corn soup), different salads, and excellent desserts. During the entire time while we were having our meal, no one came to check on us if we need anything else. We wanted to order assorted drinks but no one was there to ask and take our order. Even after we were done with our dinner, the waiter didn't show up with the bill. It was quite frustrating. Finally, I asked the same water carrying server to send our waiter to our table with the bill. He lazily showed up after waiting for another ten minutes but disappeared once again. We kept on waiting till he came back but left after putting our bill on the table. More waiting started but he was nowhere to be found. After waiting for a very long time, he came and took my card for payment. The agonizing wait continued till he finally brought the payment slip and card back, put that on our table and vanished once again. He didn't even say a single word of thanks to us. We had enough of frustrating wait so we got up and left. There were several staff members but none paid attention to us and not a single person said "thanks for coming" or "please come back again". We paid good amount of money at the restaurant but no one from the staff or management had the decency, courtesy, or professionalism to interact with us at any time. From the entry to the exit, we felt unwelcome throughout with zero greetings or thanks. Only the doorman was courteous enough to not only greet us upon arrival but also smiled and opened the door for us when we were leaving and also assisted us in retrieving our car from the valet. That guy was a true gentleman.

If you want to die of heat come eat here. Lights are super hot and the airconditioning doesnt work. Staff is woefully ignorant on how to fix this. They also serve mediocre to average sushi. Some dishes are so spicy you cant eat them and the wonderful 28 degrees inside makes the experience even more enjoyable. Bathrooms are not labelled either. And god forbid someone orders a sizzling dish, be prepared to die from the smoke. Whole restaurant had coughing fits and then some customers preferred to leave in a hurry. would give 1 star but giving 2 as the schezwan dumplings were pretty good. TLDR: do not recommend, go to sakura instead.

I have been to cocochan multiple times and I always had great experience. Excellent food. Reasonable quantity. Very nice quality food. Serving time is also reasonable. Last time I went there, I had wasabi prawns and they were delicious. They were big and small sizes in a single serving. Beef in oyster sauce was extremely delicious and I loved it. They serve Mandarin, Thai and Sushi.

An Unfortunate Incident Happened, Despite the food taste and Everything 💯 That's definitely not what you want to find in your soap and then in rice! 😱 It can be quite off-putting to discover a hair in a dish meant for cleanliness. It's important to share your experience honestly in a review to let others know about this issue. Hopefully, the company can address the concern and ensure better quality control in the future.

At first, I use to avoid Chinese meal, because all the so-called Chinese restaurants use to have same old distaste food. But, Cocochan! changed my view regarding Chinese dishes. The food here is scrumptious with excellent presentation. The ambience here is executive level and all in reasonable rate. You must try ‘Dry chicken with green chillies’, if you are fond of eating spicy diet, then don’t forget to eat their ‘chowmein stir fried with assorted vegetables noodles’. You will love the food. It’s worth spending here.

Ambiance was good, they've good seating arrangement outside in times of covid. Food was okayish. Went there because of the hype. Their chicken chowmien was okayish, not really good for the price you've to pay. Spicy fried chiken was good but nothing too crazy. Food quantity was less as compared to ginsoy and other competitors. Cheesecake was not good at all. Their guava cocktail was one thing i really liked.

Just loved it. Thai soup is another great thing for starter. Best thing is that you may ask for rice as much as you want, free refill and very affordable. Ambiance is great, food is average as far as I checked, nothing special, however what made my experience unbearably bad was their service. Somehow they could not bring my main course even after a delay of 1 and half hour (I think they forgot my order but were too stubborn to admit it). What annoyed me was their mishandling -- all servers were avoiding our table and actively trying to just ignore me. After every 10-15 minutes, i had to get up to stop someone and ask about my food and they replied k Sir coming in 5 minutes. Continued like this for nearly 70-75 minutes and then I asked them for bill so i can go. They again ignored my continuous requests for bill for nearly 15 minutes and then brought my "lost" main course instead. I had to go to their counter to pay the bill forcibly so I can leave without wasting any more time. Try visiting when less crowded, may be you will have better service.

Cocochan is one of those places on Tipu Sultan that looks pretty slick and has an extremely nice ambiance that stands out. However, while the variety of food is diverse (from sushi to all forms of oriental) the overall quality of food is extremely inconsistent on every visit. Today the dry chicken chill was extremely good. Even California Maki was good. Needs to be more consistent with its quality. Finally it's not thay heavy on the pocket and with discounts on credit cards pretty manageable.

Excellent Chinese and Thai cuisine. The Green curry is exceptional. Value for money is a little lacking considering the small serving sizes. Love the decor. Ample dining space for small and large parties.

I'll start with the good things since I've rated 4 stars. The servers were very well-mannered, polite and always smiling whenever you talk to them about anything. Sheer professionalism they showed. Ambiance was extremely comfy and I honestly felt relaxed. Interior looked cool and glamorous. I tried Pad Thai Spaghetti which I didn't like that much as I expected. I've been to Malaysia and I have experienced the taste several times there. It lacked the originality for some reason. Rates were biiiit high, but bit only which can be neglected for such ambiance. Overall, not a bad place at all. Would love to go back and try some other dishes, might change those 4-stars to 5. You might not like many dishes if you are not so much into Thai, Seafood or Mandarin. But do give a try, your tastebuds may surprise you. Go for anniversaries or corporate dinners. Will put a good impression.

Big and beautiful on a great location. I liked the design and illumination which is just perfect. A grand entrance, a corridor seating on both ends and then 3 sizeable halls for dining. They serve Thai, Sushi, and Mandarin inspired food which isn't bad for local palate. Service is good. Parking assistance is available. Don't go without prior booking.

