Amazing. Loved the club sandwich and the cheesy chicken and chips. However, the coffee was just okay. It got cold. I prefer it too hot. Overall it was a good experience. The service was nice too. I would love to go there again. So I went there again yesterday. And ordered parmesan chicken. My husband ordered steak and cheese sandwich which was served in a french bread. Now he is a picky eater. So he didn't like it. Hence, he asked the waiter to change his order. The manager was kind enough to change his order and brought chicken terragon which my husband really loved it. The food is really yum and I must say that the manager is Soo sweet. Cafe located in Heart of Karachi-Clifton. Del Frio is a name that is unique in itself. Peaceful ambiance ,a wide variety of dishes in menu that covers not only breakfast but also lunch and dinner. The range of dessert is also worth mentioning! . Nutella pancakes were absolutely mouth -watering. Parking is available no issue, card payment accepted here but improvement is required for tea.

Availed bogo offer and got 2 brownies 2 coffees for 850 rs ! Coffee was good, brownie was meh!

An excellent experience for breakfast and desserts. The quality is still the same even after 5 years. Furniture needs to be redone otherwise a great experience.

Food is ok Presentation need improvement. I objected on using small plates for eating food during my visit. We ordered diferent options for 3 persons. 2 got served on time. 1 got served after 20 min, 3rd person started eating after 2 have finished.

Pleasant, place was cramped as the upstairs dining AC wasn't working, so everyone was seated down. Portion size was very generous, in fact was full on the starters so couldn't finish the meal!

Food quality is just about OK. The kind of menu they are offering is very common so they must improve and present some competitive advantage over their peers by reducing prices. Service is good. Here is the tip, if you want to enjoy red 🌶, order oyster beef.

Nice place with good ambiance, there sitting place was very comfortable and the staff is very quick in service. We tried Chicken with mushroom sauce, caesar salad and Chicken grilled with prawns. Food taste was excellent and value to money, recommended for couple and families. Will go again also for their tasty and cost convenient food.

Well the food was okay ish. Tried their 3 cheese something chicken dish which was fine 7/10 chicken twin steak was a bit dry a 6/10. For dessert we ordered the lava cake which was broken when served, looked ugly that's why didn't take pictures. Overall experience: Bus sahi hi tha kuch khas nahi laga, guzara laiq shayad.

Went here thinking they still offer a-la-carte on for breakfast. Sadly, they only offer an all you can eat brunch. The food is average, can be improved. The service and ambiance are nice. It was a good, one-time, experience. Wouldn’t go here everyday. Try it at least once!

Recently had the pleasure of trying their ice creams, and they were absolutely divine! The flavors were rich and creamy, with a perfect balance of sweetness. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I can't wait to explore their full menu and indulge in more of their culinary delights. Highly recommended!

Service was very vigilant, we got our bill before asking for it xD and they were nice enough to double check if we wanted whipped cream with our cold coffees. The chicken strips and fries were okay, bland and could use more flavour. But nice spot to be in.

I ordered breakfast sandwich which was croissant with eggs chick and beans as per the picture provided in the Menu card but they delivered something else and when I asked the server said these are just pics just to give you idea and they make something else. Nice cosy place to have snacks, desserts, soups, salads, sandwiches and pizza/pasta too. Medium pricing, medium portion sizes. Desserts are specially good. Serving is courteous but bit laid back. Uncomplicated operation. Lunch hours host female guests more.

Amazing place. forever my go too. everything is just incredible as always. the waiters are so kind and friendly. they remember you and are happy to cater whatever. food is really good too. the quantity is big enough and value for money is good! would highly highly recommend! 100/10 they have a lot of discounts on multiple cards too so that's a big plus! the place and ambiance is really nice too. it's cozy and comfortable.

The ambiance and food was really good. We went there for dessert but it took almost an hour for them to serve 3 items which was a let down. Other than that it was fine.

Good place for continental food and assorted desserts. Coffee is pretty good. Prices are okay. Parking could be an issue in evenings but it was fine in late afternoon when I visited. Service is good and so is the atmosphere inside. Rest room is clean and that for me is the sign of a restaurant that cares about its customers.

Dined at Del Frio at Boat Basin and ordered the chicken tarragon with mashed potatoes—it was delicious! The flavors were on point, and the portion was satisfying. To top off the meal, I had their mango ice cream with real mango chunks, which was a delightful and refreshing way to end the dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more!

Went in at midnight. The service was fast and efficient. Everything on the menu was available even though we ordered an hour before closing. Great ambiance and very friendly staff.

Not a good place to visit and enjoy dine out! We ordered Alfredo Pasta and its sauce was just pathetic. It felt like Plain water, very thin and tasteless. The sauce was so plain we had to use spoon to drink it. Wasted time and money. The place is no longer worthy of a visit.

just received my order Nutella pancakes and its does nt have nutella but ordinary local chocolate with only sweetnes and nothing .. prawns received in bad packaging and i called customer centre after transferring call so many times and listening whole issue representative hold the call and dropped. very disappointing!!!!

I tried steak n egg breakfast. It tasted like beef karahi with fried egg on top. We later tried chicken tikka thin crust pizza. Didn't expect so pure desi tikka taste in pizza. Even the sauce tasted like tikka masala. Probably made out of shan tikka masala. French fries were nice though. Doughnuts were so so. Overall not impressed. Even the ambiance feel wasn't that nice with loud laughter and noise coming from the kitchen as if sitting at a roadside dhaba.

The food was good however the staff was not the slightest bit courteous. We had requested 2-3 times to reduce the volume of the music but no one did much, rather we were told once by our serving staff that they can't reduce the volume too much or else their would be too much noise of the customers speaking. Infact we had to forcibly ask them to turn off the music when maghrib prayer times was due.

Ordered their chocolate brownies, one with vanilla ice cream scoop and soup. All were good. Ambiance was also on point.

I've never had a bad experience at Del Frío but there's a first time for everything. The food AND service was terrible at the Boat Basin branch. The food ordered were Chicken and fries 1/10, bland. No salt. Repeatedly asked the server to change it, he didn't. Chicken lasagne 3/10, no taste. No good sauce. Bland, salt less sauce and bland, low quality cheese Mushroom Burger 4/10, not a fulfilling burger, stale bread, broke apart when being cut. Pepperoni Pizza 5/10, bland sauce. Their ice-cream had Ice chips in the strawberry cheesecake ice-cream. The Belgian chocolate was the only saving grace of the afternoon.

The food is good the rates are okay. Make sure you order something that sells normally so it will be fresh. I ordered a steak sandwich which was terrible and gave me food poisoning. Their pizza is great thou prolly cox they have to make it fresh

Celebrated the anniversary, good experience as usual. Have always liked there service, good place to have a calm lunch or dinner.

Del frio tipu sultan is probably one of the busiest that you can go it. Their food is super average. I ordered Alfredo and it had this sharp pungent smell. I got it replaced but still there was faint scent. The Mexican salad was surprising really good. They also though need to work on their servers to be polite and in table manners. My Alfredo was set infront of me and as I was about to eat the server took away the plate saying ke yeh apka nai hai. Upon my friends annoyance and theek hai inka nai hai tou kia hai tou correct order, if you have placed it let it be and bring out the next order for the next table. It was actually super embarrassing to be taken food from right infront of you when you are about to dig in.

so i ordered this three milk cake from Del Frio for my mum’s birthday as most of the cake shops were closed due to Eid. You won’t believe, the cake seemed and tasted nothing like Three Milk Cake. It was very sour from centre and completely dried up. It was ny first and last time ordering cake from Del Frio!

Pretty decent experience, had molten lava cake, ice cream and three milk cake. Taste is awesome. Sitting space is bit tight but overall great customer service.