The ambiance of the place is impressive although it was really crowded but the management was good. The food experience was okay as we asked the waiter to guide he was not clear and when we complained about prime beef that it is too salty and has fishy smell they took the plate and only changed its look, the same food was given back with the same extreme salty taste and fishy smell.

Went back to Cocochan with family after a long while and their food and service are still unbeatable. We had to wait for good 40 minutes but it was all so worth it! We ordered: - Mandarin appetiser platter: the dumplings dipped in “Maggie” sauce were outstanding and prawn dynamite were impeccable! Prawns on toast were just average. Spring rolls were quite good. However, the presentation of this platter have gone down a little and there should still be more variety for a good Rs 1100. - Papaya salad: with a great tangy kick to it, this salad was healthy and a combination of sweet and sour flavours. - Spiced minced chicken salad: this was a winner amongst salads. Spicy mince covered in a bowl of lettuce, topped with cucumbers and onions - so nutritious yet so scrumptious! - Thai red and green curry: perfect balance of lemon grass and coconut milk - these two curries are the best Thai curries available in town. Unlike other restaurants, they know the exact amount of lemon grass that should be added to bring out the required taste. - Beef in oyster sauce: the crispy beef chunks were juicy and tender from the inside. Mushrooms added variety in the textures that this dish had to offer. The taste of oyster sauce was just right. - Crispy California maki: husband had ordered this for himself but couldn’t stop myself as the crispy maki covered with soy sauce makes it so irresistible. The wasabi was perfect and so was the ginger on the side. - Prawns tossed in signature sauce: this was one hot dish, with giant shrimps taking over and an overwhelming taste of chillies - thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. - Prawns in sizzling garlic sauce: this was just sooo yummy. I’ve always been a garlic lover and this smooth curry with an overwhelming taste of garlic along with those large shrimps brought so much joy to my meal and completed my platter. Overall, a great experience.

This was my second visit today with my family. Cocochan serves Chinese food. I love the ambiance and customer service. The taste of their food is 5/5 and the serving is enough. Moreover they offer complimentary rice. You may find this place a little costly but it is recommended to visit once atleast.

One of the few restaurants in that locality where you can get sushi 🍣. I don't like there sofa sitting arrangements as they quite low feels like your chin is touching the tables secondly while eating either you sit on the edge of sofa or you lean on to table. The food is good the waiters are helpful and service is good. The ambiance is ok as it doesn't excite you . Overall you go there to enjoy food only.

Very rude and non professional manager. The waiters were very friendly and professional. At first we made an reservatio on the phone. When we arrived the manager told us to wait on the road with my family including female members. He refused to take responsibility of the reservation made " phone par operator to kuch bhe boldata ha unko nahe pata hota" and told us " you can come back tomorrow" there were free tables and chairs but he refused to give us as they were booked. We also had a reservation. When we left after disgrace he called us back and offered that table.

There is big gap between dining table & sofa Asked waiter to make it close to table so can Dine comfortably but he refused said that's what it is ! but I myself moved sofa close to table. Firstly the entire experience was great Service with a smile and staff very helpful (although some inexperienced staff but seniors were able to help) Menu great Service speed was quick.. said 25 minutes but ready in 10 Food quality: perfect. Good portions, well presented, hot and fresh. Cleanliness and decor and ambience: again great Price: reasonable but they do offer discounts on certain card schemes. I was surprised how good the food was.. didn’t expect such quality and standards. Will definitely visit again.

Being a Sunday night, the restaurant was fully occupied. Service was quite slow and sloppy. Soup was served not warm which we sent back. We were told they are remaking. After another wait we received the same soup still not warm. After which we gave up. If cocochan cannot manage restaurant operations at full capacity I suggest they don’t seat full capacity.

First time I went there and service was really good as our order came within 15 minutes of ordering. There were 2 of us and the portions were perfect. Taste of the food was good, and I also ordered the Dynamite Prawns and usually I'm quite reluctant to order prawns as some places don't cook them properly. However at CocoChan they were perfectly cooked and tasty. I would definitely recommend that if you haven't been there yet, then do visit.

Good food, the place even better. From the outside it looks like a small bistro, but from the inside, it's spacious and can accommodate a large number of people. You can choose from an array of options from the lot of Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisines. My wife and I chose Szechuan Dumplings and Salmon Sushi for starters; Got Pad Thai Noodles and Crispy Fried Beef with Fried Rice. All the dishes were served quickly and the service was prompt. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, our experience was 10/10.

I went to the Restaurant CocoChan 4-5 times over the past few years and I have ought to say its always remained as a pleasant visit. I deem to believe that the architecture of the area is extraordinary and there is an ambience which is created with the perfect orange-yellow felt lights and some music to add on to the atmosphere. I ordered appetisers; Dynamite Prawns and prawn crackers these were absolutely delightful for a starter, after that we ordered Soup; Hot and sour soup and clear vegetable soup which deemed its worth in tis own manner indeed, So and forth to the Main; Sticky Chicken, Korean Fried Chicken, Chicken Manchurian and Chilli Garlic Chicken with lots of steamed rice along with chicken chowmein. This was precisely a perfect amount of food to order for 13 people seating, in the end we got cold drinks and headed out. (This place is luxurious and an amazing place for office colleagues, couples, friends and family.)

Yesterday i somehow manged to visit cocochan .I found ambiance superb, especially atmosphere was very comfortable, light music and cozy environment. Because what matters for me most is the atmosphere don't like too loud hiphop music places of eateries. Overall i highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing.Special thanks to the manager who was asking for each and everything all the time. We all enjoyed your delicious food.
